The way it stacks Maxed is 300% shot count. It is 300% of “existing “ shot count.

Loose example. Weyon enters rd 3 and it kicks in. He is at say 300% shot count already (work with me pretend count). He gets the 300% from ct added to current shot count. Now he is 900% count that rd. Rd 4? You guessed it. 900% is used by CT. Now we are at 2700%.

Extensive testing done with sarcs. Only way to reliably get to rd 80 in PvP. We were in the 1000`s of shots per weapon. Truly insane
