Pairs of warp nacelles have operation durations that go down over time, or specifically they have to have cool down periods after 9-24 hours. Having a second set doubles the operational time, effectively doubling range.

As the higher the warp factor significantly increases range, 4 nacelle’d designs were used long ranged patrols, and engineering/operational roles.

It's blatantly clear G7 is dropping this arc or in november, the images have been shown on multiple sources as have the names and shipyard tiers,....
