On the right side, you'll see the sum of stats from the officers and the amount of bonus your ship gets for reaching certain stat levels. The ship can benefit from more stats here so that it can capture more bonuses. The officers with the highest stats will tend to be epic officers.

You should swap out data and moreau from the lower deck and use Kirk and Nero instead. These three officers (along with Gorkon) will provide more stats than your current lower deck. At higher levels of the game, ship stat bonuses are trivially maxed, and you'll have the opportunity to instead focus on below deck abilities and management of those can lead to even greater performance.

Genuine question for all players.

What would you all see as a priority?

A. Focus on fixing the bugs and pause all new content.

B. Keep releasing content and progressing the game, even though the new content breaks older content.

C. Go way back and start with the most basic bugs, fix them. If that fix breaks newer content , remove the broken content and work from the bottom up.

I ask because the bugs are getting unbearable and even the most basic things are broken, but those that complain the most about bugs are the biggest advocates for releasing newer content / progress.

I get we all want G5 scrapping and G7 to be released and upgrades of the grinds but if it breaks the basics, is it worth it?

A lot of the bugs go unnoticed by the higher players because they have elements maxed out but it creates issues for the lower players. For example, the command center / fleet commander abilities do not add the relevant power or abilities when upgrading.

This is quite a big issue considering the amount of fleet commander events that run. Yes, you finish the events but you’re not actually gaining anything ability or power wise.

In their own words, they have separate teams always working concurrently on multiple months of content, with no master build that is constantly updated and checked for compatibility along the way because that would slow things down.

This constant push and rush is also why multi-month arcs and loops can feel so disjointed as well.

Don’t worry, it’ll only get worse, the same investment group that bought Scopely just bought EA

So my post above could be perceived as slightly puzzling. I'll formulate it another way : the G5 Innovative Engineering Favor from the Terran Faction store gives 30% cost efficiency for G5 FKR faction ship bps, right ? Right. Stfc.space has the Quv'Sompek listed at 3.000 klingon credits per 1 bp, and AFTER purchasing the favor, mine now costs 2307 klingon credits. Through the power of Math, invested in me by 17+ years of school, I have deduced that I now have a reduction of 23.1 % in cost, instead of 30%. So then : where have the other 6.9% gone to, or is there another efficiency that I have done in the past and have forgoten about it ? 🤔

I just looked at the Hegh'Ta, same thing : allthought I have a 50% cost reduction purchased, the overall cost has only gone down by 33.375% instead of 50%....

If there were other efficiencies out there, I would understand why the math doesn't add up. But to my knowledge, the Terran Faction Store is the only one to this day which offers this cost reduction.

Just checked in with a smaller level player, who doesn't have these terran favours unlocked. 1600 faction credits per 1 ship blueprint. So stfc.space is accurate.

so your 50% efficiency = 66.67% of base cost, a 33% discount
