When I (ops 45) send my ships to Yoruba, i get into a lot of combat with Pilums and Korinars. Usually i lose, but that's okay. What's not okay is that i don't get points for All Out War. It makes no sense to put is in the same event space, but not task us with fighting the same ships.

Question, I have (ops39) have a vidar t8 (not talios) w/ 2.461 mill power I been grinding 33 probe systems but it takes a while to fill the 590k hold, is poss to take on the 36 lvl probe sys with vidar at this lvl ?

ah did that, did q trials then did rest whilst auto-grinding lvls up on few ships i recently plumped (for the prior g mat comp) + i finally saved up enuff outlaw research to unlock stella prime component effiency and scrapped my 2nd t6 stella, then redid to t5, and then took main up to t8

that efficiency really helped i had enuff to take originally t5 2nd stella up to t6 saved + a bit extra then with efficiency (+ bajoran stella uranium effic) i had enuff to take t6 1st stella to t7 left over (and well then t8/and most way to t9 but t8/9 uses epic so diff) and 2nd to t5 from scratch after scrap

issue is it needs 60k outlaw research which took a while to save up lol

(got g4 uncommon ore bit from scrappin a leg i t9'd max lvld then insta scrapped for said purpose lol), still i been playing for 6 months so still lots of officers i not got lol

getting 30k inert per mob in 36 sys so think worth it

yeah turns a 10-15 min grind into a 2x 2 min ones

i worked on unity for years which used C# but UE uses C++

We need a proper rethink of incursions. It's degenerating into a game of hide and seek. There is no real fighting at most levels, as the lvl70 can just crush the bases of pretty much everyone execpt those also at 70.
So the rest of us it's all about finding a base and raiding it out of sight and in the quiet, and making sure you shield well. Those two things are not pvp. They are boring.
What do I want? An effective base defense option. So that while I am online I can't be cracked by 1 player alone. An orchestrated swarm fine. But right now if I try and defend another player, that 70 just crushes my base, scoops with an amalgam and we lose more points. The risk/reward is all wrong.
btw we are actually winning so not sour grapes, just disappointment.
