So I see my miner (in rare transogen space) is going to be recalled tomorrow. It says eligible commanders will be given a makeup token; but it also says recall your miners to make sure you don’t lose your cargo.

How will they know who is eligible for the token if I recall. Am I overthinking things?

In any company of any kind, other than complete distrust, apathy is the worst feeling you want to engender in your customers, and yet, that is all I am seeing and hearing.

The constant refrain in our alliance chat and discord today. Too much. Too many hours. Too many loops. Too much broken.

Even the good stuff like officer efficincies came with a new problem, lack of command badges, and yet 3 months in, nothing done to fix it and so people who zealously worked on it, stopped dead in the tracks, and nothing you can do about it.

New arcs like transogen. Meh. Great concept. Awesome artifact sourcing. Execution is less than stellar to be nice about it. Two weeks in. Nearly zero fixes or communication on the issues. No one in ANY alliance has finished both weeks, and you all are silent, and we won't even discuss the blame shifting in the Q&A to the players because that has been covered previously, and here only for a point of reference.

Changing SLB/SMSs without communication. Trying to force people into new levels and not giving them the tools to succeed. Yes, you want to sell things, but when your very highest levels have nothing to spend on and can easily win the auctions, the problem isn't them, or the mid range folks from 61-68 (or 51-58, etc) who use previous generation materials to score, its that those at the top of the food chain have nothing else to do and the fault is not theirs. It's yours. Unfortunately rather than fixing the problem, you punish everyone like a drill sergeant in the Army making all the privates do pushups for the sins of the one, but in this case, the sins are imagined, and the fix is on your side.

Anyways, good luck with all this and hopefully fixes and communication can return excitement rather than apathy.

Yea I'm not a big fan of RNG as a source. Its painful, and there's a ton more officers than just the one building to upgrade. They seem to want us to be able to speed up certain parts of gameplay, while forgetting what really is the barrier (officer badges, and sourcing for the only directives that allow us to get the currency to exchange for AG parts

When ships are recalled, for arena, incursions, server mergers, cargo is lost. Given they're probably using the same recall method for the backend work, that's why the message was made.
