I have an Enterprise who can kill about 12 or 13 Lvl 30 Augments before exploding and needing a 10 hour repair or whatever (which I can speedup).
Taking an average of 12.5 hostiles per run, and factoring how many points it nets me, I'll be farming over 1500 or 1600 Augment exiles. With my current Enterprise situation, that's 120 or 121 repairs.

Even the addicts will fail eventually. The more and more Scopely stalls on the inevitable, the more and more disasterous the fallout will be.
They can do small bug fixes to flatten the trend a bit, but if the net gain is more and more breaking, nothing will work.

on site like stfc.space you can look for the base DPR and compare it to whats displayed for you, and then you take the base dpr, multiply it by the % increase and add it all together

It would still be lopsided. But not as bad if they made you use same lvl ship. The ops lvl makes ops 70 5* higher then a lvl 45 5* so would at least make the higher ops swap out to a more reasonable size for hitting.
