As for the TP meta event, the whole issue there was that a lot of lower level players simply couldn't have maxed out any officers to get the tp's in the first place. I myself am only at OPS 30, and despite pulling recruit whenever I have tokens, I've yet to max out ANY officers, regardless of rarity.

OPS 40 after "a few months"? I've been playing for YEARS (since at least the release of TNG) and have only reached OPS 30! And that's not entirely ftp!
As for the TP fix, who knows why scopely decided what they did? Ultimately they did respond to player concerns about the issue and provided a fix, and there was never any guarantee the fix would work for everyone.

i see your logic in showing that, but here is mine, you need to stop doing alot of things just to get the resources to do some of that, 55k protomatter? not has easy has you say to get, temporal disruptors? the same thing, you need an huge amount of excess of those artifacts shown in there, and in a F2P way, not easy to come by, and i mean, you can't get the enough amounts in 1 month to pull it of.

opportunity chips? sure you can do that, depending on your NX-01 tier, you can get the amount needed, but only for 1 turn.

epic dom? also doable, 2 times in 1 AT.

Great info has just been posted for you. Work on maximising what you can and forget about the rest you can't, the game gets much nicer when you get fomo out your head xx
