The Vindicator is one of the worst special ships to tier up I have had mine day one and it is tier 6 and I am now ops 62 I use it only to help other alliance members. This event store I will use it for that ship last event store is used it for the NSE that was because that ship takes a long time also to tier it is now almost tier 12 worked on it from days one also and used all stores to tier it up
