Well i like the refinery chnages. The alliance touments now working better not perfect. They rubber band a bit and selecting a task you didn't intend too can and has happened. But it's better.

@heady moon having issues with CS to collect a mission reward that will not collect. I have given ample screenshots and described the issue and keep getting told they don't have enough info and auto close the ticket. This bot thing is not working and they need to go back to live support, I cannot continue my fed faction mission line with this mission reward stuck on my screen refusing to let me collect it.

You've hit the max level for your EC rank so you just stop getting shards. It's the same way as when you max say Grush, stop getting shards.from the daily syn pull.
