The frustration of purchasing anything:
Mr. Tiger's conversation with UltimaDJ and the recent positive changes, convinced me to start slowly spending. I just bought a small prime to get a second prio ATA.

In the last 48h, even with using refresh tokens, I didn't get one single rare ATA. Only one uncommon, the rest ALL commons.

I'm doing max pulls in augment store (also ATA tab) for speedups and refresh tokens, but the last time I got a refresh token was ages ago.

To add to the frustration, sometimes purchases in S31 and DTI faction stores use the credits but yield no rewards (they're happening together with a communication errror screen). Few days ago, support didn't refumd anything. Curious if after the new report from today, I get the shards or a refund of the credits.

I think it would be so beneficial if Scopely published the RNG code. There are so many questions. And so much reluctance to purchase stuff that you'd get with a better/ more fair RNG.

Games have many features developed around their rng engines, including bad luck protection.
Also, software random numbers they're not so random, and a software developer has to put some extra care in to generate random numbers.

Design choice, rewards are based on research/station packs, and those don't use 5* epic, so they're not included. It gets brought up every arc, the choice rewards have prompted more asks, but nothing gets changed
