The maintenance was due to lag when collecting dailies, plus the 6th FC slot issue and the player unable to collect rewards due to the winner button being frozen so they where unable to open events. Then they broke something resulting in more lag which they then fixed

You can kite around less smart players around the arena while you complete armadas, set up by default fast ships with loot/speed mix crews and be able to do the rare armadas almost instantly,...
It's not because 1 player flashes a fancy ship that you're doomed, sometimes you're not 😉

I don't know that I would say that it is Tiger specifically, so much as that's been Scopely's tactic for specialty ships for a long time. Make something really hard in the first month, then provide a ship that simplifies it in the second month of the arc.

At whoever needs to hear this. The 2k hostile cap started at a lower amount when there were less ships/less docks (like what was it 4?) Now we have 7 or 8 or more... so if you've already raised it from 1200 (or was it 1500) to 2000... why not consider going to 3? Or do it based on the players docks? 1000 hostiles per dock... maybe 600? Maybe 800... let's start the haggling.

Unfortunately i slipped up and locked my fed rep a few weeks ago. But until then i could still auto in fed space
