There has been some lag today, so that could be the case. If it doesn't reward you in say no more than an hour and after a restart, you might need to file a ticket though. I think there have been some scattered reports of some issues like this. Nothing like a massive wave of players, but some sporadic reports mainly.

The IA is meant to speed up the claims you make daily, so it gives you the rewards of all the pulls of the exchanges in an included loop. It does it without having a fuel cost. Some of those exchanges will provide things you no longer need.

You should try an external program like Revo Uninstaller. It’s free. Then in the settings of that program make sure to check deep clean/uninstall and include the registry as well. This should prevent further corruption.

Oh and make sure you have all your log in details noted down!

there's any number of ways that could be happening

there's a decent chance HGW won't constantly crit and Garak after a few rounds not vs Pon will crit every time; if only one is running slipstream and both are running Trilithium that ship is going to have a wild advantage beause of shield HP, if they have different crit floors or one doesn't have max crit damage reduction that's going to be a huge base damage difference

could also be iso %, apex barrier/piercing amounts, below deck officers, iso defense, or more

frankly the velox has 6 below deck slots open vs the ent's 4 which also matters

the number of pvp primes that have a significant impact vs EST is very low.

it's, like. the apex shred one? and to some extent one of the damage reduction ones

i guess also to an extent there's a number of iso damage and defense ones that add up over time

if you have, like, all of them

most of the impactful pvp primes are about increasing or decreasing crit chance, reduction, or floor, which EST makes just completely irrelevant if your pon is good
