The kli super highway is absolute garbo, it unlocks only a tiny path that barely changes warp time.

No, lv57 Faction Transports is the highest you get in the 55-57 system. And dont stress on Hemmer too much. In g6 space there are no equilivent transports. The hostiles drop both warship AND Survey parts

@opal meadow i think there are more of us who can provide screenshots, me included regarding issues in alliance tournaments but a acknowledgement that there are issues and timeline when they will be adressed / fixed would be helpful but currently there is no acknowledgement (which we dont really dont need as we already see that it is broken) nor a ETA for fix

and to top it up the store will probably time out as well so another event down the toilet and everyone spent their valuable minutes / hours / days / money to compete and meet with wall of silence from scop side

I've found Tolra Toli and Demarco to be good for surviving but I'm almost thinking Byr might be better instead of Toli bc the survival was top notch but the damage wasn't enough to win in the 10 rounds so for me needs tweaked

Its like starting again….suggest find Lewb’s vids on YouTube ‘Going 59-61’…Rss not really an issue as Refinery trades both ways…ie G5 to Sigma or if you are stuck Sigma to G5….only real bottleneck is Sigma speed ups - 1.5Mil Lat for a 1-day - even with Build times back to days rather than 100’s of days that we got used to; second build queue essential 3rd desirable.
Unles you have millions of Faction credits dont build a Selkie straight away, a T7 Beattie etc will reach the starter mining systems

Depending on your server RoE T1 Selkie protected and mining speed is very poor, on 130 no looting in G6, so need the nx01 peek facility to save a wasted 8 minute journey, thats why suggest 1 Selkie and T7 g5 miner to use to hold your node while you empty out

That is ROE… lol, throwing a different acronym at it doesn’t change what it is. Our server is similar, Opc or zero node only and no hitting active armadas. Everything else including token is fair game. It’s somewhat funny how hung up people get on the roe term. If you have any server rule whatsoever, including “no loot don’t shoot”, that’s roe. It’s not a scary word 🤣🤣

RoE dictates what you can and cannot do, what officers to use on miners and what miners to use etc, RoE dictates how rogues are dealt with. RoE is a dictatorship created by top alliances.

Where NLNS is simple no loot then don't shoot simple.

That’s just a heavy and convoluted ROE; nlns is a simple roe. They are both rules of engagement. I digress as it doesn’t matter to me, just illustrating the fact that any server rule is a form of roe. Your previous roe sounds like it was too detailed and your current roe is simple. Enjoy.

legit the last time i saw any server have anything about an officer stipulated in roe, was when arrock was new and it was 'non feeshas on conlat nodes that don't have arrock as capt, go boom', and even that only stayed in there for a month or two. it's rare to see it because it's rarely needed. your example situation wasn't even a 'needed' situation, you were talking about warships on nodes, warships ain't miners, therefore warships, as always, would be fair game, regardless of how they're crewed.
