Yeah, I have managed to get all of the FCs prior to v8ndi through various event stores but it’s nice for the armada officers and fc creds

I scrapped my dvor just last week and used event currency to finish off the bps and through hitting the voy refinery I got it to t11 in 2 days

Nice the fcs was my main selling point with the vindicator bc my faction ships have been stronger for a while but the taunt making it to where if you kill the armada in under 20 rounds nobody but you takes all the damage

I've got loads and loads of extra health and shield and can typically take a good beating from armadas and so it's awesome to "save" alliance members ships from being blown up

Thing is I can already solo pretty much all armadas I can reach with my sanctus (except the the revenant ones) so no use case for the vindi

Xindi are pretty simple, you just need to remember to have dezoc below and nero on the bridge and you should be ok for the 53s

I decided to go for a wild ride in arenas because my friends were desperate for help getting a squad.

We had two decent matches, both in capability and for the most part performance.

Lag was there, and a bit awkward, during the match with @serene kiln but it wasn’t oppressive as it has been.

But as matches go they weren’t bad at all. The latter was exceptionally close and if it wasn’t for my having a G4E (shut up, I still regret it given than we ascended 20 hours later) it would probably have been a loss.

I honestly don't believe they put that much thought into it. They never stick 100% to the event schedule, pretty much every week it seems like there's an event that gets cancelled at no notice, or an unannounced event suddenly appears. I genuinely wouldn't be surprised if they just had a spinning wheel to decide what they're going to do on any specific day, and we as the players are expected to feel grateful

It has its few matches that are decent yeah. But I’ve done 23 matches today and only 4 of them were somewhat fair. And all but 5 of the matches were with the same two people (2 ops 57 and 1 ops 55)

We were consistently getting tossed up against 2 60+ almost every match. A couple of the 60s were weak and we could kill but most of them had no business being in a an arena with 2 rare g5 and 1 unc g5. No matter what way you try and put it that is a fact.

And with the horrid matchmaking they make you lose way to many points considering it’s P2W and luck based on if you get matched horribly or not. Even bigs have the issue too where there’s 3 of them that are 65-69 and they kept getting atleast one 70 in every single match. It’s stupid and a complete waste of time 99% of the time it happens.

A nice old-school crew is 789. A more modern tactic is to load the damage onto your shields with a SNW Pike setup.
Both would benefit from having ParisBDA and a crit enhancer like Hugh or Vael.

Alright, I'm stuck. I'm trying to figure out how efficiences for artifact shards are applied. Lorca is at 10% and the great is at 14% for me. No matter how I do a math, that doesn't result in a shard reduction from the base value of 121 to my actual game value of 98. According to 7 different methods of efficiency application, the value SHOULD be between 92 and 96. The game says 98. Does anyone know how Scopely actually does these efficiencies? artifacts & specialty buildings are big. i also have a tier of rotarren hull plating already, max all g4 research, everything that doesn't cost g5r that's relevant in combat/station/galaxy, almost all the NX favors, all the bajoran favors, almost entirely ops locked on non-premium mirror
