So got this from another alliance and I’m super curious how they beat this not only without having the new ship in the charged arm but crewing isn’t very good being 2 hostile crews and a PvP crew! We did one earlier with over 1 billion power and the best crews possible and lost without having the new ship in so how were they able to win?

Scopelys plan of releasing relatively easy to obtain and tier underpowered ships but with huge warp range to the earlys 40’s has done them a disservice. They have neglected their Faction ships but expect to turn up to a 4B strength Formada with their Protectors and Voyagers and win. Then throw a hissy when they get bumped or starred out by G5

You need other strong ships to actually do damage to the armada
The new ship only negates the ability of the formation armadas to grow stronger each round.
So don't go soloing a leg with the new ship, you need your regular ships and armada crews for it

To be fair I think i was triple boosted (defiant + titan + cerritos) there as i was running tribune in the static leg effectively trying to solo it - in terms of damage at least. Might have done it if I'd have realised someone else was running Georgiou and could have swapped her out for for miles as i was running sisko + gwen + georgiou.

In that leg yes, but without a relativity you pretty need to kill the static node in 2 rounds as then you start to die (unless you get lucky and it crits and you have enough crit reduction stuff that it does zero damage).

Funnily enough that happened in this one. But it was the talios that took the crit and then lasted until round 5 (no shots fired by the armada in round 2 and 4). If that had happened to my tribune i'd have killed it

as i wrote in the survey, the biggest problem with the relativity... when you have it you will not get the most loot. because it needs bigger ships to deliver the damage and those bigger ships will take the biggest share. yes, starter chest are nice, but you ll have to hit up, but hitting up against those insanely tuned formadas is a bad idea if you are not a megawhale.
plus its progress is linked to formadas, and nobody likes formadas.

Right @heady moon myth on 114 is having issues. Two players today have been kicked but no one is kicking them. We dont have malicious actors. What we have is a game bug.
