I mean, some people are just so stupid very weird. It’s after reset. I come on and see what I’ve gotta do. Get everything prepared work on it a little bit and then come back later. Some people don’t even look at what events are on.

Yes if you can do the events without worrying about the minute in less than five minutes fine but if you’re someone who has to graft get everything you need pay attention.

Also, if someone from your alliance messages you maybe take that message first, not the other five randoms. Because otherwise, what’s the point in having an alliance?

I tried for the same reasons, but it was painful. I spent minutes hovering over ships I was supposed to be attacking that I could kill, only to be attacked by one from the other side of the map I could not.

the concept is good, even if you lose. The aim is to get a team to stretch the +- 7 and usually you'll win. The lag is too bad for most to have to restart again and again, after doing it multiple times during normal gameplay

Anyone else reading the "bug bash week" notes show it to be more of a "grammar/display fix week" which does nothing for our actual gameplay issues? Like when is the Cerritos "Shield Recycling" research going to get fixed so it works? Or the overflowing inventory that makes it super frustrating to find anything?

And there in is the entire problem. Arenas shouldn’t require players to exploit the matching system to win, the somewhat flawed store forces people to do it because they suffer if they lose too much. A better solution, were it possible, would be to limit the power in the match. So whilst you could then stretch the group, you’d only scupper your team because the highest members would be prevented from undocking at all.

yeah i usually stay online for all of arenas but was sick last night and went to bed early… literally had missed calls on whatsapp trying to get me online 😆 coz team stacking is so effective and i’m the bridging member for it normally. only way i join teams that aren’t designed is once i unlock g6 engineering favour, after that ehhhh as to my rank. but until i’ve got the credits to get it i’m not risking rank loss.

I've said from day 1 that the rewards need tripled. That alone would help. Right now it takes a solid 7-10 tries to get enough currency to refine 1-2x and that takes hours. Hours where literally nothing else can be accomplished.

Please just no! 8 hours of this nonsense is enough already, and extending it will result in even poorer matchmaking...leaving the (best guess) 10% of players still actually taking part struggling to find a fair match up even harder than they do currently.
Fix Arenas or at least get rid of the negative rep and the impulse lock...Get players back onside...lf Scopely can increase participation rates (after all, they were supposed to be around 40% first week) matchmaking will get better, then take a view about extending them, or even trying different days.
Spoiler alert, even if they fix everything, they'll still never be "fair" it's the nature of pvp and p2w/f2p, all we can hope for is fairer 😀

If it was 12 hours then that would allow people who aren't able to AKA work to be able to participate. Extending the timing/ rotating the days and or times it runs or simply make it 24 hours like the rest of the events and this complaint goes away as everyone gets a chance to play it

Fair enough, though it's a lot better with 3 instead of 5 people and overall the performance has gotten better.
Just hope the speed cap will get lifted as the infrastructure gets refactored

The new officers are not a rush to get IMO

But are still useful in a pinch
