it adds the current stats of the building and what it would be if maxed for your level

depending on what your stats were already, it may not be that noticeable, but the stat's are reflected in the ship details

I know when i hit the 64s before it, i was almost losing my rotarran, now it's about 10% damage

The exo was a really good idea to showcase it, but it does illustrate a problem. The drip on the building is non existent until you hit agent, and even then it's only for one type of currency from the not armadas.

And getting to agent is slow and painful

NSEA has a limit of like 60 per event so it will only take 4 invasions to get the whole ship if you put in the effort, unfortunately Invasion is only once per month but OH has been talking about getting it twice a month.

you go and kill formation armadas for the loot then refine that for schematics and various artifact parts

building at lvl37.. to turn on the artifact tab it requires lvl38 of artifact building. so there's n9 in game source other than the silly armadas
