You need a maxed sally or close to get past the tier 1 which keeps out a lot of newer players . However at least they added the 1 point per kill so im not complaining because the turkey bowl version had no alternative. I can suffer farming the kills so i can at least finish for ahead of the curve

My servers ROE is no hits in token space , Swarm space UPC is no hit , and territory requires seperate no fly negotiations

theoretically roe protects token and territory on my server, and about 70% of alliances have agreed to no DS OPC either.
in practice two of the top 5 alliances ignore all 3 of those and a third ignores DS so lmao not really

@wooden vapor From lvl 19 - but the entire feature is p2p. Buy each tech with real money from the store. As far as i can see, there is no f2p route yet to aquire any tech items. Upgrading is f2p, but not initial aquisition.
