One trip out with Voyager gives me days of Hirogen pulls, and I can do max pulls on 8472 every single time, without fail. And I’m able to do most of the big mine pulls too.

The Talios, just the events now are keeping me ahead in inert nanos.

I no longer have to go out every day for two tokens worth in my Vidar to get enough to full pull my Tally.

Two trips for an event and I’ve got three days of refines for that.

Maybe because I’m still in a training bra the effects become less pronounced later in the ship cycle, but it’s difficult to see that happening and as someone who is relatively recently back through these loops… woooow the Vidar and BB one would have saved me some time a couple of months back.

And Tally and Voyager are now easy.

I actually have time to enjoy the game, not just drown in loops.

and thanks to the nx-01 you get kept in enough ex-borg credits to be able to use most of the efficiencies you'd want to be using

so by the time you can do that.... there's no real benefit beyond it taking a little less time to push through upgrading ship parts 'til the next 'oh i can't upgrade this because i have to go up 2-3 ops levels to get the opslocked part i need for the upgrade', and you're gonna be at the ops level you're at for way longer than it'd take to do the upgrades anyway, if you're not ben-ing your research to rush ops

The vidar, voyager and talios all start in g3 though, and you aren’t going to be using ex borg efficiencies much until higher g4. By that time the talios is the only one that has frequent ops locks, voyager and monaveen only have one left at ops 51 before they can be maxed.
And I don’t use the monaveen efficiency in ex borg right now, because it’s too expensive if I want to do the stretch pull, I’d need to do the 7 chest pulls two out of three days or so. Grinding it takes only 5 minutes or so, and the intermediate bonuses are making that grind easier still.
If you are using the ex borg efficiencies for everything, the only thing any intermediate claims would do would be saving a bit of ex borg common credits. It’s not going to be much help anyway because the loop is already almost closed out.

You don’t need to have a 1 star. If your territories connect is only requirement. You would have needed a 1 star to reach the 2 star but if you then dropped the 1 star, leaving only a 2 star… you can still activate.

You could own a 3 star only if you wanted and still be able to start services.

All I know is that it won't let you attempt an upgrade unless the success percentage is at least 10%. The formula used to convert assessment rank and other factors to that % hasn't been worked out yet, I don't think.
