Well earlier I did a epic chest pull, got 6 jellyfish bps, had 115 already, looked at jellyfish expected to build it, it said I only had 116 bps, just did a territory bps pull for 5 bps, didn't even register. In base defense do my all ships apply crew effects to attacking ship ? For example: I have ships A,B,C. Nturally A will be attacked first. Will my ship C with Yuki as captain affect attaking ship's shield, even though it's fighting ship A at the moment ?

Seems if the Q hostile is in the same system, it takes me back to inside the system as if functioning normally. If it's in a different system, the Locate button just takes me back to the main Q trial menu with the categories.

I don’t know as “free” is a reasonable or unreasonable use of the word given the example I gave earlier, your “free” bread at some restaurants, any number of “free” things you get when buying stuff…. By the time you get to T6ish on the Vidar you’re out of “a tier per day or two” to a tier every week, but this takes the grind right the way down and speeds it up.

after our wave failed because of this, someone started a new one and linked the system in alliance chat... I clicked that linked system THREE times - what SHOULD happen is, it should show me the galaxy map with the linked system centered on my screen... what DID happen: first two attempts it showed galaxy map but some random lowlevel system from the area where you first spawn as a new player.... third time the camera view went inside the system where my base is and centered my own base on the screen as if I tried to "locate" one of my ships that is docked.... THIS IS A BAD JOKE, what's going on here

Sometimes its as simple as a large influx of players logging in at the same time. Every game suffers from similar server issues that are sometimes caused by a quick overload and the server struggling to keep pace. Besides, haven't had any further issues thus far

yeah, most MMOs have issues at some point in their life... the difference is most aren't rolling out changes this fast. Expansion cycle on everquest is 12 months, I think they still have monthly patches but those are usually solely bug fixes rather than new stuff each month.
And when you roll out new stuff this fast, of course it's going to break. But it's not going to change, stfc isn't that sort of game, and scopely isn't in the same business as blizzard and DBG/DPG

I admit I missed the really bad times since I started WoW about half a year into cataclysm... but since then the only issues there were, were on launch days of new expansions... and IF there were issues outiside of that, they were limited to one specific zone or aspect of the game (like when a world boss spawned and was fought buy a huge number of players ... AND they were taken care of!!! Certainly NOT a weekly occurance on the same level as it is happening in this game where we have maintenance after maintenance and NOTHING CHANGES

If you want the El-Aurian hostiles, they're left of Fed Space, systems are in a zig-zag pattern, starting at Veridian.

I don't know if this is a good question or a poor question. When you're reading officers descriptions and stats. Words like hostile and player, Is there somewhere that they define some of these vague terms. Like can a player only be hostile if they're marked with a red scope?

hostiles are red npc's, players are just players
