Thanks for reminding me exactly how dead on arrival that Xindi armadas are...
Especially the rares. Some quick math:
At ops 56, the uncommon payout is ~400k + 400k starter chest. (bonus chest if you didn't start it is 200k) so let's estimate an average of 700k per run of loot to be generous.
The directives are provided at 1 run per week. Assuming you're running with a group of 7 seats and everyone starts one, that's roughly 1 run per day.
The uncommon turn-in costs 3.2M loot and returns x200 rare directives on a 3 day cooldown
That's 4.5 runs per turn-in meaning you'll actually not be limited by the cooldown, but by loot. Say, every 4 days to be generous (again)
Each turn-in provides 200 rare directives and 5000! are needed to start one rare. That means 25 turnins are required to run 1 rare, or 1 rare every 100 days
Judging from the amount of loot carried by the rares, I'd estimate the return from a run at ~40k + any chests which seems extremely low compared to the 320k loot needed for a single turn-in.

So this accident happens and with a g5 rare its like 5 million lat. I cant afford that. It could litterlaly kill my game. Can something be done about this. If it happens again im litterally forced out of the game as i cant buy a pack to.replace and without lat i cant progress in the game. The daily lat payouts will take a month of lost progress to replace what lost in a second and frankly with repairs many times a day it could be lost again. so even if you were on 1% health before you started the fight, you're still restored to 10%(or more with the research)

and it isn't counted as a loss, so you don't lose any loot.

Yep. Like I said, practically useless. In mirror space it acts as a failsafe, but that extra bit of loot you can get is fairly insignificant considering you need to be careful you don't blow up again, so you wouldn't use that whole extra 10%. Yeah it's a bit more, but I'm talking about the ability as a whole. The way it compares to other ship abilities, it's incredibly underwhelming. I'm not knocking the ship, it's genuinely become my favourite ship which I use for basically everything except armadas. That ability is just pretty much meaningless. It is to me anyway.

Only advantage of the Valdore is the extra event for the ship parts.

Crystal and Ore feel a lot more abundant than Gas, so the tinga might actually be easier to upgrade.

Yeah, the G4 impulse need almost 30M rep for maxing. But you get some done with was it 2M and up. Something like that.

Main source for Rogue rep is 7 pull from Ex-Borg. It's almost 700k rep / day.

Under Stella Outlaw Efficiency title.

But kind of needs NX to support the cost of that max pull.

Yeah, I didn't begin using Ex-Borg Credits to that pull until I was already 12M Rogue rep. With rep limiting all remain Stella tree research. So I also wouldn't recommend doing it on early stages. But to get the remaining 15M or so it's very practical.

Regarding G4 ship types. I didn't like Cube at all on early tiers. But due to player beneficial ship % health bug it gets very strong at T7 (with T8 components in).

Needs T6 G4R to unlock that T. But the bug makes it so that hull is around 90% more than shown. Alredy with ~9k health stacking from officers.

So for example my T7 Cube showing 46M power is in reality around 60M to 65M.

At 41M it could clear all Actians from ops 40 waves. And Cube is much faster impulse than G4 faction battleships.

Doing all daily events giving Ultra Recruit tokens and using some faction credits to get the cheap 60 and 300 costing faction Recruit packs helps with officer sourcing. That and time (or money lol )

I usually grind TD as a side product. When hitting higher lvl hostiles in a quiet system I shoot some hostile 2 or 3 times.
