I personally think an AMA, with submitted questions, not a free for all, would be the best format. Open up a channel for 10-20 minutes, give each person 1 question, no matter how hard or easy it is, it gets put on the list and the person doing the answering will actually take the time to answer things and post it for everyone to see. If it's something that can't be answered properly, it is marked as so. No placation, no PR speak, just straight forward answers, if they don't have an answer for something, they say so, apologize and move to the next one.
