Nah, same amount of bugs. Has nothing to do with bek and everything to do with the completely disjointed way they develop content, with separate teams working on arcs that are months out concurrently and with no cross talk or even building on each others bug fixes or changes.
The complete lack of centralized content control is what makes this so bad and why for so long a lot of bugs would reappear with each arc release. No one ever patched in the new versions to the arc content

If your server just ascended, you probably had a batch of people stuck at 39 just gathering resources. When the level lock was lifted, they could spend their stockpile and jump a few levels. They could also have bought resource packs. And you'll see the same issue at any level, not just G3 to G4. When I was in the upper 50's, I was in the same bracket as mid 60's. No way to compete there.

Crew's too new for me to know that, I'd test. MU will make it last a little longer, but the Ent is very poorly positioned against BST, since it ignores shields very quickly and the ent relies on it. The part I don't know about is how much damage an iso-augmented Ent can deal. I don't think it can outpace the augur, but needs testing.
