you should've got the items. most of my claims today were like that, but at least for things where i knew what i'd had, i could see that i'd received the claimed amount after i relaunched the game. ( no popup showing things even after relaunching, but, for example, i could see my lat balance had increased after claiming and relaunching )

No he isn't. He specifically declined some payments or benefits from Scopely so he can give his honest opinion. But he does genuinely enjoy the game and the community and that is seen in his videos. And I'm sure that based on the info Scopely was willing to share to the CCs that this event did seem a lot better than it is.

What's the motivation
I collected the chest, I went to inventory and other, can;t find that thing I collected. Is that a bug, or just because the inventory is such a mess and has been a mess since day1 and getting worse with every arc. Yet despite that frequent complaint you choose to put event stuff in there. Not even a basic QoL update like sorting it alphabetically. I'm amazed that got past the "surely thats a stupid idea" stage
