for PvE, my ships have 60-70% iso defense resting, and below deck slots are so limited - between Paris, Hugh, Torres, Doc, and Chapel vying for usually 3-4 slots, I'm not sure how I fit another officer in there.
For PvP, my ships have nearer 150%, and there's officers like T'ana to fit in to bump those numbers way higher.

Extremely dissatisfied with the event store currency this time round. I’m ops 57, dabble abit in pvp but not overly fussed by it. Meaning the only thing (not just by value) worth getting is the fc slot (mainly cos I have everything else) however many people like myself ended up with less than 180k currency (I got 178k) absolutely terrible! Either there should have been more officers available to go for to make up for lack of currency meaning you would of giving players better choice or you should (as in scopley) of made it so 180k was the bare minimum a player would end the month with

The complete freeze up when claiming chests is also occuring, but that has been a thing since like the last couple arcs

They contract reddis who deal with low latency apps etc problem is scopely servers are high latency, it's like asking a plumber to do an electricians job.

Then once reddis upgrades the service, scopely load up their update which was programmed b4 reddis. So it gets bored again.

Reloading 4 or 5 times you might get 10 mins playtime b4 it just can't cope

This being only game you have to reload every 10 mins, whereas others can be in all day on 1 login.
