Which server are you? On 178 this system has been broken for ages and still isn’t fixed. If you have really much time you can still wait and after 3-4 minutes you see the new ones spawning but it is annoying and I waited until I could reach 51 system

I'm going to try and give the arc a fair chance but seeing the utter garbage scopely has been serving with the dev team/decision members seemingly having "amount of players quitting the game" as one of their KPI's my expectations are rock bottom. That being said I still suspect scopely will manage to impress me with how terrible/tone deaf the next arc is. I'd be pleasantly surprised if it was more like the bajoran/freebooter arc but the district building already rings alarm bells for me

Well we are more than half way through 2024 and they haven't released 3 of the things on their roadmap... instanced PVP, Alliance Games and Dynamics Bosses.... My guess is we get one of those in the next 2 months, unlikely that Allinance games fits in with the MU, but the other two might... dynamics bosses sounds like somethig you want in a dungeon 🙂 so my bets are on that being released in the next 2 months to finish out the MU arcs

I think the "king" of self-destruction was SeaQuest though. I've been rewatching it. Spielberg backed. Amazing cast. Great premise and decent writing in S1....

But the network wanted more "scifi" so they wrote in psychics and alien abductions... Writing quality declined because they relocated the show and axed the "older" cast members for <35 y/os except the captain.

By the end of S2, it had gotten so bad that Roy Scheider wanted OUT. As did others. So he was replaced by Ironside in S3 which did so poorly it was dropped a few eps in. Meanwhile. Ironside refused to talk to Darwin, the BEST thing about the show. LOL

On more TV tid-bit. Dark Shadows, the old 60's soap opera. I watched the whole thing (yes i'm crazy) and I can see how it directly impacted most supernatural based shows on today. It is gloriously cheap, flubbed lines, sets moving, some... questionable acting choices, but good lord were the storylines fun (From Laura the Phoenix storyline onwards except 1970 Parallel time... that was pretty bad).
