You'd make me a very happy camper if you could get scopely to actually get some playtesting done. There are just so many bugs/errors/issues (holo building pops to mind) that would've been clearly discovered by basic testing. Letting some people playtest the content a week before arc launch would help so much. Scopely actually doing some grind reduction, freebooters turned from grind reduction into a grind faction, would help too. Dolamide was a good step but more in game paths for primes would be nice as so many ancient ones still have no in game method to acquire.

I can't speak for others and I know you need to be diplomatic since scopely is your employer but you'll get a lot of credit with me if you're upfront when things go wrong (things can happen, just admit it and learn from it) and don't try to sell us bad conent as the best thing since pizza. If you could get scopely to do some long overdue QoL stuff like level 30 waves, a way so we don't spend 10 minutes a day refining/collecting chests and more focus on game stability I'd be very happy. Also don't feel shy to just say it if we're being too direct or if you don't know it. I vastly prefer "Sorry I don't know, I'll need to ask" over an answer that's a nothing burger 🙂

Yeah I was able to fix that by just doing the armadas with monaveen and talios. Talios had more power and was grabbing a larger portion of the loot. Just as well too, since it had more cargo space

@heady moon Here's some feedback to pass onto upper management. There's players that have spent thousands of dollars on this game, including me. I was averaging $300 a month on the game and definitely not getting the value for it. The game is full of bugs. Very big ugly bugs that seem to be reproducing. The game play ratio of money spent to enjoyment received is totally unbalanced. Perhaps Scopely should concentrate on fixing and removing the bugs. Make the game function correctly and at least bring balance back to the ratio. Personally I can't recommend the game any longer, between the freezes, glitching and the lag let alone the cost for in game items. It's absolutely ridiculous! I am reducing my spending to $20 a month and I'm also doing something any game company an game designer absolutely hates. I'm going to spend more time with my family. Well actually I won't be spending more time with the family since the whole point of video games is to escape from your family but I will be spending significantly more time on other games. Games that have a much better ratio of money for game play enjoyment and games that allows my dollars to stretch much further in value.

When opening the app on my phone, I received a message on the top of my screen, that a new support message is available. When I click it, this loading screen appears and does not stop. The same happens, when I go to the help/FAQ section in the iPhone app which directs me to the support page. There’s a button in the top right corner with an envelope showing a small red dot, which indicates a new message. On clicking the envelope, the never ending loading screen of doom appears.

Not really you will need all those parts for the rogue research.
But once you finish the research loop then its a great once a week claim. Nothing bank breaking of course, but at least you don't get to the end of the research and max your stella....and then have nothing to do with that loop or tree anymore.

But for a newer player it's better to focus the research over spending on a little extra crystal. Ships come and go, officers are forever, even though most are useless now. Research is king

I don't recall ever getting them in hostile chests. You can get it in the G5 Epic Armada chests though. If you have high level's to carry you in deep space epics, you can get a lot of epic armada credits to buy them.
