Is everyone else’s monaveen systems littered with stuck Texas -class sentry’s, it means that beyond the autogrinding ships there is often only one normal Texas ship floating around the system, same situation for the two 40 systems and the 42. The vault has a hidden tiering system to it. After you've finished the 700pts to unlock, you'll be able to see the cost of the key in the cash shop. That tells you the tier. There usually 3 tiers: $5, $100 and one in between. The $5 lockbox has garbo value.

Moving up in tier requires a key purchase from the cash shop.
