No any eclipse uncommon armada L35, L37, L40 on server 131 for months. Kaprpinen 2 active Armada slots only, mige 4 slots, lindstorm few. Rest is broken. Investigation after 4 months didn't finished yet but emergency maintenance for less Stella bps was matter of few hrs 😊👍

I started building a new dilithium generator with a sub 5 minute build time. I went through to the 'help' screen through the alliance page to ask for help in building it.
One of the 'helps' I received took the building down to zero seconds and instead off having to click on it to complete the building, that happened automatically.

The problem was that the building didn't could towards to the dailies.

Scopley support says must contact apple store. Apple says only option is to get money refunded. Money can be tied up for up to 30 days :/ Just wanted to do a little something fun on news years eve.. good good happy freaking new year.

Upgraded station turrets should have gotten millions of points, didn’t get any. Had to go mine, it was the only thing that accumulated points. Billions of RSS down the tubes on this event. Very dissatisfied

This might just be a visual bug, as I haven’t properly checked faction credits each day. I join all 3 faction daily events for spending. When I spend X amount of parsteel or whatever, I get the usual “Winner” icon over the Events icon. Federation is the first one that shows up, but it always seems to give me fewer rewards than Rom or Klingon when I click “Winner” immediately after. For instance, Fed will only show me hitting the reward for 9k faction points, whereas Rom and Klingon will give me all the way to the top rewards, which includes 200 faction credits apiece

For today’s events, there is a discrepancy in the scoring for medals on my solo event and the amount recorded for me in the ALB. I have all 100 medals in the solo but the alliance LB only lists me as having 60.

Is this a bug? I am grinding battleship hostiles with a battleship in level 39 Klingon space. the only ship parts I get in PVE chests are interceptor parts. Should i put in a ticket?

As a workaround for event rewards not working correctly, I started rebooting the game always before claiming event rewards. Seems to work for me. At least so far. 👌

@harsh bough I got this reply! As it has been 12 hours or so (finished the event 10 mins after it started) I'm pretty sure it isn't lag!

So my concern is how does waiting help our placing in the alliance event then if I wait until it is over! Every medal counts towards the alliance leader board and now I (and 6 others in my alliance) are coming up short in helping our alliance move up the ladder? Waiting makes no sense whatsoever! 🤦🏻‍♂️

It sounds crazy but does your ships move sometimes on its own? I’ve had it where I was in an armada exited out of the game and came back to my ship moved out of the armada circle? Is it just a misclick when closing out the app or something more too it?

It seems the "You've been attacked" alert is not getting through. Not sure what changed, but I have not seen any such alert for several weeks. Even my station was attacked, I was on my phone and ST was running in the background. No alert. It took an alliance mate to send a Discord message that I was in trouble. Other alerts are getting through. Ship finished repairing. Ship depleted mining spot. One alert I'm not getting that I don't miss is "Your alliance has started an armada. Come join the fight!" Could the lack of that alert be related to the lack of Attack alert?

Since last update i’m getting “logged out” back to galaxy view again sometimes when entering deep space & territory systems, as if my ships ain’t present in those systems (which it is, either still flying or idle);

Gotta reset the app to “fix” it when it occurs, quite annoying😡

The game inconsistently/incorrectly uses simple fractions. For example, you need 2/1 transwarp to make a journey if cost is 2 (makes no sense to 5th graders), but you need 5k/100k gas for an upgrade if cost is 200k (this is commonly how humans use ratios). These aren't the exact scenarios I've seen this, but merely an example. Cost should always be denominator.

Customer support in game is a joke how do we get a real person to look into an ongoing issues that is repeatable and prominent for months now. I have made dozens of support tickets with all the details you could imagine and they just close them after copy and pasting the same generic response. Horrible customer service.

Can I ask how it is that I can be working on finishing an event, and it's coming down to the last minute and then I stop since I have what I can, and then as the last minute changes from zero to end the event, ...... The event suddenly gains another hour?
I've noticed this before when doing the events, time suddenly being added or subtracted from an event at weird and inconvenient times. And please don't tell me I need to restart, I restart so often that the idea is meaningless.
Stop messing around with an event once it's in motion. Either prepare an event and it's timing properly and then leave it alone till completion, or pull it and fix it and it's timing so that other players don't lose or gain an advantage due to errors or timing constraints.

Kuron doesnt appear to be working correctly in all scenarios... first time it activated correctly, the second time it activated it just speeded up the recharge on the sally from 2 rounds to 1 (went straight to 100% on round 2)

Anyone know if there's any legal ramifications we can't take due to lack of service. It's been months and not one issue has been fixed. I have given all manner of evidence and shown without a doubt it entirely on there end. They just respond with the same generic responses. If anyone has a link to a website or another support it would be much apreshiated. I have over 1500hr and countless real dollars put into this game gane and it vary sad that we can't even get support. Worst customer service ever. Honestly I'd be done with this if I haven't invested so much into this game. I have had dozens of support tickets closed without corrective action or compensation for my loses. This is just sad.

FYI, Apple fees and exchange rates are not identical to Google. You need to take it up with Apple as Scopely has no control over what they charge.

I have a problem where most of the time I can't see capture nodes in territories. I can see resources, and I can use a capture node if I manage to click on one, and I can see ships on them, but I can't see the nodes themselves. Which makes takeovers pretty frustrating. I am playing on an android ph with the latest game update, I have no Internet problems other than with stfc. Has anyone else had this problem and fixed it?

Nodes vanishing after refresh is nothing new if you need tritanium I suggest mining in Barkley they are 25k nodes and don't vanish after refresh

@waxen hearth not the answer that you want, but it's because you're only stuck in combat on the client. It's like lag: your phone hasn't updated properly, but everything is actually still ticking on as usual. You can try sending an alliance help or opening a chest, these will often force a correction, or If you're on an android device you can also try task switching (may restart the game though).

What the hell is going on with shields dropping early? I have had three players in my alliance raided due to this overnight/early morning, two who are so sick of the bugs they might leave which is completely unfair.

In addition, the notifications on being raided aren’t working. So what is going on? Why is this happening and are you going to compensate the players for the completely unfair losses?

Pike's Captain Maneuver is not working on (at least some) non-combat officer abilities even though it appears like it is. The following 2 screenshots show the results after a base raid with Stonn (so increased cargo space) on the ship, and then with Pike as Captain and Moreau and Stonn as bridge officers. The display indicates that cargo space has increased significantly, but it won't actually fill it up - it stops at the cargo limit without Pike and Moreau. Note that the base being raided in this situation had about 6 Billion in resources, so this isn't a case of running out of resources to raid.

I think it's a fault in the implementation. His card says nothing about being only combat abilities (in contrast to Bones, which states specifically his maneuver only works during combat).

And it does appear to work on some non-combat abilities. I just tested it with Origins Stamets, and it DID increase the warp speed further.

That theory that you're referencing was mostly accurate for players up until I think low 30's, though there were still people that didn't fit the theory and it's all but useless for people that aren't that low level (plenty of us). For reference by your advice I should not have the event, and yet I do; I think I actually gained the event after tiering up a ship that I already had..

@ashen portal nobody really knows how the event appears, there have been many theories but none have held 100%. The only reasonable conclusion given scopelys record is that the event distribution is broken and needs to be fixed.

For the better part of 3 months since arc 3 I have not been getting any attack notification at all. All other notification are working. I can reproduce the issues tine and time again. I have event went as far as getting my internet and mobile phone providers to do connection data logging and have eliminated all other potential interferences. I have given all technical specification for my device. Everything is up to date and I have the galaxy s20 ultra and that fastes mobile and home internet money can buy. I have tried 2 other phones all Android and 3 wifi network and can reproduce the issues every time. I have given definitive evidence of this issues and they just keep closing the tickets without any solution at all just the same generic response. Honestly I have 1600 plus hr in this game and countless dollars 8nto this game and this is the customer service I receive. I'm so done with this issues and glitches. They have costed me real Doller value and they have still yet to compensated me at all.

Also, I just switched my ship (realta at the time) in dock C to a Jelly and my Jelly showed destroyed right as I switched it by a player that didn't even hit me. No new BR's were in my inbox before, during, or after it happened.

I've checked multiple times now, but the hero recruit event is broken. The regular one as well as the ranked one. When pulling a single chest, or multiple chests, the event does not register multiple shards. For instance, in my single chest pull just now I needed 80 more points to finish the last milestone, i pulled one rare, and 4 uncommons, but the event only registers 50 points leaving me with 30 points to finish. When I pull 5 chests it also somehow only registers a few shards instead of all of them. Has this bug been known or been around for long?

@rotund vapor I was looking at this just last night actually! What's happening that I see is that the hunter bonuses for parsteel, tritanium and dilithium from both galaxy research and officer bonuses is actually added to what they take (up to the limit of your cargo). So if you were 1000 over protected and they have a 65% bonus from research then they would take up to 1650, with the extra 650 coming from your protected cargo. It was suggested that it only happens when not on a mine, and given the low number of complaints ~~I'm guessing that's true and ~~I only did my tests off of mines.
Obviously this shouldn't be the case. I've presented evidence that will be discussed with Scopely by someone with better connections that I have, hopefully they fix it.

Scoring system for the Apex rogue event seems off as well. I just destroyed a lvl 31 uncommon eclipse, got 1115 points, then destroyed a lvl 29 uncommon eclipse and got 500 points. That's more points, and then less points. If anything it should be consistently giving too many or too few points.
Using a Kumari I should have gotten 800 and then 600.

There was a strange intercept bug during the defence of the territory. Even if I was directly in the path of incoming ships, the intercept point was where ever the ships flight path ended. I saw several ships clustering at these points, so it surely wasn't just me. A serious disadvantage for the defender. I hope it's not something that can be manipulated to happen. The game is a mess! Like an A&E Hoarders episode a mess! Warping to a system, not landing in said system but ship showing landed! Can't recall, can't select the desired system and warp again! Ships recalled to base and then sit there with the "ZZ's" and can't recall them again because it says they are docked! Warp time completely a mess saying a system it usually only takes me 3mins to get to now saying 7 1/2mins! Whatever they did tell them to undo it, as glitchy as the game was yesterday, it's worse now! 🖖🏻

Has anyone had a discrepancy between officer shards received after a lucky drop and how many are ACTUALLY credited? I got a double lucky drop for one character, I took a snapshot after the second drop which shows how many shards I should have, but after collective I have WAY less shards than from the screenshot... it has happened before in another server... for both cases support says that it was a visual glitch... but then the number received doesn’t make sense

If you are opening multiple chests and the first chest gives a lucky drop there is a visual glitch that will show the lucky drop in the next chest that drops that officers shard

For example opening premium recruit 10 chests for 1,500 and you get Nero lucky drop in the 1st chest and if you then get 2 shards for Nero in the 3rd chest it will show as another lucky drop when it isn't that's visual glitch support is on about

The last bee you hit you will notice a slight increase in the damage caused after the shield upgrade but apart from that the shield upgrades have minimal effect

Shields are essentially only of benefit if you lose shields during the fight, if you don't then the only benefit will be from shield deflection; which will be so minimal in most cases that it might as well be nothing.

It will bug out the ship you're trying to repair. It will get stuck as destroyed in docks.

Since the last two updates I often get "zoomed" out from system view to galaxy view in normal systems, such as Dessica, getting told that I don't have a ship or station in that system.
The occurances are random, but often repeat themselves a couple of times in a row, making it really hard to check for incomming patrol hostiles or potential player enemies
