Sorry for the delay in response, and thank you for the clarification. So basically, Nero's burning crew can, in absolute best case scenario, be only useful in rounds 2, 3, 5,6, 8,9?? So in a typical ship to ship combat (outside of using a realta v realta) that typically only lasts 4-7 rounds, a Kumak as capt with Vemet and Nero crew will at best only activate 2-4 times total.... That sucks actually. The Kirk spock forever shield at best can activate EVERY round (and often does) whereas Nero's crew at best can activate in 50%-60% of the rounds... Makes Nero's crew worse than I thought... Scopely: either the way burning is applied needs to be changed so that every time it activates it starts over and doesn't need to run through its 2 rounds (in the case of Nero) so that on best case scenario, Nero's crew going against Kirk Spock loadout is only 1 round behind in its ability to counter the forever shield, or the burning activated abilities need to be buffed up, for example Nero's length of burning ought to be increased to last 4 rounds, Kumak's watch the World Burn needs to be increased to 200% increase, and Vemet's feel the heat needs to be increased to 1500%. It is even more imbalanced than I understood

Tired of all the tags on ships disappearing and the notification banner that gets stuck on my screen. When are these things going to be fixed? Having to restart the game 10 times a day is getting old.

I'm not convinced that's a fix though. Spock's ability says "while the ship has morale" so he activates right after Kirk activates. Kumak says "as long as the ship is burning" so he would probably work with Georg like Spock does Kirk. But Vemet states that if the ship is burning at the beginning of the round, so I think he'd work the same as with Nero. Can anyone test that?

So my enterprise battle report says my ship didn’t take any kind of a noticeable scratch. But in game my hull went down ~25%

Had another instance where it blew up and returned home. Yet battle report said it had ~20% hull left.

How has this not been fixed yet? Why are you guys pushing out territory control and these shitty new, single use ships .... but still can’t calculate damage done to the ship. Stop all new features and fix the bloody game!

I saw myself in the list and infact looked at the strength of all the players. I wasn't in the armada. This was uncommon so its not a big deal only posting in case this happends to anyone else.

Server 26 unplayable in takeover currently. Ships can't get in system. When they are in, they can't target, but others can hit. Enough's enough with this stuff. We all make jokes about Scopely and how it is working as intended, but this is ridiculous. The amount of money people pay to play this game and there's no real time support for limited time events? The Augur is extremely gimped and weak compared to other ships of it's level, and even lower generation ships. When is it going to be fixed? It needs at least 30-40% more firepower in PvP. Also Nero crew is completely useless. USELESS.

I feel this is a bug. When killing romulans and klingons in order to regain federation rep, it has twice altered after a long session to being 2-3 k points better, returning an houror so later after being afk, the work has been pointless as the points are back to the state before all the killing again. Im sure rep points should not be altering when nothing is being done, am I right or wrong ?

There seems to be a problem with the Anonymous Phenomenon event scoring. For example, I just got 5 points for killing a lvl 21 hostile with my Disco instead of 20 points. It did seem to catch up after a while but it’s confusing and seems random as other times I get more points than I’m meant to.

@twin shale @timber trail just because the officer isn't listed doesn't mean that it isn't activating, whenever multiple of the same officer trigger at the same time only one is displayed (this is very common in armadas). I will point out the obvious for the above screenshots: you have no Kirk activating, but you have Spock regenerating shield regardless; Spock only regenerates shield when there is morale. i.e. Kirk DID activate morale by necessity, it just wasn't listed.

@plain basin the banners rarely provide helpful information and there looks to be continuing delays with bonus points being added. Try checking your score, killing a hostile, checking your score again, then waiting a minute and check it again if it was too low🤔

How long after doing some pvp does it take for the 10min shield to kick in after a your station is hit? About 4 hours ago I did Stella pvp. Just now I was hostile hunting and my station got hit. I figured I would let them wait the 10 mins. But they hit me a second time secs after the first. No 10 min shield.

@keen surge I have had one of my ships disappear in game. I can not recall it it seems to be stuck between two screens. The system map and the map from a planet system. I tried to close the app and open it again. Update the app and also delete the app reinstall it and the error is still there.

@lament cradle you need to contact customer service in-game. Keep it short, direct and simple: ship stuck, what ship, dock and bridge crew. They're inundated at the moment, but if you keep it simple you'll hopefully get an response soon.

@twin shale not sure why I'm the devil's lawyer, and no idea what that screenshot says, but the bug is that the abilities are grouped and only display 1. Here I have smashed two envoys together both with Kirk and Spock, only mine shows morale and Spock working, yet both ships ended with full shields. You can count up all the damage to shields through the battles to verify that it exceeds the ship shield health also. It's just a display bug, officers still work.

@subtle jacinth just completing the daily BP event doesn't immediately qualify you for the next stage of rewards in the BP. Some days it requires more than 1 day's of daily BP events to get the required points to hit that next tier, which is more likely where you are at currently; just didn't get enough points from today's event to hit the next milestone.

The are inundated with requests at the moment and taking a very long time to respond, so for your best chance at a quick response keep it short and simple: stuck ship, what ship, what dock, what bridge crew.

@unborn tiger territory buffs work just fine. Buff only applies to base mining speed of the ship. It gets added to all the other bonus from crew and research etc. just like every other buff.

@oak vine reset at 11 due to some time zone changes. like in the EST zone wherein the year you lose an hour and get an hour. The servers are not set for this adjustment. So if you are in a time zone like that it reset dailys one hour early. For me on us-09 Sol in the EST zone dailys reset is at 11:00 pm Not 12:00 am In the winter months for summer months it resets dailys for 12:00 am

Time zone changes happens on all online games my dailies used to reset at 5am and now it's 4am, my other games that give daily rewards are at 11pm not 12am it happens every year almost all games are set by UTC not individual time zones, Scopely is no different they use UTC as a standard time zone

Honestly, I'm convinced the banner messages are a large contributing factor to the lag. Whenever there's a set of events that overlap (e.g. mining events yesterday and today) that leads to multiple pop-ups to clear and laggy client performance.

@thin brook that's a nasty bug, it's trying to send your ship to a different system. My theory is that is that the active system fails to update properly and it's locked to one of your other ships' system. If you had been able to mine it then your ship most likely would have warped off and landed in the identical spot in this other system..

Server 38.... Attack animation does not show. Hostiles killed don't disappear. Nodes will not reset without leaving system view and returning. Recalling a ship requires a second recall upon arriving at station to get error screen and ship home.

Servere Lag. 15+ secs to register a command to a ship, reward or utility. Animation issues where battle does not happen & enemy ship still appears but you can't target it again.
Mining nodes refusing to mine or slow to begin. Registering ship is on a 0 node.
24 hrs & this game is unplayable to complete many of the events or dailies.
If this doesn't have your due diligence & haste you don't deserve our business

I've noticed since last update that the "tricorder" alert sound for notifications on my Android Phone (Galaxy Note 20 Elite) no longer plays. Is anyone at Scopely aware of the lag we are experiencing on server 44? It is ridiculous, continually having to reconnect, PvE battles getting stuck, ships disappearing entering systems. Many people in my alliance and the GC are all reporting the same symptoms. It's been going on for hours now. It's kind of hard to kill reds for the two-year anniversary event when you continuously have to restart the game.

The lag in territory capture is making the game impossible to play. Ships pass by without a fight, fights take 30+ seconds to complete. If you want to win a capture, all you need to do is get 4-5 alliances to assist you, then you can completely lock down a system. The team ahead when the lag starts will win because the fights take too long to complete. This allows more times for ships to return after being destroyed. Sometimes, if a fight fails to occur, a ship will travel back to the place it started when the attack command was issued.

i think fed ship structure research is not calculating right on screen. sally impulse tier 9 base trit is 81,000,000 and when i calculate in 43% pure trit research and 19% fed ship structure research cost should be reduced to 50,000,000 trit. but on screen is showing 56.6M trit (which matches when i ignore fed ship structure research and only count pure trit research, i calculate 56,643,357 trit). doing the same thing with dilithium costs. seems to be happening with rom ship structure as well.

@ebon vessel information provided by Scopely was that faction specific research was not working in the displayed costs, though you should find the correct lower cost is still taken from your inventory.
