When joining an L31 armada in a Saladin with Epic Kirk as captain, Spock and Decius as officers, I went through 32 rounds with Kirk only proc’ing 4 times - despite a 60% chance according to his stats. An alliance colleague who had same ship but Kirk / Spock / Carole Marcus had Kirk proc 16-17 times in the same battle. This happened in two successive L31 armadas. Any ideas what’s going on?

@keen surge Thanks - that would explain the logs, but still confused as to how my 1M saladin took a harsher beating than my collleague’s 700K saladin, when mine had 300% bonus to attack, defence and health and his didn’t. Ah well! 🤷🏻♂️👍

@signal rapids there are a couple of possible explanations. If he has Kirk for captain he could actually get higher stat bonuses that you for one (you won't get the boost at 300%, but at 270% you'll go past 300%..).
There's also a random element to the battles, it's possible that you just got hit more or hit unlucky with the crits.

So, last night I recalled a D’vor with three crew. They never made it home. Instead they got stuck in Rigel. Can’t move, can’t attack, and can’t be seen by other players. I asked Tech Support 19:30 hours ago. At 4:30 am they asked for a screen shot of the ship. I sent is as soon as I got up this morning. Haven’t heard anything back.
I’ve rebooted the iPad, reset the game, deleted and reinstalled the game...
I wasn’t able to do my mining Dailies for Feds today for lack of crew. I’m more than a bit frustrated. Any ideas?

Level 16 alliances still have the benefit of 60 alliance helps as opposed to 14 helps for level 15's and 15 helps for level 17 alliances

@oak scaffold Dang. I have been able to do the hostile dailies because I didn’t lose my Vidar or PvE crew. Lost t’ping, Fur ball, and Joaquin, so mining gas is a non-starter. The ship was my D’vor so no Lat until they find it.
I would expect to be compensated for the lost use of the crew and ship slot, not to mention the Faction daily. Bad timing when they just introduced a new element and I really need to mine isogen.

So is still anything with refresh/caching? I raided a base at night and every time I sent an attack I scanned the base to see if the opponent repairs it or not. But suddenly I noticed his base is defenseless but I still cannot get through. So I reloaded the game and noticed a message from him like why do I keep raiding him as he repairs. It seems the scans are totally messed because as I took a look at the battle reports, they showed the base was not even close to be damaged, so the scans were not accurate at all. I cannot imagine taking a look at battle report for every base attack.

Still have the issue of needing to restart every time that I claim a reward. Also still have the issue of the toast notification not going away until I either restart or shutoff notifications. (No one should leave them off, Unless they like being attacked w/o notification)

And even the MORE annoying situation of 'Hey, you exploited this bug, so we are shutting down the server and DINGGING EVERYONE'.

I was getting points using my sali. Went to recall and ship got stuck one system away from my base. I try to love my ship and I get a error msg. Try to recall and it recalls but as soon as it gets back to base it immediately reappears one system away. I asked alliance mates if they could see my ship in system and no one else can see it

It’s not supposed to pay those 300 points at all except for Disco jumps. A definite bug. Plus, if you send your Disco to a system, it’s not paying the posted amount for killing hostiles. I did a series of level 23, and got awarded random points ranging between 10 and 50 points. It is supposed to pay 40 for a 23.

Just upgraded to Ops 39 and it was gonna take 67 days after alliance help whittled it down. Used speed ups to finish that but instead of finishing, it reset to 67 days. And the speed ups are gone. Ticket submitted.

What is going wrong with this game? I spend about 2 minutes with the mining counter stuck on 0 and then download 3,700 units in 15 seconds. Also the response time when I select something on screen is awfully long and scrolling is extremely difficult.

Anomalous Phenomenon isn't scoring correctly. I'm in my Disco and hit a 21 in Izanmi and got 5 points. Should have been 20. 5 is for non-Disco. I hit a 23 and I get 30 points. That doesn't match up with non-Disco or Disco points. Seems something is wrong.
I just hit a 23 in my Disco and only got 10 points. That's the scoring for non-Disco and different than the 30 I was getting just a moment ago.

Systems don’t have warp ranges, the paths do. You have to the warp range required on each path to get to a system.

In controlled territories, the game regularly forgets that you control it, meaning you can't mine or put up a shield. You have to go in an out to the galactic map, sometimes several times, before it remembers you are the owner.

Since the update, i keep getting retrieving when i click on any players base or ship. In the system view i see no names over players the only way to fix this is restart the app but doing this 30+ times a day is getting annoying. Im also getting a similar what seems like lag issue when i click on armada tab in my alliance and it just loads forever never displaying anything again restarting fixes it. Its make the game really annoying to play

Another alliance got a bit closer and would have an opportunity to do battle on this area next week since that’s when the timer is set to go off.

Shocking takeover performance on Server 140! Took 6/7 attempts of pressing attack to actually enter into a battle, even if the other ship wasnt moving! When managed to get into a battle, very delayed, think my longest battle was around 5mins! Upon trying to return to the same system, ships would get stuck for 2mins+! Within the 30mins window prob only got around 10mins actual active time! 🙈😣 This being in an upper hand takeover! An earlier attempt at takeover where we were losing, ships we being hit before even being able to see into system! 😭 One of the worst rushed additions added within the lifetime of the game! 🙈
Additionally, lost ships tryin to enter into the system and following a restart would be back at home! 🙈

@native oyster Your rep doesn't increase if you hit hostiles. It increases if you exchange security codes or UC Exchange armada credits and open chests
Look into those chests and you will see that those chests have rep

I unlocked mitigation research, but didn’t get the token. Also did 3 eclipse refines which I did not receive. Written customer support 3 separate things and cases. In two of the cases they responded that I have it, even though I don’t. They have ignored the screen shot proof!
When this reaches a week, I may just see if I can purchase this, and then deny the charge. I don’t see any other way to move forward...

Bug is still happening where people are able to drop you below your protected limit on your ships. This needs fixed.
Most likely cause, to me, is the "Parsteel Hunter", "Tritanium Hunter", and "Dilithium Hunter"research. They allow you to break the protected limits on ships and stations.

Why are some takeover territories showing incorrect takeover times?
one pair Inlason alpha and beta indicated over 6 days to the next takeover. And had no current alliance owning it. Now it is owned by some who were squatting in them. Server 22 issue only? Or are all having a similar issue?
If we can't trust the takeover times, then its pointless.

From what I'm hearing from others, the times, scores and other information may be being misreported to various individuals, not necessarily everyone. That is still a huge problem if we don't know when a takeover is going to occur or if a alliance properly won a territory zone.
And no, we can't take a screenshot of something that occurred in the past.

We tried our shot at territories. Lag from the start. Ships stuck in combat for 5 minutes. Ships not returning to station after battle. Cant score points because you can't knock people off take over nodes. And all of our alliance can't log in... I think this needs work... Server 31.

Btw, my apologies for not listing it earlier, but the time and score misreporting, ships stuck at dock, and failing graphics during battle, all occurring in territory capture, are in this particular instance happening on server 22.

Corroborating the items above on Server 34. This is a screen shot of one of many takeovers that have been affected. Shortly after I took this photo, a winner was declared and an alliance now owns this space. Curious since it wasn’t registering participants. In a separate instance, our alliance could not start a takeover despite having the required resources because something was broken. The takeover window closed and now we’re stuck waiting a week without access. The worst part is the lost time invested in trying to placate the carelessness. When this much money is flying into your pocket, the players expect accountability. Nothing less. Fix it.

In addition to the territory problems and other issues, I don't suppose that you have come up with a fix for the greyed out buttons while I'm attempting to target an enemy ship, hostiles players no difference in targeting.
Here's what I get when I attempt to scan or more usually target another ship.

Just wondering, I happened to unlock quite a few notably PVE worthwile research stuff out of the "Territory Research" tree. Esp. "Hostile Tactics" whcih I got 7/15, adding 28% (I assume base dmg) to my dmg vs. red triangles, 8/15 "Enhanced Piercing", adding up 75%, "Enhanced Defenses" to 75% and also 2/12 to those three "Explorer Shields, Warfare, Hull Integrity".
TL;DR version:
Researched a LOT towards PVE stuff in Territory Research. But when I grind for example Federation Transports mit with my ISS Jellyfish, I exactly need the same amount of rounds as I have needed before! I have no exact numbers of it before, but I know I usually needed like 78 rounds to kill one transport, leading to 8-9 kills in a row per trip to SOL. Now all of this research should have some impact on this, but it actually does NOT for me
Does anyone have a different feeling about these new researches being completely useless by now or not working as intended?

The zone bonus isn't working properly... Our zone is supposed to give mining speed boost to crystal... and when scanning a mine, it shows increased speed and shows less time to deplete the node.... But the actual mining speed hasn't changed and basically the timer hits 0 as per the new mining bonus, but the miner simply mines at original speed and keeps mining even after the mine has been depleted...
I had the timer show 0 but still had 2K crystal left on that node and my miner was still mining it...
I'll post a screenshot in 1 and half an hour when it supposedly again hits 0 but keeps mining

i think the territory research tree is bugged. everytime when i finish there a research and gain a daily rep milestone with it, i can infinite gain the rep loot. but it count 1 time and the rest it says take loot.

So I've been noticing a strange bug. On entering a system, I'm finding a ship parked close too but not a resource, after clearing the ship from the system the battle log shows it was actually on a resource? I've struggled to consistently replicate this bug, Its quite random but not a one off.

Another bug: Sometimes on entering a system the guard ship immediately jumps to whichever position on the screen you direct yours ship. The only way to avoid it is to warp out of the system, if you can do it before the guard catches you.

I probably have already spend over 20-30 of those tokens for Antique Refieny, but I never got even once any rare latinum cell. In my entire alliance of 75 i had only one person who got hands on it and never again, and they all had many attempts like me. There is something wrong with that and i am sick of even trying anymore - please review and adjust it

When there is to much going on in Borg space or in one of the territory battles especially, My game crashes every time I go to locate my ship or look in that system. Which makes it impossible to help in any take over as it crashes, and by the time it loads again I’m dead.

Not convinced they were correct but apart from alb seemed to be right in saying that it had to be 1 of each 8 researched.I agree it didn't say it in the event blurb or was ambiguous ,but the the event lv1 rewards tab did NOT say 1 x isogathering Research 100 etc.. lv2 research said iso1 research 10 points,think that should have been iso2 so got wrong points for that .Even though had done 8 x1/15 lv1 research's to finish the solo the alb only showed 5. I've got an alliance mate who can't upgrade his augur because the UC cost is massively inflated - and no, docking and re-docking ships does not work. Scopely Support told him that he should just go ahead and make the purchase, and the UC ore will be credited to his account but that's not possible because the upgrade button is greyed out. The countdown on the mining clock started at 1m 35s. No actual mining happened until the clock reached 15s. On the next node the countdown started at 1m 50s. Before it reached 15s the bounty hunter just jumped in from nowhere and destroyed the Botany Bay.
When are you going to fix all the bugs? The unresponsive screens are very irritating. You select something and nothing happens. You select again anfd nothing happens and again and again. Eventually there is a response but, if you are being chased by a guard ship or bounty hunter, the result can be tragic. It is the same with screen scrolling. You try to scroll and nothing happens. Every time you add new features it gets worse.

Something just came to me about these territories. I now know why they staggered all the start times. They Knew the servers infrastructure could not handle EVERYONE on at the same time. However what they did not expect was everyone on helping each other battle and still having 15 alliances stacked in one system at the same time....AKA SERVER CRASH
The kicker is if they do not put some recourses into updating their infrastructure they won;t have to worry about cause there will be less players to play the game.
Sounds like they really should play the game and learn how to use their resources to up their infrastructure to survive in a fast pace environment.

Twice in the past few days I have had an issue with rep gain from the daily event you join that gives rep for resources spent. I’m at the 55m point cap that should give a total of 81.5k rep. I’ve earned all 55m points in a single build, but when claiming the rep gain the the screen displays a lower amount. Not sure if I’m just not getting the rep or if it is just a display bug

I am getting quite tired of restarting the game for each reward, (last) toast notification, greyed out buttons for ships between battles, ships apparently sent to and stuck in different areas of the system, missing graphics ( nodes, ships, stations etc.), the long lasting intermission screen (might as well get a snack while-you-wait), etc. and those might be related bugs.
So this is a somewhat compiled report of the ones I can currently recall. No doubt the game will remind me of others shortly.

lvl 33 borg probes broken on 157. all flying towards their spawn points. some freezing randomly - when tapping on a random one, it brings up "invalid ship location". doing this seems to unfreeze the others from the spawn point. they then appear in their correct locations. latest client update [this evening and android]. It is my understanding that a level 22 player is only able to hit players level 20-30. This attack occurred last night. A level 22 player attacked my Fortunate. I am a level 19 player.
@stoic wadi the game has a list of what level can beat... Down and up... I'm 28 level and someone with 47 can destroy me. And I can destroy 22 level ships

Hi, i have a ship stuck in space thay wont recall. I have sent an in game message but have had no reply. I have reinstalled the game but thisnhasnt helped and inhale cleared the cache and it's still stuck.

I have been trying to contact support for over three days now with no response.. I purchased a pack and it was deducted from my CC and yet it was not added to my account.. All details has been sent through the customer support chat in the game but no one answered..

I can only suggest to be patient. Unfortunately due to the Territory Capture issues it’s created even more tickets so support is likely swamped. If you can hang on another day or two and if no response then we can perhaps escalate - are you certain you didn’t receive what you paid for? One thing I know that does work usually without fault is the store 😂

Yeah it is the first time and yes I didn't receive it as it is the Elite reward monthly and no tokens or other rewards

when i go in ship maintenance to look at a component upgrade cost and then want to go out of the ship maintenance, the screen becomes irresponsive, there are no control buttons, all i can do is reboot my ipad.

Sometimes when the program is unresponsiveI I come briefly into Discord and then go back and that unlocks it. I have solved my loading problem but I had to risk uninstalling and reinstalling the program.

not sure if this is a bug but the commodore that activates a takeover loses points on the territory rss contribution table. I launched a takeover just now with 12m points prior and now i'm not even shown on the table!
