I have a question regarding the glitch that is dropping shields when your miners are attacked. What is the status of fixing this? There is an alliance in my server that their raid strategy is go find a floating ship and kill it and then see if shield drops. The fact that this is a valid raid strategy is ridiculous.

Anyone else notice that the Alliance Milestone event lacks points when scoring with combat ship? One kill with the Franklin should give 1 kill point an 9 extra for the ship but only gives 9 in total. The kill point is not counted.

There appears to be a freezing bug when the daily reset happens now. Seeing as when the time kicks in for the morning reset, client freezes up and requires a restart in order to do anything.

@spice stag you can't trust the toast notifications when doing something that gives combination points, it will only show 1 part of it. You need to check actual points increase in the event, though this can be pretty difficult in an ALM event as you can't view member contributions.

But for the ALM event it doesn't show cumulative as for the ALB. At least not when fighting swarms with the Franklin. Shows me 9 points each time. But using the Discovery in the flash event also scores for the ALM event but this time it shows some. Really wierd cumulative score. 🙈

Really peaved, it's been happening throughout all events, hit Klingon bird of prey for points. Sometimes works but more often I hit them and get no points. I reset the game, no points, do another attack, no points, in the one I did just know I hot a third time, still no points. Please fix as this is not fair, costing heaps in ship repairs and getting no rewards and no bleak times points. I know every attack I did, I should get points, as I have done many over past weeks and know what works.
Even now the event finished, it doesn't show as results of the event. The last one showing results is the last one I one today and two before it where I did not score points as I didn't compete in the event

I selected 'Claim' and the program crashed before the contents of the chest were revealed. I had to close the program and restart it to continue playing. This does not happen every time I claim a chest but it has happened several times before this.

Can someone explain to me why the strength of my new Epic ships is showing up incorrectly. I already tried to change the crew, changed the dock and reinstalled the game. With the Saladin, for example, everything is displayed correctly. I also compared with several other players and none of them have this problem. The freespace value always coincides with the fight protocol. The in-game support couldn't help me and has already closed the ticket. Maybe someone can help me here.

If you have extra crew on the bottom the strength you see outside station is what your ship strength is if you didn't have those extra crew members the ship strength in the battle is showing the ship strength with those extra crew members being added as normal crew
Remove the extra crew and the numbers will show properly

So this is the answer I got, basically says, I looked at our infallible logs,.... Don't acknowledge another player attacking my ship in a separate system dropped my stations shield, don't even acknowledge I WAS ATTACKED & not the aggressor.... Nor does it suggest this is not working as intended, sooo does this mean dropping folks shields is now a known mechanic we all gotta learn cause $copely can't tell who hit who? How does this person get paid for THAT ANSWER!!!

Two of our members were able to start an armadas against the same target at the same time. This was already bad enough, but whilst we joined one to save at least half, both armadas disappeared without battle when the timer did run out. The leader was on-site and all members joined correctly, so that i assume the 2nd armadas we did not fill up was maybe a split second earlier and as this one was empty, it also made the 2nd one fail. I think i have seen this issue once before in another situation

Two alliance members had shields fail doing an armada this morning. This is ridiculous.
Further, I had back to back shields fail during last arc, and CS would not acknowledge the failures. They logged them going up properly, but would not recognize that they came down. Acknowledging the rampant shield failures is the first step to fixing them.

The bug, which inserts a negative quantity to be overcome before proper mining can start, strikes again.
An even greater deficit to overcome. It has been as high as -5500. It takes longer to overcome the deficit than it does to mine the node.

How do we know which officers ability are activated by default on bridge and which are combat triggered? I had similar confusion with bones ability. Some officers ability do not trigger in some situations. Need clarity in this matter.

With officers like Livis you can compare hull health with him below deck and when I'm bridge, not a large increase usually due to existing bonuses to hull health, but as long as you're not hitting rounded numbers you can see the difference.

I did check as you said. Only str is changing. Hull health isn't on officers screen but on ship stats it changed from 130k to 137k. I don't know who told them 7k is 40% of 130k.

@exotic brook that's the effect of existing bonuses unfortunately. You'll have various bonuses from research, station modules and your officer stat bonuses. They all apply to the base hull health number, so the more bonuses you have the less the relative benefit becomes.

They made it so complicated.. someone needs to do PhD just to understand what works what doesn't, which crew is better than other. All it comes to finally is experiment to find if you messed up. In case of PvP it's hard to even experiment. With hostiles we have consistent target.
Anyways, I found Decius with Kumak is much better than Livis with on Kumari with javaid crew against eclipse transport from experiment. And who is better changes from target to target. 🔥🔥🔥

I'll assume that you were. These officers can add additional health to your ship, and after combat ends this additional amount is then removed; it is possible for this to exceed your remaining hull health and then you explode. While not obvious (though it is found detailed in the in-game FAQ) it is to your benefit still, as without the additional health you would have just lost the fight.

Scopely how about fixing the new iPhone display issues? The ship statuses (hull in particular) isn’t visible because the homebar overlaps, evertyhign is overblown, some Icons not accesible....

@oak vine Even if they fix the crash issues in the next update they will introduce 7 more bugs to keep people complaining. It's the Scopely way.

- not able to lock targets and /or single systems
- seeing only arrows on the screen but no text
As soon as one of the above appears, the other follows shortly. Did I forgot something, maybe, but those bugs are really annoying atm

I would suggest, since most can’t mine, can’t attack, can’t get to/leave systems or nodes. You give everyone first place in the lat event. 200k in lat, ore, gas, and crys and call it a day

Hello Devs,
I noticed a problem in Notifications, since last two updates of the app, me and several other players, are not receiving certain types of Alert like “Armada Creation” or “Attacked” Notifications, while we still get for example “node depleted” or “ship repaired” ones. I suspect that notifications that are triggered by client side app scheduler or timer are working while ones triggered by server side events are not. Noticed that bcz sometimes i accelerate the repair and finish it, then close the app and still get repair done notification at the original time that it was scheduled to finish. I confirmed that this applied on both android and ios, my iPhone XR has the latest 14.1 update and tried to uninstall the app and reinstall it, and of course notifications are enabled for the app as i am getting some of them.

If you want to scan a mine the ship is displayed separately (showing Target not in same system as selected ship) instead of the node with the ship. You have to use the side arrows to switch to the mine

It's just as silly as indicating a travel time and then the counter stays at zero for 5 minutes. It would have been enough to indicate the right time from the start. There are thousands of bugs in this game... so they're just messing around to make money as quickly as possible.
Then they say in their messages that the players are happy. LAUGHTER! 80% of the players complain about bugs. It's nonsense. I talk to more than 150 players in my discords and almost everyone complains about bugs. And the worst thing is that we lose good players who leave the game because of it.

@willow schooner I didn't see an answer to this, so hopefully didn't miss it in all of this mess.. your ship was destroyed because you had Kirk as Captain. His captain maneuver increases stats when you have morale, which in turn can increase your hull health. At the end of combat this extra hull health is removed and can be enough to destroy your ship.

Now we have a new bug on server 8, the combat notification bar, ie Victory or Defeat, gets stuck on one battle blocking the screen. The only "fix" is to restart the app, done it like 15 times since maintenance ended

Game cache will store all the info needed to load quick. Sometimes when u got bugs clearing cache forces game to re download the data it needs

In this new ARC, I am using bluestacks, i updated my client, and ever since i have been stuck in an event award loop where i click on award on the event tab it shows the award then I click ok and it shows the award again, i click it and it shows it again and so on. the only way out of the loop is to restart. it has done it on daily awards, events, and battle pass awards. all day today..

When I go to claim a win, it last happened for fed rep, it goes into a forever loop. I click, goes to claim then the same fed rep win is there. I have the current version. Reload the game doesn't always work. The started with the latest patch 24.

I could not see the refinery. I upgraded the app and now I am locked out of my account, back at level 1. Support has not replied to my request to restore access. I am hoping that the moderator of this site will see this and help. But my advise meantime is do not upgrade or reinstall

Mined 100k isogen. None of that counted toward unlocking origins. Players in my alliance are finished unlocking even though they started after me. Mined 4k, last night to see if anything changed but still none of that counted. Had three nodes in Yuma and Marzer. Probably been mentioned before. sorry if it has. just reached a new milestone stage in the 3 day event. winner flashed up on the HUD like normal. Tapping would clear this and show rewards. Client got stuck in an endless cycle.... showing winner, then rewards...winner etc. only way to clear reward was to clear localisation

If you don't have PMC you can try swapping to a combat crew instead, Kumak used to be a good choice back in the day. You can also use 2 ships: 1 to weaken the shields and 1 to do the real damage (hull damage is what counts). In the old days we used to work together as an alliance fighting these things.

@pearl trench @ivory vortex @dusky sedge Really unfair gameplay allowing alliances not in the takeover to participate. #1 #2 #3 #4 and #5 top alliances in power all keep attacking at once even if it's not their zone. The people competing in the takeover don't even hit us, they just sit on nodes and watch as everyone else does their dirty work for them. If anyone from our server is reading this I do not deny your good and successful efforts but I do believe this to be an impossible challenge rather than an incredibly difficult one.

Same issue on Liquidation mission. Even after clearing game cache, resetting game, and relocating base away from Origin capture territory, killing hostiles doesn't work. The mission still shows my home base in capture territory.

Since the last update all the research boni for stella and crew are gone. Eclipse armadas are nearly undoable even with a strong crew. Lost 25% strength in the last 2 days. I guess and hope its a bug that kills the research lvl one already reached and worked for. Please put it on your next-to-fix-list

The events tab keeps cycling on winner after the reward is claimed until you restart. Needs fixing as restarting after every win is ridiculous. 😡😡 ios up to date do not know about android.

When the mine hits 0 within territories, you cannot reset them without restarting the App. Mine is blocked like you would not own the system - that happened also in different situations

Bug in scanning bases and miners when you are not in the system. If I swap ships at my station, I can scan. Then when I pick another system, I can not. I have to swap ships again.
You should be able to view into a system you own in territories when you do not have a ship in that system.

You need to log a ticket with Support and their response is that they'll add you to the queue of others affected by the bug to have the mission marked as complete for you by a member of Support but that they're experiencing heavy server loads at the moment so it could be a few days before that happens. Not a fix. A shoddy workaround with a long timeframe when it could be fixed with a simple SQL update to the database behind the event "UPDATE [mission step table] SET completed = 1 WHERE mission_name = 'Liquidation' and Step_no = 4"

And my request to get a similar issue fixed on the old "Level 8", Permanent Silence mission (where the traders location was set to be in borg space that requires a rare transwarp token only obtainable from a lucky latinum antique refine to access it) was never addressed. It's sitting in my Archived missions for months now...

I can't complete this mission. When mission started and until this stage my base was in origin space. No hostiles in origin space. Moving out to another system didn't work

@tough patrol yes, be sure to do a trouble ticket on Liquidation mission. Scopely will add you to a list for review and a manual fix, if appropriate. They just did that for me, fairly quickly. Thanks, Scopely.

Downloaded bug fix from playstore and restarted game. Wiñner and arc collection stuck in a loop till reset game. Was doing same after game updated to arc3. Also finished 'I am everywhere' and 'The least of me' and says 5pt award for both,only got 5.

Stuck with issue with mission liquidation have my home base in territory and there are no enemies in there move base out of territory and still not able to complete mission, keeps sending me back to Territory even though my base is moved out if there, how can I finish this mission?
