FIX THE MISSING ALLIANCE HELP REQUESTS. I can't fucking repair my ships in a timely manner. 1-2 hours for repairs, are you kidding me?????? I can't even get alliance help because THEY CAN'T SEE THE FUCKING REQUESTS until they restart the damn app.
I have decided after support refused to reimburse me for bugs not notifying me of base attacks EVEN WHEN I'M FUCKING ON so I've decided I will pay you ZERO money from now on.

The bugs about not getting notifications about base attacks have no relevance to anything you bought. All P4F players are affected by the same issues, so you didn't have to spend money to be affected by that bug. That is why you don't get reimbursed. The game is free to play. You are not required to spend anything. If you spend money, it is for packs of things you can use in the game, and if you don't get what is advertised when you buy it, then you have an argument for a refund or partial refund but more likely they will adjust your inventory accordingly.... right before you get attacked because you don't know how to bubble.

Your right. You have to pay money to have that bug because I've never seen it. I only have to assume your added the shield in your client but it didn't get to the server. I avoid that possibility by logging out and then back in again to verify the server got the shield order.
They are going to fix the blind mine landing bug so you don't accidentally drop your shield going to an empty mine that gets filled before you get there. Check for an app update later this week for that. Maybe it will help fix your problem.

Seriously, though. Before update, it was giving us different numbers. After the update, different numbers. What's going on.
I can also suggest that the missing log entries is part to blame in some of these cases. Perhaps you just can't identify the cause of your shield going down simply because you lack the log entries to explain it. It would be worth having an additional log entry entered for when ever you raise or drop your shield and why (auto shield, user activated, attacked another player, etc.)

It's for cases where I'm on, playing, hitting hostiles, doing whatever and theres no inbox message, no record log, and no real time warning notification on the screen.
You only know when your rss starts dropping. Then you look at the inbox which does NOT show a red notification and see battle logs of attacks that are 10-15 mins AFTER initial attack. You don't see logs on the initial attacks
I usually get a red border around my screen when my base is under attack. I think that's part of that notification system that often locks up and you have to reboot to get it back. Sometimes I start getting a bunch of old notifications including results from combat with hostiles, ship cargo being full, and inbound hostile attacks long after I've left the system (those have red screen borders). Seeing them on a delay like that means the notifications of base attacks are probably sent via the same messaging system and they get backlogged or just jammed up for a while.
Killing KLINGON faction ships like EXPLORERs, BATTLESHIPs, and SURVEY ships are dropping INTERCEPTOR parts only
I've been killing Klingon survey ships all day and got plenty of g2 and g3 survey parts.
Here's another thought on reimbursing lost rss due to unreported base attacks... the person(s) who attacked you got those rss. If you get reimbursed, then more rss are poured into the game suddenly that weren't mined gradually and if you can't hold on to your rss the first time, what's to say you will fix the way you play. Getting your base attacked isn't the result of a bug. It's the result of you having no defense.
Last night I and one other player raided a guy for over 1M dil and 13M trit. He says he doesn't need to shield because he is always online, but we proved him wrong. This occurred within an hour of the maintenance starting.

Warp to a hostile faction system. Get intercepted by a hostile before I come out of warp. Repair bill, etc.
Yeah sometimes when you land the ship is invisible, no idea where it is, it doesn't respond to commands. You have to kill the client and restart it. Sometimes the BH catches you while you're restarting... Super annoying.

@sick rivet always restart game before entering faction space, and after leaving. for some reason faction space is really buggy and a lot of things get stuck there. A quick restart usually clears things up
Very frustrated with Scopely. I submitted a ticket because my base was hit and my attack log shows no auto shield and I didnāt get any notifications. Nothing happens.

Huebr is filled with Corvallen Deceivers explorer type

To everyone getting hit by invisable (clocked?) faction ships, i found a fix.... of sorts. Do not warp ship to system directly, instead, view system and select the exact center of the system as your warp point. Doing this gives you enough time to restart the client when it glitches. Just selecting the system itself selects a random warp point which is usually around the edge.... where they spawn

@spare veldt sometimes you have to send in a ship to make them spawn. that said, Heubr isn't exactly a backwater system so usually someone else will have caused them to spawn. do your alliance buddies see the same as you?
@vivid bronze I've had a ship sitting there for about a week. I've even had alliance members who are really bad with the Romulans come and still no hostiles. We literally had a grouping of alliance members there.

Defense platforms A, B and C don't give any credit for station upgrade events, but now I hear that platform D does. Why do the bigs get credit for this platform upgrade when we don't get any at lower levels?

It's been well known that this game is bugged so everything is play at your own risk If you make it to level 18, you should be aware of all the bugs like that.

Here is what I think, I have completed research of explorer ships and interceptor for reduction of 50% and battleship of 36%, so instead of decreasing 50% and 36% in individual case, it increases by few secs

When it says 50% reduction⦠Itās 50% of the base value before all other buffs are considered⦠And in reality it doesnāt reduce things very much
Before the bug was there it was working perfectly like decreasing 50% of actual displayed.
Because a bunch were overlapping and we were getting lower repair times and we were supposed to be getting
Itās like prime hull. Definitely does not increase your hull by 100%. It does base hull. So if your ship start with 10k hull, itās a 10k boost to 20k. But when that ship has 100k, itās only getting that base hull boost of 10k for a total hull of 110k. So that prime hull doesnāt do very much anymore
Repair time calculation works very similar. Longer the repair times, the less your research actually affects it
They Use a very Bizzarre system of applying their buffs.
Summary: once the current bug is fixed, expect your times to go down a little bit⦠But not much more than what they are now. Maybe a 20% reduction Iām guessing

Is there a new bug attacking bases? I got a bunch of attacks in and now when I try; nothing happens. No fight, no cargo. If I switch to a different ship, it fights and dies. After leaving, fighting a few NPCs, and coming back, I was able to attack once, but I'm struggling to reproduce that

@drifting kite the time on the button before you press it already includes those reductions, without those reductions would be the base time
this bug with notifications with your base beeing attacked after the fact. is quit anoying this is the second time this has hapend. please address this and fix it.

the kahn update messed up all of the research speed ups, they have not been restored in the latest update. i have all ship repair speed maxed but my repair speed does not reduce
so now instead of reducing repair time it increases . I donāt remember doing a increase repair research.

The bug Ichibani mentions above has been happening to me ever since the April update. I crack a base and then can't get it's RSS because of it. Someone told me that if you go back with a different ship like the Vahklas instead of an Envoy it will let you get some of the RSS, and this works sometimes, but still won't let me get all of the RSS.
Seriously, between the base raid bug and the new repair times, I'm about ready to give up on this game!

you can squeeze every last bit until vaults value with using a different ship (with smaller cargo hall)
No, what happens is I attack and instead of taking 5 seconds it takes about 8. The attack doesn't show up in the Inbox / log as an attack and I end up with 0 resources. I've had it happen when the resources of the base I'm raiding are over 1M RSS, and there is no way they could have that much under protected vaults.
I would say lately it has been happening to me about half of the time I crack and raid a base.

It is not a vault. If you go to the vault and go to the details you can see how much is allowed to be protected at each level. I'm usually attacking levels 17-19, and the MOST Trit, for example, they can have in a vault at level 19 is 56,000. And I usually only attack bases that have over 150,000 trit, and am still having this problem.

and again, if you go in with say Vakhlas you probably gonna get a nice chunk of that 150K

I don't think this is a sync error. it happens regardless of game reset, changing ship to other slot, etc

only thing I've noticed is that, eventually (after the base has recovered enough to kill my ship), I can get one in
and consistently using a ship with a smaller cargobay got more loot
its also why ships often get stuck in warp or battle
it seems to me like the server is not able to handle the sheer volume of client interactions
i get it with horizon > envoy > kumari
the stuck in warp/battle goes away after couple more seconds, or a client restart

iit forces the server to update the client
when ever you log off and on again the client requests a state of the game so to speak then loads the game
never had to clear cache, but I suppose that could be phone/OS version dependant etc

Supposedly it's for the app/client update and given some of the changes I could see how they would need a server update as well. That's not saying they won't sneak other changes in there as well.
The new feature that prevents an accidental mine combat does not work. I normally donāt send direct to a mine but since you mentioned this feature, I thought it was safe. Not only did I lose my newly activated shield for the night, my base got cracked and lost rss as a result...

I usually get notifications, but have not recently. This includes some maniac who went around my star system about 12hrs ago attacking my base 13x as well as others in and out of my alliance. Maybe the frequency of his attacks prevented the usual notification, but thatās only speculation. If I had received a notification I would have responded to the attack accordingly instead of incurring damage and losses. I figured that this might qualify as a bug.
@static obsidian sometimes parts of the game break and you have to kill it and restart it. Notifications and chat, for example. It happens often.
I'd love to see Scopely implement a feature where those pieces of the client automatically restart themselves when they crash, instead of just silently being broken for hours and you wonder why you aren't getting notifications or why your alliance isn't talking at all.
It's really not that hard to restart communications/notifications services Scopely. You just have to decide to do it. š
Yes but im not talking about in-game notifications. Im talking about the notifications the game sends to the device (phone/tablet).
I'm not certain, but I'm pretty sure those notifications are also handled by the client.
So once the services in your client crash, those notifications don't work either.
And Scopely never restarts those services, you have to manually kill the game and restart it

hey anybody in the data collection alliance event that didn't receive the rewards for getting number one with their alliance? I've been trying to get scopely to fix this for the last 3 days. And they keep ignoring my request one guy responded on Monday saying he needed screenshots of the event. I posted all the information he needed within an hour and I haven't heard anything from him since. I think they're just waiting until the event store closes before they say well there's really nothing we can do the event store is closed.

@rugged carbon I know u can't do much. But maybe if you can point this out to someone who can. I shield ever night like religiously, I paid for The goods I'm darn sure gonna keep them. I put up and 8hour shield logged off then back on shield was still there. An hour later my shield was gone and base was getting cracked. There is still a Major shield glitch!

Was your Ship C just floating in space before you set your shield? I have heard people say that if you have a ship floating in space, someone kills it and your shield drops.

@nova panther my account is never had a 10-minute piece shoe sometimes I've had a 5 minute Peace shield but never attend
There was an uptade and they increased 5 min auto shield to 10 min.
If your auto shield doesn't get triggered,then I assume that you cant get a notification
@native raven if your ship attacks someone else, your peace shield would drop. peace shields are unaffected if you are attacked.
@ocean warren @native oyster i've heard the same. i think this stems back to the "if you kicked anyone from your alliance during the event" the rewards were not applied. Support fixed mine, took 6 days, but they did make good on it.
@red tide that's the theory, BUT, there have been reports where the battle logs shows the first attack "the wrong way around", so maybe there is something to it
hmmmm, point received. this hasn't happend to me, and i haven't heard of it, but i HAVE seen the backwards attacks.
NS is trash atm because its the only g3 ship that hasnt got the decreased repair costs. my 211k ns is more expensive than a 270k kumari. support only gives useless answers
use the NS for what it was intended for at least for now, and you won't have repair costs. fast mine g3. it was never intended as a ship for hostiles.

no way on my server. the chance to die before you've mined about 3k g3 is at about 90% (at least on my server). i guess it will stay in the hanger foreever now
are you over protected cargo? unsure what your server is like, there aren't too many hits on our server unless you're over cargo, which in a northstar, is quote low. less than 1k
my ns has 890 protected cargo (basically nothing) and cargo is on tier 6. mining with a ns is only recommented if you watch it while mining.
on our server it's usually fine in the higher warp systems

So, my station just got hit. Hit 2 times before the autoshield activated. First time was a victory for my station, but since when does that not trigger the autoshield? Always does when I hit a station and die.
yeah @floral mirage those original packs DID have expirations on them, but they were for 90 days... so march packs had to be used up by like, june 15th i think
@lyric arrow i actually have logged a ticket about this issue. i've noticed it even when raiding. i might hit a base, and even win. but on the second hit, the auto bubble comes up. support is aware.
It's mostly funny to me, because I was on the phone with the bank trying to figure out some bullshit, already frustrated as hell. I didn't lose much, just a Saladin load and repair costs, and was able to get on before the auto expired.

@ivory vortex The game had become unplayable essentially for me. I can only raid a base once with each ship. This seems to be the case across multiple bases within some sort of time frame. If you wish to keep me as a player please reach out to address this. Targeting for my ships has also been messed up for a long time. Otherwise I'll have to get a refund and quit.

April Daily rewards are gone in displaying the currency but you can still access them and get them. They just moved to the far right of the menu
@ivory vortex @rugged carbon I've raised this already over the augment officer Joaquim for some of my German speaking alliance members. But I've just discovered through my Spanish alliance mate that further officer ability descriptions have also been cocked up for for Spanish translations. Seems like T'Pring and Stonn have Helvia and Domintia's officer description of their abilities. So for both my German and Spanish comrades this means they have been playing since the game came out thinking these officers were bugged when in fact due to wrongful translations they weren't but didn't know what the officers actually did. Most likely there are others but these one we discovered this morning.
@heavy cape just play the English version, at least they are capable to use their mother tongue to a certain degree.

Anyone had the issue of the horizon getting stuck when it reaches base and having to do the journey again?
Since Wednesday morning update Koth provides no repair time reduction AT ALL. Losing Khan was painful but anticipated. Having officers on strike as well makes the Glory event unplayable to win without massive repair speed ups. Focussed on best effort for event no other repair helpers were tried. Haven't looked at the work currently in progress yet to see if by some chance this is planned. The screenshot shows after destroyed fix time & rss required.

After, repair started, no time reduction as has been the case until Wednesday. Help made no change to the time either. Even with Khan, repair shortners worked.

@alpine crystal Try restarting your client. It looks like you are having communication issues and need to reset your data connection. I don't see this bug.

Could you also provide an example of the interceptor's repair time without Koth as officer?

@ivory vortex several npc's are frozen in Xerxes after the update.
They must rollout beta before normal update to players
And test their fixes and improvements

OK, I just noticed it because I was checking to see if they gave us any new functionality while in warp like they said they might in the future.
I went to a more busy system and saw the alliance tag bug, but when I tapped on a base, the tag updated. I tapped a few more and this is the result.
Then I just opened chat and came back out. All tags eventually updated.

It's bcoz of performance fixes, the game don't want to wait sometimes to load alliance mames
This will make searching for someone much more difficult.

Sorry but how can you fix / patch / repair known issues then have increased repair times. Then release a āspecial repair eventā to admit there is an issue with repairs after so called fix and not call it a bug is beyond belief

Yes but before when the ship said for example 1hr to fix. Then on pressing repair it went down to 40 mins. It is not even doing that
@native oyster The repair times are correct - there's a small issue where estimated repair time is slightly (1-5min) less than actual. Where actual time is the intended new repair time.

Canāt upgrade as the refinery spits out only small rations of required sums. ( shipyard l30 needs 390 uncommon crystals and the l30 refinery spits out about 10/day)
Cant do hostile dailyās as they now approach ops +8 (lvl 38). Having to hit my own faction to lower rep.
Ship upgrades are unreal, need 1200 uncommon gas for next upgrade ( Iām a little cautious of spending the 1300⬠for this)
I do not however get bored as I need to mine 20k & 20k a day of 3g to do my dailyās. And letās not forget the 70k data too...

One of the bugs had a major effect on this issue. Repair buffs for specific ships were being applied to all ships across the board: For example, a research buff to the repair time of Interceptors was being applied to Survey ships.
Remember the game is working as intended.

if you are talking about the displayed vs actual cost and times increasing slightly between pushing the repair button that's a different issue
When are repair times going to be fixed.... This has taken extremely too long . If it was as simple as adding an event to speed up repairs. Surely it can't be as difficult as a month to fix an issue still not addressed unless it is purely for profit forcing players to purchase repair boosters..

@ivory vortex: New Bug detected on new client version. If you start flying to a mine spot and quit the game during flight, the ship wont start mining. It is just sitting on the spot doing nothing until you remove it and put it on again. Guess that has something to do with the changes that no battles are triggered on mine spot arrival
Just to add, it's more than just when you leave chat, it's when you leave any other screen.
@native oyster I don't think you even need to quit the game (on android anyway) - I just observed this behaviour too and the app was still running, albeit in the "screen locked and off" state (so maybe net connection gets dropped to save power...)

Client update is an absolute disaster on bluestacks (yes, I know its not officially supported, but tons of players use it and it's literally the easiest environment to support). tags not showing for planets or bases, tags hanging stuck in middle of screen when you scroll..
bluestacks sucks. I am playing on my android phone since december and guess what, i had a lot less trouble than anyone using bluestacks. besides, the compatibilities on bluestacks are nonexistent. thats why noone needs to test. Drop it and stick to your phones/tablets. You can react much quciker that way. bluestacks cant be worn in your pocket. š

Ship repair is still trash.
It finally went through and took more than it was asking. Needed about 10.2k dilithium. Only have 15 left.

@stable flower i actively tell my alliance to take screenshots too, but scoopley always return with: our server shows you didnt, then hides .... because scoopley lies about hacking and cheats. they dont exists ... server says so. ... right upto the point you prove that other server games which are insanely more profitable and WORK do get cheats and hacks

The "power creep" daily goal which grant 40 points no longer counts the 1st building built on the day. It becomes barely impossible to achieve the maximum of points for the day and get the loyalty badge. I've experienced this problem for a few days now.
@jaunty field can you give an exampel of the building you were working on? mine works fine WHEN i use it. my buildings take 2-3 days now, but when i claim them, it works.
it will NOT work on defense platforms. this is, according to support, "by design"
This afternoon, I completed the upgrade of the refinery to lvl 22 and it did not count for the power creep.
However, just after I upgraded the Engine Tech Lab to lvl 11 and it counted for 725 points
i would file a ticket on that. the server logs can track when the building was completed, as it would increase your power. however, BEFORE your ticket, i'd have to recommend force closing your app and reeopening. often times when i find that my dailies aren't crediting, if i force close and restart, it shows as cmoplete when i reopen.
@jaunty field You sometimes have to just exit and restart the app for things to register. Maybe that 2nd building's points included those of the first building...
that's possible, cause at level 25 they are only worth 1000 points. so

Display issues galore i don't know where to start. Tags not showing, names not showing, names staying on screen even when switching to a new system, extra names on screen that arent actually there (zooming in issue that one)
@ivory vortex @rugged carbon repair times actually INCREASE after clicking repair. They should go down by about 1 hour when my bonuses / research kick in. Instead, I get a 4 min increase
@native oyster If I recall correctly, this issue is already being inquired about. For what it's worth, the estimate is off and the actual time is the correct time. And also, the difference should be the same for every repair (unique to that configuration of ship/officers) - so if you measure +4min now, you should be able to rely on that.
There's I believe also a resource difference; about as marginal as the time as well. Also being investigated. š

and yes most players actually see an increase in repair times, and that's apparently working as intended...
the ARGUMENT war is that the LOWER repair times themselves WAS the bug... they announced this awhile back, and ultimately was the REASON for the augment technicians buff during the event... HOWEVER, it just felt like the increases were pretty drarmatic, and now with the new buffs they put in the charts, i'm not feeliga drastic improvement, LMAO, but it is what it is. that's why i wanted the base repair times. it's an easy math thing. you take the chart they gave yesterday, make it into formulas, overlay the base repair times, and you have instant data.
@native oyster I do believe the research is applied? I'm not sure but it's getting investigated. All I do know is that the time is correct; there's a ton of manhours invested in that bit ever since the changes.

Right - I'm not here to get into a discussion or anything. The Intrepid taking five hours and 50 minutes is as intended. That's what we mods have been told. The 1-5 minutes difference is a legitimate bug however and it's being investigated.

well, it is what it is. i KNOW that the reason that the khan repair time was OFFERED in the first place is because they originally found that the repair times from before WAS the bug... and if you think about it... consider this. if it SAID it was 1:47 min to repair, and you clicked repair, it dropped to like :38 minutes.... i always thought that was the amount of time our research and buffs were SAVING. in hindsight, with their announcment it seems THAT in and of itself was the bug... a GREAT bug... and a crapshoot to lose it, but a bug none the less.

The new update was supposed to prevent accidental ship crashing into one another on mines. Is that a server update or client? I am hearing the iOS store hasn't received the update yet so could that explain how this could happen still?

If it is a client fix, then he hasn't updated yet. I thought this kind of thing would have to be a server update since it involves the interaction between two players.
Just another reason why I say they should have app client update requirements set before you can log on and play.
There is still another old bug in the new client that requires restarting to fix. When you are running it for an extended period of time, you lose chat and event messages like getting credit for kills in the current hostile kill event. In fact, at the moment, none of my kills are showing up in the event counter. I also get an error upon using the "FREE" 5m ship repair near the end.

Well no 10 minute shield popped on a base hit. So in less then 4 minutes I got cleaned out. How hard is it to get the shield to go up when attacked. They made it 10 minutes...which is stupid...if it DOESN'T EVEN GO UP!!!!
Well Scopley...I was going to get the May pack tonight when I got home...payday you know. But this reminded me why this game is not WORTH putting money into it...because it would get stolen too. Why spend money when the game won't even let you protect it. I NEVER leave my phone for more then 5 minutes without a shield up knowing I can put one up. No need to waste shields for no reason. But this bug is ridiculous.

This new iOS client is complete garbage - half of the time it doesnāt load player name or alliance or both. And this is on the latest gen iPad Pro 11ā on a 100mbit wifi connection
The new app has a bug with the names of players and bases. Starting with this point where you can see the names and tags.
Scan a base and exit then it looks like this.
Finally, zoom out until you get the colored spheres.
Then zoom back in again to restore the names.

yup. SOMETIMES, battle reports are lost... and the "first one" they see is when they were already cracked lol, so, everything you just showed and explained to me, file a ticket with those same screenshots.
The Commendation Rank in a faction store is gone when you buy one and you can only buy the next higher rank up. If this is to be a one time only purchase, then the same item should be removed from all factions once you purchase one. Now as it stands, I have a stack of two of them but don't think I was ever intended to have more than one.

I can't get the game to show me the path like the one you get, it insists on going from wolf to babel to those other 3 systems and then it's always 47
Even if you could reach warp 50 that path will still not be taken because the lower warp paths are faster.

It calculates the best route based on the time it would take to cross each path and the long way around would be faster than that one leg so that one leg will never be used by anyone until they reduce it's value.
So either way thereās still a path issue

It won't be 5 minutes because the warp range isn't low enough. Have you noticed that legs down in the lower warp ranges are supper fast compared to the higher ones. That leg just has the WR set too high.

Like I said before, you can't be sure it would be a 5 minute path because we don't really know what value they put on it. Could be more quick sand than mud.
All I'm saying is that the bug isn't about calculating the fastest route. it's that particular leg has been assigned way too great a value, one that is higher than the sum of all the other links in the other route.
@slow flax the issue is itās a warp 47 system in the map, but internally, it lets you go there at w40. So while you can go there, that ālinkā only works at w47+.
That link needs to be changed to w 40 or Babel needs to be fixed and locked out to < warp 47
The system doesn't have warp range value. The path links between systems have these values.

I know because Iāve asked that very question to a dev and lastly this is the bug room. Itās not for players to argue whatās a bug and whatās not. Itās a submission room.
When you try to go to a system, if you don't have a high enough warp range, it reports the highest range found along the path with the lowest ranges.

Well, we often try to pin point exactly what the bug is so in general, yes, there has been enough of a discussion on this issue to give the developers something to work with. I will drop it at that.
IMO, it makes no sense to assign a warp range value to a system since you navigate through the system at impulse speed. WR values should only be set on paths, so maybe that is another part of this bug that needs to be addressed.
That 47 link needs to be changed to 40 to match the Romulan side. Both Romulan sand Klingons donāt have that 47 link blocking access to those type systems

This update is nearly unplayable, tbh. They should revert back to the prior version for now. The new mine collision "fix" causes side effects, the pips aren't fixed, and the system view is hosed. No reason to retain this version.

If you Locate a ship that's in a different system, then click the Galaxy view, when the Galaxy view appears it's bugged out. The lines between systems appears, but not the systems themselves. You cannot click a system to view it.
After 10-15 seconds the systems do finally load, but it's very slow. Much too slow.

You used to be able to take 2 (or 3) ships to attack a mission boss that was stronger than you, and have a reasonable chance of defeating it with 2 relatively good ships by hitting the boss with your second ship immediately after the first one was done. Now, the shields on the boss ship immediately snap back to full charge, so you can no longer double-team him.
i have noticed that @steep shell also. bosses imposible now for double hits.

@ivory vortex this may be something to look into; hostile bosses are no longer cumulative hits.... shield regenerates immediately, making it impossible to double bang one. intentional?please investigate.

It's inconsistent across NPCs though. "Regular" hostiles keep the same hull damage, so you can come back even minutes later and finish one of them off. The bug only seems to affect mission bosses.

Another client update and still no functionality for these UI elements. Are they going to be given a function or removed? I suggest temporarily removing them (transparent, width/height set to 0, something) until they are given functionality.

Fandom fight - no visible fighter. I just get in the system. Get a warning about a atack. But no fighter. Just dead. And a report that I have lost the fight..

Getting insane amounts of errors since the new update. Communication error every time i speed repairs on a ship, exception errors for no reason, ships spontaneously speeding to the opposite side of a system from where i sent them to.

New app has a bug with the mine attack feature that prevents you from accidentially dropping your shield. You get an attack button when there is a miner on the mine, but when you are prompted if you want to drop your shield and tap yes, your ship moves onto the mine and then moves off of it with no attack. In this image, the guy in the bottom right is trying to attack the zeroed node miner. I am on my way to confirm it can die.
It might be a bug with the mine. When I arrived, and I am not shielded, I was unable to attack the mine either. My ship just hovered over it. Not battle.

The user on the mine came online and reset the node without problem. It doesn't behave like the normal broken nodes.
it's a bug with the mine, it cannot actually be mined but multiple ships can sit on top of it. There are literally hundreds of those on my server, people use them as invincibility safe zones and hide their ships there.

there are currently 3 types of broken mines: the infinite spinning wheel, the mine that shows resources or 0 that cannot actually be mined, and the mines that CAN be mined but are invisible so are nearly impossible to find except by accident.
Those invisible mines often appear if you just go to galaxy view and back to system view to reload it.
nope, they've been invisible for a very long time.
sometimes you can get a little square to appear to tell you its there but that's it.

Same bug appears now at [S:809451002 X:-282 Y:-571] My alliancemate in the bottom right is trying to hit it and this time he doesn't have a bubble, but the node is zeroed and the guy can be selected to trigger the Attack button. Note, unlike the other bugs, these do have an attack button.

Two different players tried to hit these mines and two different ship types were used.
Just a new bug in a new feature.
Seems like they only test that something works under one exact condition and not through other possible conditions.
In this case, both nodes were zeroed. He found another player on a node with plenty of data to mine and he's already way over protected so we'll see if his attack will work on it.
Attack on the juicy miner was successful, so it's not a bug with attacking mines in general, just zeroed nodes.

More and more Reports of players from my alliance that get attacked with active Peaceshields. Is there something wrong or did i muss a change in Peaceshield behaviour?
New UI bug with displaying rewards of a base. To reproduce, select a base, then view the rewards. Now select another base without doing anything else (don't pan the screen to remove the first window). UI elements overlap. Before the new app, selecting a new base would reset the window back to showing the base image and the rewards button. Now the button is still there but the rewards are already showing.
@strong ridge In the Help, FAQ, you can find this in the Known Issues and Bugs tab. After following it's instructions, if still not fixed, go back to this screen and click "No" at the bottom to say that this wasn't helpful. Then you will be able to submit a ticket.
@restive osprey I concur, but want to add that it is not specific to the icon shown in your picture but to what ever is displayed on the far right. As you can see in mine, I have green data in this slot.

Broken mines have been scheduled to be fixed but never are. A 3* gas mine on Priya has been broken forever.

Helps hardly show up. Each time I restart, then several appear. This isnāt random. Has happened every time I restarted, usually because game crashes. Running on iOS.
Alliance tags are not populating right away when you zoom in. As soon as you tap the base, it does.
I also got the display issue of bases names and it's getting really worse

Worst ever update seen from Scopely. Each time, they got something worse than it was. Not seeing base names is a no brainer : if not fixed within days, it'll mean stopping STFC for me.

Please play back what just happened to me if you can: I went 9 1/2 minutes to a world where I can kill hostiles for the event. I killed one and after the word battle, it began a countdown to warping (I didn't hit recall!?). I clicked on the galaxy button and indeed I was warping home! 5 seconds later it said incoming attack and I was destroyed by a Romulan trained fighter!?!? I think I at least deserve to have the repair paid back!!!
Updated to the new version this morning on iPad Pro. Now game wonāt launch. Hangs at CHARGING WARP ENGINES 65%.
Ok fixed it, had to completely shut down and reboot my computer for it to work

@native oyster @native oyster I had error 200 for certain systems that wouldn't populate with objects, ships stations planets and mines. Didn't cause crashes just slowed down the game.

By the way, the spinning mines have returned with this new 'upgrade'. Go to Voss for 4 examples.

@lunar scaffold I don't think the spinning mines thing has ever really been fixed. I think they might have been reset in a system maintenance window several weeks ago, but they keep coming back.

Correct, the core node issue has not been fixed but they are working on it. For now they have a temporary fix they run periodically
Seems like they need to run it again, with 4 broken 3* gas mines in Voss. Those are already in short supply, and to have so many down just makes it worse, especially during a 3-way mining event.
If I research Prime Build/Research Speed, which increases build/research speeds by 100%, does that mean that building/researching things would then take zero time?

Ship primes for defense/attack are much easier to calculate from base. I think in your case you'd have to know what the repair time for a dock at level and strip away all other research to calculate it.
That part is pretty darn opaque. Ships are easier because you an look at base defense and weapons by tapping the components and looking

I filed a ticket, how do i fix a bug were my ships shows its on a mine, but its not, and when the mine gets attacked, no matter were my ship is, it gets attacked. and if i win, it shows back up at the mine. It is very aggrivating, how can my ship be in two places at one time.
@vital plover you are a victim of the Vemet bug. You used Vemet as captain and your ship died and was resurrected while sitting on that node.
There is nothing you can do to fix this. Sometimes (once every few weeks, it seems) Scopely goes through and fixes all the nodes. Only then will your ship be back to normal.
Also, that node is permanently bugged now and nobody can mine on it.
DO NOT use Vemet in the future unless/until Scopely fixes this bug.
Hi. I have a question. While docked my Jellyfish is 30k, as soon as I send it anywhere its power drops to 29k.
Thia is extremely annoying and unfair. I didn't spend ages upgrading the ship for it to lose that power at launch.
The Vehmet bug, the only problem is, he is not on my crew listing for that ship..i have epic captain kirk, Montgomery Scott, Spock as my main crew...Levis, kerla, Lucia Gonzales, Instructor spock and Vixis is the total crew members so it couldnt be that bug can it?

@silent dagger your ship when docked gets a defensive advantage hence the higher power which is loses when not docked, all your ships are like that so not a bug
Ooooh. Bit annoying as when you upgrade you aren't getting an accurate battle ready power display.
I'd like to add more info to my latest reports of zeroed mines that can't be attacked. One of our players attacked such a miner and lost, but then when he returned to attack again, the attack animation fails to start and no attack is given. I remember that the first one I reported was almost completely defeated before he tried to attack it so it might be an issue with miners who have already been hit once and survived. Also note that this ship has no over protected cargo.

They usually take a day or two but with the recent app updates they've been having to learn about new bugs and how to help people with them.
One more thing. Check your device's memory. If the app is trying to download new content to cache and you don't have enough storage, it could hold it up there too.

Battle report from long ago keep showing up in my logs. This one for over 20 days already. Even if I mark them as read, when I launch the game a bit later, they are back.
When you start the game, it always shows your last defeat at the bottom of your log. That is an old bug. Just mark all as read and attack newer ships. The only problem with this is it may obscure some recent activity but usually only victories.

Have not been able to log in for 12 hours. It gets 30 percent then boots me out
This still comes up about half the time when I load on Bluestacks (BS). Can't tell if it's a problem with BS or the game as this is the only game that does it. I just restart until it works right.
Invalid ship location error can be reproduced reliably if you start an attack and while ship is flying towards point of intercept, go into the help / FAQ screen and read stuff. If this screen is open at the time of the combat, that ship (and sometimes all others) will produce this error until you restart the app.

That was part of another bug I reported earlier. Selecting a base and then selecting another base or ship without moving the screen around to clear the window often causes this now.
You can view the rewards and then select another base and the new rewards show but buttons and other content for the first screen show too.
So there's this bug that keeps happening. When I'm in hostile territory it shows my ship in one location, and then instantly it teleported across the system and is battle with a hostile fighter... then I have to wait 2 hours to try again... or waste cash on a glitch.

Hey, Iāve been hitting hostile npc ships in Klingon/Romulan space and not seeing the proper counts reflected.
For instance, I hit some lvl 25 ships and 1 lvl 27 ship, but not seeing the lvl 27 ship reflect in the Daily Task count. Hereās the screenshots (this is after I restarted the game, too).
Benzar Smuggler are no faction ships, even in faction territory. You have to shoot Klingon or Romulan Patrols or Traders.
Some bases canāt be attacked, just sits at 5 seconds and nothing. Sick, love this feature
some hostiles can't be attacked either, it just slingshots you to the opposite side of the system and you get stuck there.

This game has so many bugs and each client release just makes it worse. Everyone complains about it and nothing gets fixed. But hey here is another store special for you! Mines still show up with a spinning wheel, they also still show empty but someone is on them when get there. The game lags/locks up all the time. Not enough level 3 mining nodes for players to get needed resources and on and on and on. With as much money that has been paid by players in this game you would thing that Scopley could have a least hired a few good developers. This must be outsourced development because as a developer I would not want my name attached to this crap.
Hi. I have read that I am not the only one who happens, that the bases have no name or level. This is how to play blindly. Also, when changing systems, most alliances take minutes to load. It's like playing blind

I have confirmed the existence of what I call the "unbeatable null miner bug". Attack any zeroed mine with a weak ship and it becomes immune to attack until it is reset. All additional attempts to attack will result in your ship being left hovering over the mine, or if you are bubbled, your ship will pull off to the side of it.

Not sure if this got reported recently but I noticed since this latest patch, if I do a 2 batch of G3 ore, it doesn't give the option to open (1 more chest) or the open (all) chest and acts like i only did a 1750 single batch and taking the amount of ore for 2 batches.....and no uncommons on the last three tries every ten hours btw.

Ships are still being killed in warp too, restarting game makes no difference either, you have no control of the ship and just have to watch your ship getting destroyed.

Just had had yet another report from my alliance mates about the sheilds being broken.. support dont care wont do anything... its driving people away from the game
Just for Information.
I was raided, as I was online and shield up (still 7 of 8 h) by sanc.
I had a ship flying home and was chilling.
I start to repair the ship and all was fine.
As the repair finnished the ship took dmg.
Then i saw in system view sanc raided me.
No reports, no dmg Station, shield viewable.
I reloaded the game - shield was gone. I reseted the shield.
And still on reports or dmg shown.
Like 10 min later I got the reports and dmg shown at the station.
I didnāt loose much ... like 15 horizon loads, 90% para. (6 or 7mill rss)
But I didnāt see it until it was to late.
Itās the 2nd time now this happens in the last weeks. Insane.
I feel helpless.
