new bug. I use GS31 and its Gravitational Blast and sometimes my ship destroys only one, sometimes two, sometimes three or 4. There are enough Hostiles in the system. Making the event much longer unnecessarily, it's worth it. I don't want to count it but probably twice as long.

5. I’m just about to add to this not accounted spent directives in today’s AT task, those missing 500 accounted dirs will make me fail 10k worth task.

There is zero to no responsivness from your team (ticket number: 28459497) and I cannot imagine you will try to comp chest me after loosing this amount of rewards and AT score when table looks like below.

I did so in past editions of AT. If I wouldn’t I’d end up with no task finished. I raised ticket and got my rewards but no task points for me or alliance.

Oh scopely, its a little early for halloween, so call an exorcist to get rid of the ghost ships, the walking dead armadas, the jumpscare claims showing up long after you forgot you claimed them, ships flying around without anyone telling them so, especially if they change nodes in system with changeling mines (my gas selkie who was actively mining gas started mining crystal on the other side of the map) and so on, everything is more spooky than working. Didnt you earn enough mystic dollars to hire a coder who knows what he is doing? Got stuck on a 10k AT event to collect 15k temp. disruptors, i did the exchange and should have been over 15k, but was short at about 13.5k, so i waited until I did refines. I did numerous game restarts, my total never changed. I did refines, did enough conversion for 1k temp. disruptors, and my total was 26.5k/15k needed........so I just lost the ability to do another AT event. As well, my store points only went up about 4.5k and not 10k for doing the 10k event. This game cannot even burn the player base with a negative impact change to the AT without breaking even that. There is no way I can 'prove' this I don't screen shot every single freaking click I do. Thanks for burning me Scope

I had sooooo many issues with solo waves. My gs 31 beam only went to one single target and not the others, my other two ships buffered while thinking of hitting their target. One actually remained engaged in battle with one except that ship continued on and hit the station. And my other ship froze. However, my gs 31 flew around and hit its targets no problem.

Potentially 1 or 2 but most 20k ties into pack. But as a ftp sourcing for them, you get some at end of tournament depending on alliance placement. So for example. Like even if alliance finishes 10 they still get something ( league may vary results) .

FC Kirk only increases warp speed, not warp range. You also have to select it in his skill tree to activate it. Base location doesn't effect warp range, AFAIK; that leaves research, Enhanced Warp Cores in the GALAXY tree or Borg Cube Warp Range in the EXBORG tree.

I don't want to have to visit the bug-reporting discord every few hours. I want a proper working game. But now I suddenly have to care about yet another thing not working because otherwise I'm behind on resources that the majority of players DID receive.

Scopely managed to turn compensation into frustration. Achievement unlocked I guess.

The compensation for bugs/lags/poor performance is bugged too - you seriously can’t make this stuff up.

On top of that:
I sent a ticket to customer support on Wednesday evening because of missing event points (#🛠-known-issues message), and to this day I haven’t even gotten a reply, let alone compensation for the reduced rewards.

So just to maybe get the bare minimum you’re owed, you still have to deal with the hassle of chasing these guys over and over again - and even then you might end up with a correct outcome.

Ops 44, Celebrated by 3 main factions, I have the Exborg bonus where fighting Exborg completes my federation, Klingon, and Romulan champion dailies. The reputation is a wash, zeros across the board but when I do my daily mining for all 3 factions I lose Federation and Klingon reputation, shouldn't it be a wash too. The issue of having stuck "1 help" is a bug that they have tried to fix several times without success. There's actually no one who needs help, that's why it doesn't count towards the daily. If there are two helps, than you can click on them. the one actual help will than count towards your daily goals.

You need to open a support ticket to have that fixed

It gets brought up each time they do it. But they cannot extend an event that is already in progress.
The fix is for them to get it right in the first place.
Customer Support sometimes will provide the additional rewards if you can demonstrate that your SLB scores would have made a difference.

• if the people above you in the RLB are on different servers, you have to assume they also took first places for their SLBs.
  I've resigned myself to winning as many of the non-last day SLBs as I can and not worrying about placement on the last day so long as the Heroic goals are met.

I consider it a bug. On one ship I only swapped WOK Scotty for Dane because of impulse speed. That was all fine, but when I looked at the value in warp I had 182, but before the swap I have 187 in the battlelog. When the ship is in the system it shows me 212 correctly as it should. I don't know how much it shows me with WOK Scotty in warp I can add it but it probably won't be 187.

I check the impulse speed value and it's 182 again even after it stopped in the system. But after attacking the hostile, it shows 212, so until I attack it's the wrong value, because when Scotty was there instead of Dane, it showed me 187.

There seems to be something wrong with Maverick research for FKR ships. I just did a conq Borg and both of my fkr ships died, but my cube survived with 3/4 HHP. All three were cherrio and titan buffed. Before all the broken officers and everything mess, my t10 velox would survive with half to most HHP, my T4 Koskarii would die, and my t15 cube would have half HHP. All my FKR maverick research is lvl2, iso def is lvl 7, and shred is lvl4. My setup is the same now as before.

Those Training Mission have been hunted by Bug since years, never were fixed. You probably will have to reach out to their Support so they unlock you that Mission. Got to https://scopely.helpshift.com/hc/en/19-star-trek-fleet-command/ and click on the Chat Tool down on the right side and then proceed with "Begin Tribbleshooting.". They are usually useless but that Bug/Glitch is known to them so they will know what to do unlock you the Mission so you can proceed.

Alliance star base edits make game unplayable on Android and Windows. Entering the 'Start Building' or the 'green plus'' remove the user interface that should allow going back to previous view.

I have completed 12 Alliance Tournament Tasks. My 13th task I completed successfully this evening (UK time 6pm) and collected the rewards. However, the number of tasks completed has not been updated on the leaderboard. The tasks completed is recorded as 12/13 tasks instead of 13/13 tasks.

This means I am unable to pick up a new task. (Pick a task, tap Start, and nothing happens). I still have two daily tasks to complete to finish the event.

Tried a game restart, cleared cache and restart, and complete device restart. Reported to Scopely via in-app help.
Any chance of this issue being escalated for resolution before AT ends tomorrow?
