They finally fixed all of my keys that never recorded in the alliance goals but won't give me all the keys I lost for the alliance when it wouldn't give me them. I got the credit the alliance did not. Then the game boots me today and every time I try to log in, I'm told there are too many commanders trying to log in all at the same time. So after 15 minutes I get back in, and the game play has stopped working. A lot of target unavailable and other similar remarks, so I extended my shields and may try again later, then again I may not. Galaxy 072

Dear Support Team,
At approximately 20:45 our server (I believe EU402 DAYSTROM) was disconnected from play. Consequently we lose a Rare armada, and the being unable to reconnect is causing me distress and alarm.
I spend the money I have spare on this game because it helps me feel connected with other people.
Right now I feel stressed, alone, unsupported and want this issue escalated!

For the last month I have been plagued with problems. 1) Every time I exit the game I get "Error 5" messages. 2) In the Mission Panel the name of all the Missions say "Retrieving". 3) All the Mission objectives say "Retrieving". 4) When going to a node to do a Mission and click on a Mission to find out the name it says "Retrieving". 5) When completing a Mission, all conversation in the Mission Ribbon / dialog box says "Retrieving". 6) I have tried creating a new account in case mine was corrupted. But you guessed it ..... I am still "Retrieving".

To clarify the event is only scoring half the points it was supposed to as it is supposed to be 100 points per milestone and 200 per heroic milestone or overflow milestone. Yesterday there were 3 events with 4 milestones and 1 heroic milestone each which should come to 12x100 + 3x200 for a total of 1800 points but as you can see in the provided screenshots we only received 900 points for completing all 15 milestones.

But for about 2 weeks, the UI for Korean, Japanese and possibly other language has been broken.
I understand STFC team has more pressing issues at the moment, but having a broken UI for more than 2 maintenance, and not even being addressed by the announcement is very disappointing...
I even sent 2 tickets last week, but have not yet received a reply on my email.

Did a group wave run-got dropped once and had to restart device once. This “comp” chest needs to be an actual acknowledgement of harm done to players who play regularly. Maybe its getting time to start some sort of player lag.. when player intentionally just not log in, even though they can. One month, in a big number. Unfortunately most of them is just to addicted, to even not login a single day. Skipping daily is already a no-go I guess
