when are you going to fix the glitch in epic transogen, yet again, went to refresh mining node at bottom of space, and instead of going back onto that node within a micro second it's attacking a top mining node with another squall on it, and of course dies and loses over 5m to 10m epic transogn, this is getting out of order, fix it or i am getting ready to walk from this messed up glitching bugging game, that never gets any fixes done to these errors in your programming

REMOVE the automatic scrolling return on ALL your menus. Nobody has unlimited time to scroll through them and play the game as well. This includes the web store also.

Synergy is the effect when a captain and bridge are from the same officer group - assign captain, sort by “group” and assign bridge from there, click on the lightning bolt symbol between captain and bridge and you will see explanation of effect. Captain ability is increased by synergy with bridge, bridge and below decks abilities are increased by leveling/ranking up the officer 👍🏼

This is new behavior from the release. When claiming dailies:

Any button label as "claim" maintains focus on the list where it was prior to pressing the button. Any button labeled as "view" presents you with choices which you select from and then the list is always reset to the top or to the left depending on how the list navigation works. This requires the user to scroll through the entire list to get back to where they were EVERY TIME a "view" selection is made. You have made some of these lists rather lengthy and this now adds a considerable amount of time to claiming daily rewards throughout the refinery, store and factions.

No, we're not fine. Still getting lag up the wazoo, did an event yesterday for aquatic and reptilian, event information said nothing about particular level nothing about particular phrasing of name so after a bunch of kills and repairs no scoring. Not even after reboot, and now I'm getting told I was hitting the wrong ones? Because they were level 35 and not 40? Funny didn't say anything about that in the event either. Scoring is still coming up slightly delayed but not as much, as yesterday and day before, when you click on ticketed events I got the mining one to show up fine, but the other two still say retrieving and if not changed for the last hour and a half since the event started. Get glitches in the daily tasks where you click on the green arrow button on the right hand side because you finished it, it looks like it's giving the rewards but it doesn't go away-restart again.

3 Possible scenarios: 1. They will find the main source of lag (either the old in game items that stacked up need to be deleted which needs a day or it is a complex combination from different bugs working together which needs the game to be shut down for a month) and fix it.
2. They will only fix a small part roll out a compensation and the lag will get even stronger next week and the game will completely crash in 1-4 Months while this cycle is getting repeated every few weeks.
3. Nothing gets fixed and the game will completely crash in 1-4 Weeks

@slate wind thank you for telling us that we in the EU will be getting a compo chest for the lag issues, but let's face facts here, yes compo chests are nice, but what we all in the game would absolutely love is Scopley to actually listen to the players.
There are players here in this discord who are recommending ideas how to solve the lag issues, but nobody at Scopley is listening. These are not some random players who don't know jack about coding or anything, these, I'm sure are players who understand how computers work.
It's like when your phone memory is full, it starts affecting the performance of your phone, not enough space to perform the most basic functions.
How much longer is it going to be, before some programmer gets a light bulb moment, follow some of the ideas that been put forward to solve the lag issues and see "oh yea, the players were right!".
Scopley needs to get a grip and stop hiding from the issues on our beloved game.

Since the last update every click i make in chests or faction store the list resets to the top. It's such a pain to have to scroll to find where i was at every friggin time i click the 1000 things i need to click daily. Whenever I killed Khan's hostile (level 4) and when I went to do it again.. the option was there with a timer and i'd have to a few seconds or slightly more before I could click on it again. But today, after killing the same lvl 4 Khan's hostile and going back into the store... the option was completely gone, ie there was lvl 3 hostile option and next to it would be lvl 5 hostile. Even if I waited 30seconds more, it would not appear. The only thing that seemed to correct it, was to use points to redeem Khan's skill points (well that's the one I used). The lvl 4 hostile option would appear immediately.

BUG REPORT - On Android, when opening chests produced from anything besides enemies or gifts, clicking DONE does nothing. The only way to close the chest is to restart the game. After the game became unplayable, i.e. I couldn't even kill hostiles, I finished up 11 pm last night, at 2 am it was better again, I could at least complete the voyager weekly with snw crew for the scotty research. Scores for that and ticketed event gas mining were finally there now, only..

I had recalled gas and crystal miners with 314 k G6 mats each, sufficient to complete, so clearly the scotty one looks broken!
Please don't come up with asking for patience or sending field rations that might be great for G3 G4 players..
Please name things what they are! It's not our internet connection failing when game crashes, it's not our fault when events don't score, it's not our fault that you only learn from players when things go wrong for the bigger issues
So if lags are becoming a daily feature you might want to give everyone a bye for the events or stall them completely for the time being!
No point declaring them fixed for two hours a day only to come up with another statement " due to players feedback we're looking into it"

After a battleship or a miner enters a system that has hazard or nor the pic of the ship/miners stays the same after leaving the system, only way to fix it is open the build tab and go ineide my station and then return to home screen, then it returns to normal. During EU lag wave I was doing missions and some just stuck (Reparations and Combat Training 27: Veteran in my case). Hostiles were killed, no rewards. Yellows still appear but can't be attacked again.

So the recruitment SLB now scores correctly for trait xp where it was scoring 1 per upgrade. Received 4pts for 200k trait xp and should be winning but not even close. Know there have been bigger problems but you lose faith in the save for slb system which is so important in this game.

it seems the issue with having to refresh a system view in the V'ger system in order for new hostiles to spawn/ appear is also present when killing hostiles with the 'Gravitational Blast ' of the SG31. Further the issue of the Cube becoming 'stationary platform' after x-amount of kills seems to be back again too.
Update: Now I can't refresh the system view from the Galaxy map. Have to click on the ship in system then LOCATE. This in turn cancells all and any Queued attacks 🙁

I'm having an issue with Dailies: Fed and standard dailies are correctly recording my kills, but Romulan Dailies are counting only about 1/2 the kills. The requirement is level 43+ fed or Klingon and I've killed over 30 level 48+ klingons, but it has only counted 14 of them towards the daily. Also, I have Romulan Sweep research complete, I have all the sweeps complete, but the Freebooter kills, level 50-52, only counted towards the other factions and swarm dailies. The romulan daily didn't count them even though I have completed the research.

Does the yellow mission hostile have a white hull health bar? Is a ship in the same system as the hostile? If the hostile has no hull health bar and a ship is next to it, you have to open a ticket with the customer support, so that they can finish the mission for you. hi best for me (and its really worse then wednesday) is still OldMudd (C) / S31 Georg / Chang. Nothing like spending an extra 5-10 seconds locked up in battle each time you attack a hostile. You make a game based on grinding, make grinding as painful as possible, then when people start breaking thru the grind, you introduce LLLAAAAGGGG to slow everyone down.

Did you ever consider that the bugs you refused to fix in the past have now reached critical mass and the combined force of all those bugs are now killing game performance? Maybe if you had prioritized fixing those bugs when they happened instead of blowing them off, this wouldn't be happening.

Today I have seen a lot of glitches/delays/bugs.
Nodes with incorrect color matching, unoccupied nodes that I cannot occupy myself, incorrect ship positions, delays when moving ships, slow faction stores (slower than the normal slow), etc.

Customer support rep took 1 day to get back to me where it was obvious that my complaint wasn’t read and nothing will be done to correct it. So I can’t access missions from Sol, Fed Missions/Romulan as well that unlock new Vulcan. All missions that existed-done and others I can’t access. Anyway, Scopely over 5 years had the same bad IT team, server misconfigs and even worse customer service that handles too many different games…oh well - no more game purchases until my issues are fixed
