Just to add to the list of bugs, we had 2 Krenim Formations back to back that allowed a double call on one leg without any sort of notification popup for the callers.
The first one we placed ships in both because we didn't know what would happen and neither launched.
The second we abandoned one leg and the other worked as intended.
Went to try and put in a ticket but I don't know exactly where to put this through on the automated system...

Generally its because things come out of development or during development patches are not applied, so they work on old versions that include the bugs, release it patch bugs which breaks development content.

Simple update while in development at least on development version they can iron out issues b4 release.

1st it is impossible to reach wave 4, ships explode
2nd it is very difficult to select hostile ship, it takes a long time to give you the option to attack
3rd when you manage to hit the attack button, the ship takes a long time to react
4th many times the base explodes on its own without having hostiles around it

Last ally tournament we were wrongly relegated from Master to Expert league. We ended up #3 but because of an error in the database we ended up last as well. Just look at the alliance leaderboard and the member scores 45 minutes before the tournament ended: the ALB shows place #21 with a score of 166,000 (that’s my score), the member scores clearly add up to much more than that, and also you can see I’m part of the alliance, being ranked #14 within the alliance.

Many of our alliance sent tickets but it didn’t result in anything. The tickets were mostly handled by support bots that completely misunderstood the issue at hand, and they closed the tickets without giving us the opportunity to protest against the ridiculous answers we got.

Currently the game doesn’t even know in which league we are, if we open the alliance page it shows Master league, after we tapped the tourny tab, it shows Expert league.

Because of the relegation we couldn’t claim the Binary Cutter and other goodies, so that has been set back 1-2 months. I didn’t get the avatar and frame for third place, the rest of the alliance did get them though. Try to explain that Scopely, people got rewards for third place AND our alliance was relagated to Expert league!

All in all this has been a really bad experience with Scopely support. Totally amazing that they accept a blatant error in their database without resolving it forthwith.

I just opened artefact Kir'shara for queue hostile attack to be handy in waves but ... i chained attack for 2 hostiles with every ship in last wave of 50 and my cube was destroyed by first hostile after two were queued and i couldnt kill that second hostile with other ships because it said you can't attack this hostile because is queued by other ship which was dead so this hostile became unkillable for me (couldnt cancel queue on destroyed ship) how about to auto cancel queue when ship is destroyed?

At Syndicate 45 you unlock the Undercover Pirate Tendi Avatar, however it unlocks Syndicate II. That is supposed to unlock at Syndicate level 55. When I look at my list of Avatars I do not see Undercover Pirate Tendi shown anywhere. Is this a known bug?

Try going into device settings-apps. Go into game setting. Clear game cache then force stop the app.
I did this then restarted device. Game now loads correctly. Hope this helps?

Unlocking the section 31 10% efficiency favours (The right connections and Emperor's Edict) reset previously purchased items such as Armada Speed ups and Defiant skins. It seems to be an issue where these packs are reset due to efficiency and reappear even when bought.

So after over a year since BUYING the kirshara it still does not work properly. Isn't the whole point of it to queue the hostiles and then be able to do other things like goto other menus. Instead it stops moving with 4 in the queue still.

Someone in my alliance is claiming that if someone takes a task and sits on it, then no one else can have that task until they finish it. I don't believ that's true but I don't have verification either way.

Krenim formation armadas are respawning but not letting us start them, saying that all 3 legs are not present (when they clearly are). This has been a bug since they were introduced.

It’s in the building description about the skill points you receive and is the basis of my current ticket and glitch Scopely has so far refused to correct for months

Lastly one of the results of the in-game survey was that some players had questions about Apex Shred so we wanted to share some more info and the infographics that we had on the blog.

Apex Shred is a new tech modifier that reduces or even partially nullifies the damage mitigation of an enemy’s Apex Barrier when equipped. In simple terms, while your enemy’s barrier is measured in flat points, your Apex Shred is expressed as a percentage.

For instance, just as 10,000 points of Apex Barrier can double a ship’s effective health, a full 100% Apex Shred will slice that protective value in half—regardless of whether the barrier is 1,000, 10,000, or even 50,000 points strong.

Available through Chaos Tech, Officers, and Research, reaching 200% Apex Shred will reduce the enemy barrier to one-third of its original value, 300% brings it down to one-quarter, and 400% shrinks it to one-fifth.

Currently experiencing a rather annoying bug with the alliance help system. Myself and other members in my alliance are seeing 1 help available at all times.
Clicking it gives the usual "you helped 1 alliance member", but never goes away and looking in alliance shows there was no help to give.
We think this might have something to do with our Alliance level reaching 40 last night increasing our Help slots from 19 to 20, though as you can see it sometimes gives 21/20 but I've seen similar over-helps before so that might be unrelated

You have probably hit 2,000 hostiles since the limit reset. You won't be able to get loot/xp/rep from hostiles until that limit resets later today at 5am UTC, 1 hour after daily reset. Event scoring is unaffected.

alliance tournament tasks still suck. rolling for new tasks doesn't really generate new tasks. the complete lack of any variety of 8k/10k tasks that drop that are obtainable is a joke.

Good morning. Just ran two lvl 45 solo waves in a row, and they both quit after the second wave. Just sent my ships home and left my screen in the wave. No further hostiles coming either. I've killed 12 hostiles at this point (2 sets of 3 for each of the first two waves) One of the weird things I'm seeing is the building in the middle has a health bar of 20 instead of 3. I've scanned and haven't seen anyone posting about this yet. Is this a known issue now?
