Thank you scopley for breaking the game more , now game locks up on various different screens making it far more impossible to play the game. The game has really gone way down hill and gotten far worse then it ever has been in the first year of its launching. Never in my life have I played a game that just gets worse over the years then getting better. Talk about some inconsistency and bad choices. For saying you want players to have a better more enjoyable experience with the game your going and doing the wrong things making the game far worse then it ever has been in its 6 yrs of release. @patent horizon, I have 4 accounts on separate devices on Server 31. My Chromebook account is eternally laggy, but it's a decidedly low end machine so the performance issues are on my end. The accounts on my REVVL tablets generally aren't too laggy, but they're only ops 29 so they're not too bad most of the time. My ops 51 account on my phone does get laggy at times but I expect some performance hit due to more objects being drawn.

I am finally able to get back in and play with the Windows PC client now. I had tried uninstalling and reinstalling 4 times, and it didn't work, but after manually deleting the leftover folders AFTER the uninstall, it finally works now. I guess 5th time's a charm, LOL. 🤣 I hope I remember this needed step next month. (You would think the uninstaller would remove these files, but it doesn't.)

Even with the Reletivity and the DTI at lvl 30, I am only seeing about 800k damage per round vs the Formation armadas with no increase at all per round. As I understand it, Riker's buff should increase all damage by 100% per round vs armadas. At least that is how it has worked vs normal armadas.

I'm on a Galaxy Tab S8+ so I don't think it's a spec issue in my case at least. Seems like client connection lag when opening chests, refinery pulls, opening chat, pretty much any action within the game caused the yellow wifi icon to appear. Just started after downloading today's mid month patch.

But first thing I'd do is look in your device care /storage and see how much data space the app is chewing up

Don't try and upgrade officers or buy shards. There's a bug that wipes out all the shards for the officer when you get the last shard needed. I've opened a ticket for all the good that will do.

I finally fixed the freezing problem in iOS by deleting and reinstalling the game, then resetting localizations.

With the overall intermittent unresponsiveness across all platforms the game should have been put in emergency maintenance. There will be many unable to complete any events that launched today, nor will they be able to claim refineries and other daily bundles

clearing data/cache in the settings for the app (not in game) before nuking the installation completely

on your iPhone... go to settings (the Gear icon)... select General... select iPhone storage... select STFC... you have 2 options.. offload app or delete app... Arsenic recommends offload option... i'm suggesting deleting app and then re-installing along with reset localization for good measure..... this has worked for me and other people

Freezing for the time solved on my TAB A8 with Android 14. What i did: cleared cache, cleared all data, uninstalled game and installed again. After that being able to play as before, with all the other bugs but no more freezing after a few clicks.

reinstalled it on my iphone 13 pro but it's still getting hot, experience is horrible, constant stuttering while scrolling like the device has a 30Hz display instead of 120. On ipad it works much better.

I was a bit harsh in my criticism of the latest patch and complained a bit too much before I did a little more troubleshooting
I found that after clearing the app data and cache and then rebooting my phone ( android 13, Samsung) That the stability and freezing issues did resolve and I have been able to play normally. I need to thank my wife (server 13 SK KITTY QUEEN) for pulling my head out of my *** and suggesting the troubleshooting ideas.
I apologize for being a hothead before doing my due diligence and troubleshooting on my end before complaining like a spoiled brat noob.

A work around that some players have said helped them was clearing the app data/cache on the phone itself (not in game) and uninstalling and reinstalling the game. For anyone to try either method, make sure your account is linked to a scopely ID and or you copy down your playerID in case your authentication token gets wiped and you can't get back into your account. Will make it easier for support to help you.

I fixed my iOS version by completely deleting the game (hold the icon for few seconds, then select to delete the app and all it's data) and then download and install it again.

The download from iStore was about 5 mins on mobile data, but then the game needs to download everything else which was more than 250MB of data 😱

When will scopley take a look at Alliance UI? Lots of things that are bugged or not showing proper stats. In the Alliance inventory is a button (circled in the screenshot) that shows the contribution points of ISO to the alliance. However, in this list we (my alliance) see people who are 1. not longer members in the alliance or 2. Not even on the server/removed accounts. What this may cause in other systems I cant tell but it may be good to take a look at.

Just to put into context, checked my storage on my phone and the game was draining 15G of memory. When I reinstalled, I’m now only taking up 1.17G

broken desealing rods carry over indefinitely, fixed ones only work on the vault that was active when you got it.
supposedly support sometimes exchanges an expired desealing rod for a fresh one.

you don't need to convert the broken desealing rods, because you can also open the vault with 4000 broken ones without exchanging them.

As of today I have 252.5k points meaning I'll need another 72.5k points to complete the overflow (this shows across all 4 of my accounts so I doubt that I didn't finish a BP event). The only way to get the required points is to have a Domination BP event plus 3 17.5k point events. I'd rather get in front of the potential issue early rather than seeing a flood of angry posts on Sunday Afternoon.

On some devices there is no option to change graphics settings and it's always on HD so maybe those problems are linked to new implemented graphics changes

just to re-iterate for peeps joining the channel and haven't scrolled up... there is a temporary fix for those playing on the phone... clear your data cache on the device... also do a localization reset for good measure... that should help you to play longer and not have your phone overheat (mainly iphone users) if you don't know how to do this... you can uninstall and reinstall the app.. just make sure your game is synced up with scopely id before you do so

There is an issue with the refinery, Gift tab and Event tab. Whenever I open any of them, all the tabs that pop up have no picture in any of them, or if there is, it quickly disappears, or disappears as soon as I scroll thru them. I've restarted several times, cleared my cache several times and nothing works. The only thing in all of those windows is the discripted text at the top of the boxes.

Unplayable game for about 48h

After deleting and reinstalling on IPad Mini, the game is a little less janky but my fps has been halved I think, down to 30. There is no in game setting for this on iPad client but all my scrolling is horrendously jittery/blurry now, it feels like 30 vs 60 before.
I don’t know if this is a hotfix that’s been put in to keep iOS devices from going nuclear but with a client that’s already gimped at 720p HD on a device that’s 2266x1488, 30fps on top of that is absolutely unacceptable.
It’s now a really bad visual experience on top of all the bugs, if this continues I’m done.

A bug that I've been experiencing for several months that never seems to get fixed and is happening more and more frequently. Not sure if anyone else has the same issue... When trying to exit the Events menu, the game will freeze on the Fleet Command splash screen with the spinning circle in the bottom-right corner with 'Preparing' underneath. Only way to get back into the game is to restart. Really irritating and a rather poor show if this is a known issue and hasn't been fixed yet.

I have gotten the button to claim rewards for an event quite frequently over the last two hours and every single time I click the green button, it's the interceptor hunter event that I finished not long after reset. The Message Exchanges in the Faction Store is not working. The Description is messed up. In the Fed Store its called "klingon Message Exchange" and is locked. In the Klingon its called "Romulan Message Exchange". And in the Romulan Store its called "Federation Message Exchange".

the names is deliberate; you exchange Federation messages (originally from Federation scouts) for Romulan credits and so on because the Romulans have always appreciated you shooting Federation the most.

When my alliance runs armadas, all people joining call a spot beforehand so we don't end up with 10 people in a 5-seat armada. Chat has been extremely buggy since the last update. Mostly people who are on iOS report that some of their chat messages aren't being seen by the rest of us. They'll call a seat in an armada after it launches, they'll show up, and they get booted because nobody saw them call a spot.

armada starter is set last since the last update... if more player join you can get kicked out of the armada you started... only way to prevent being kicked is to at least give one player a star (after that the starter is placed first in the list)

Due to the performance issues with the last update, i had uninstalled and reinstalled the game on my mobile. Ever since doing so, I've had horrible motion blur when moving around systems and thumbnail menus (like the gifts or alliance tabs). I tried reinstalling the game again and it's still awful. Is there an issue with the Amalgam not scooping according to the percentage? I have been noticing that my amal is not getting the intended amount. For example, if the base being raided has an available loot of 6.5B to be taken, my lvl20 amal (with it's percentage at 0.041%), i should be pulling approximately 266.5M on initial hit and slowly degrades based on available loot. However, i am only pulling approximately 5.1M. Can you please shed some light into this?

your math is incorrect. 6,500,000,000 (6.5b) times 0.00041 (0.041%) is 2,665,000 (2.6m) - i'm guessing the other 2.5m or so is your ship's cargo capacity?

266.5m - or .2665B - would be 4.1%, not 0.041%

ok over in server 711, we are not getting the intended amounts, i just confirmed with another player in same alliance, his amal is larger and only pulling approximately 12M instead of 425M ish

rephrasing what i'm saying - it sounds like your assumption on what you should be scooping is based on incorrect math, but the game is doing it correctly

you didn't mention it, so i didn't calculate it in, but it will only increase the amount of extra by 30% over what it was before, so it won't change things by the approximately factor of 100 your assumption is off.

To better contextualize this for you, you're expecting to be able to steal half a base in 1 minute. with a max, FT'd, refit, and sloan boosted amalagam, it takes a good thirty minutes at least

i think you are missing some zeros, i doublechecked the math using calc unless i am doing it wrong. I apologize if it seems like im going in circles, im just trying to better understand the mechanics of the amal.

0.041% doesn't mean "multiply by 0.041", it means "multiply by 0.00041". You're missing what the % sign means - 100% would be multiply by 1, 1% would be multiply by 0.01

Alliance Tournament has me completing 7/9 tasks. I have completed 9

What's the story with the krenim formation?? We have a small alliance and used the exos on the static and charged legs. Then we were told they are useless. Regardless, we had enough power to easily defeat the charged and neutral legs. Didn't make a scratch on the static portion. We all put in tickets thinking the exo didn't activate and were told different things. Do we need the new ship to beat the formation? None of us have that. But we do have power. So if we can't beat it without the new ship, why not clarify. So that means we can't finish the new mission or the corresponding complete new mission event or any of the krenim formation events. Is that "as intended" unless we purchase the ship or a glitch? Thanks.

the top right leg (i believe static) will one-shot most ships round 3 if you don't have a relativity in it turning its ability off (correct, the exocomps don't help here). If you can kill it by round 2 or early round 3 - max fortify, defiant, and cerritos boost help a lot, as does putting your biggest ships & best crews - that doesn't come into play.

Yes, if you're not in an alliance with good g5 players or several big g4 players, that's almost impossible. It's bothersome indeed.

I don't mind that that's the case as much as I mind not being able to complete SEVERAL events and a mission that requires this mechanic defeat.
