I can explain that : whomever got 40k points was watching for the timer to get to 0 hour and then quickly clicked and completed 1 spend event for 10k. Got the points, but the counter for completed tasks was "still loading" so the person could do 4 tasks in the 1st day of tournaments. Happened on server EU137 last time (2 weeks ago). 😉

The right one is the sms, the 18k there is the minutes you spent in tc. The left one is the battlepass, the score there is what you got from the completed milestones in the right one, no reason for them to be the same.

On s38, iOS the Pinnacle of Power Event rewards (“MILESTONE ACHIEVED”) keeps showing up to be claimed about every two minutes or when you swap views. This started yesterday and is still happening today.

Yes, the first 5 level I think cost 50, then it went up to 75 per level, imagine it will go up to 100 at level 10. You get a 1,000 in one pack. So level 1-5 cost 250, to level 7 cost another 150, so I still have 600 left to spend.

Now about three weeks later after completing this cycle's "Ahead of the Curve - SMS" event I go to check and I'm still showing a total of 6,000 Admiral's Event Tickets. Is this a known bug? Is this just visual and will be 6,000 again after my first pull? Should I submit a ticket? I'm not sure how else to do this "Allies Across Time" event without those.

Using approx numbers, my faction rep has fed at 1,178,000,00. Romulan at 1,183,000,000, Klingon at 1,190,000,000. Yet my romulan daily spend event is stuck at the 1B cost and payouts while fed and Klingon are both correct for 1.1B. After three days of trying to explain this and intentionally dropping fed rep (it was equal to Klingon) your support has told me the below. Please help them understand the break points, understand that fed being lower and Klingon being higher means all three should be the same daily, and just fix this issue. It's the second time my romulan rewards for my rep has been messed up and I'm so very tired of this.

Then I slotted the krenim exocomp there and asked if I wanted to replace, which I said yes and it removed all 3 even though the other was originally slotted in combat not multipurpose

There is an issue with Exo comps. When rep grinding I use the 3 different tiers of boost and put them in my main and then two wild card slots. Sometimes when I activate an exo in Slot A it will double iteself and go into slot A and B. Then if i try to put a different one in Slot B it will go into B and Delete the one in Slot A.

It's been a long time (months) since I've run into this. It used to be a daily occurrence but seemed like it was generally fixed about a year ago.

I open a system and the background and my ship show but nothing else. No mission planets, no hostiles, no armadas. The Scanning circle is there and will remain until I restart the app. I can back out of the system, try to view the same or other systems, nothing hostile/armada displays. In two days, I've had two tasks disappearing on me after selecting them. The task tile isn't relocated to top left with the green glow, as it should, after being selected. Trying to complete the task previously selected doesn't work. Selecting an other task tells us it will lose your current task attempt. As a free to play, having this happen on the very few 10k-task I can do is so frustrating. There's been at least one other report that I've seen yesterday, on Reddit.

As you can see here, at first glance, the task menu doesn't show any ongoing task. But when trying to select an other one, it tells me I have one ongoing. Which is correct. I should have a 10-k epic task asking me to obtain 500 epic Dominion directives, which I selected just before recording this.

So that's one attempt, 10k points, plus the store credits lost today, and a 4k points tasks yesterday.

I'm also seeing @opaque furnace reported the same issue 2 days ago. So that's not a one off

For examples:
-The 30% Xindi death gun fires around 50% of the time.
-The Feesha skin that unlocks g5 uc/rare ship parts pulls states it has a 30% for rare ship parts. This pull is much lower frequency occurrence than the xindi death gun with the same percentage.

Please fix the percentages and be more truthful/transparent to the player base.

Yep. I had hull breach every round from Lorca. Icheb is not adding the correct amount of Apex barrier as far as I can tell. I have him tier 1, he should be adding 5,500 every shot my ship fires. I tried him with a cube and he only adds about 4,100 or so after each shot in rounds 1, 2 and 3. Round 4, he added a ton of Apex on 1st shot, then the correct 5,500 on the 2nd shot.

Similar to Cyberbeer above, I also have an empty task slot that persists through restarts. According to my alliance mates, that slot is actually a Syndicate XP task. However, the game apparently glitched out when I selected/completed the same task earlier during the tournament, so now I only see a blank slot whenever that task appears. Can't highlight it to start or refresh it. Sent a message to Support but not optimistic that this will be resolved before this run ends

Lagg is awful several alliance tournament tasks aren't scoring. And many players are being tricked by wording. I say make categories like spend, aquire, hunt/defeat. That way less issues. Also make it 100000 refresh and fix officers multiple shards spend. And these collect all's. What's the point if you still have to hit 52 buttons to collect 5 daily chests. And this 0000 timers on recall or 00 on warp that never ends are insanely messing with the game. And extremely glitchy everything is making it unplayable even for the newest device on the market. Fix the game!!!!

The S31 Video started, but the rewards screen kept showing up because I collected the rewards on the website, then it would switch back to the video, but then the tournament payout screen showed up and overrode the video and did not switch back so I could hear the video, but couldn't see it. I tried to restart the game to re-watch it but no go.

Looks like same problem I have. The mission Key Rewards "collect another" does not work, it just spins and spins and spins. have to hit escape for the collection to work, or reboot the game on phone. This has happened on multiple days on Mac Client and on Android .

Did some more experimenting, level 40 interceptors are scoring for the Shattered Wisdom SLB but the battleships are not (unless I die, then I get part of the score). So anyone who is also seeing ships not score in a specific level bracket, try another ship type if you can.

Also, there was another player on a MacBook with the M4 chip and has had the same issues and the complaint I saw from that player was a few months ago. A member of my alliance has a Mac with M1 chip and works for him. My MacBook Pro has the Intel chip. Aside from a poorly designed game that made both my iPhone and MacBook Pro (when it did work) from heating up tremendously... the increased amount of bugs, makes this game no longer enjoyable.

If you are in the Away Teams menu and click on the eye icon on any in-progress assignment, then click on any officer, then click on the "INFO" button, and then the "UPGRADE" button, any method available to return to playing the game causes the interface to unrecoverably bug out, necessitating the game be restarted.

Ok, first of all, thx for sharing a possible cause for the arena issues so openly. I think this is the right way of information policy towards the player base.

So I read the information for arenas and I'm pretty sure that the same issue applies to a number of problems in the game... In short: all problems where ships jump through systems or don't move at all or where ships don't take inputs anymore. I would also assume that the problems with Kir'Shara and/or Borg Cube are of the same nature. Your servers are just incapable of processing/sharing the position information/animation fast enough which is why you get extreme problems i.e. with fast ships/speed crews or also with systems where the hostiles are moving very fast. Especially combined with Hazard-systems or anything that needs more processing power than the usual system because of animations, graphics, etc. In my case my cube just doesn't move in a hazardous Fatu krey system (like in the dds system Quorfit (62)) with Kir'Shara and continuously aborts the hostile queue from the artifact. The Kir'Shara issue also appears in waves, where multiple players fly multiple paths (again lots of processing and client-server communication needed). My cubes impulse isn't even that high, that a impulse limit of 250 would impact it (impulse speed: 203). It's not a huge problem in non-hazard dds systems when I'm alone there. The combination of hazard and fast moving Fatu krey ships issues may sum up to my cube not moving in that systems anymore (also the background animation in those systems may be responsible or sum up with other small things).

So I would be grateful if you could finally fix this artifact - maybe based on a solution for the arenas. It was bugged from the beginning and you should really have come up with a solution after a YEAR (not just deactivating it when it doesn't work again...)! Do something about it. (Not begging here anymore. I've really done enough of this in the past. Just do your jobs!!!)

Odd item... the Leslie + Hugh bundle in the DTI store appears broken. If you click on the buy button (for 180 charged loot) doesn't appear to work. It takes your credits, shows you a purchase confirmation, but you don't actually get any shards. I tried this twice. If you use the view (eye) button, then purchase from that screen it works fine.

I noticed it the other day with Icheb (Freeman / Lorca / Icheb) when used on the Cube. Tier 1 he's not adding 5.5k per shot, he's only adding ~4.1k. The numbers are all messed up.
I have just been looking at a log from my Talios and noticed the Q crew also doesn't add the correct Apex now. Should be 10k apex added per round, it's more like 7500 (same 3/4 issue as with Icheb on the cube?!)
I and others have paid good money for some of these officers, it's REALLY annoying that they don't work as they say they should.
