😂, Ironic that’s what you call this event. After a week I found a solution to the app blocking access to the game. Oh iPhone go to settings - general - storage & offload the app. Wait a few minutes and then reinstall. So far I have to do this at least once a day for the past 3 days but I haven’t had to totally quit yet.

All three factions are at Dignitary, however the faction credit amounts differ on the federation compared to the Klingon and Romulans for the message exchange.

Feds its limited to 1800 while the Rom and Klin is over 4k each.

This issue also extends to FKR Faction Events in Daily Events.

Most likely you have equiped ship that doesn't have enough warp range to used discovered route, while there is other route that allows to go there, but you didn't complete the mission unlocking it. Try to replicate the problem and check if you have red lock icon somewhere

At my Ops (60), I need to beat lvl 62 Krenim IEs. 64s are just way too hard, and 60s don’t provide nearly enough loot that I need for consistent double turn ins, given the slow drip of Directives. But the only system that has lvl62 IEs also spawns 64s. So naturally, all the 62s have been beaten. And eventually all them have been replaced by 64s, which kick my butt, even with all the buffs possible. So now I’m stuck unless a whale comes along and kills enough 64s to eventually respawn a 62 AND I’m lucky enough to see it and grab it before someone else does 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️

This time when I completed that SMS I got a mission that seems to have been the other decision tree of missions I did not pick originally in Pt1. After finishing this there was no accompanying SMS. I fear that this will break the chain for week 3 events.

Well, I think I found out why it takes forever with this update to get past the 'blank screen'- ReadCacheIndex is sucking up TONS of CPU and RSS sitting there doing whatever it's doing. It doesn't pop back up for the rest of the initialization, but the Prime.exe does appear to be jumping around between CPU cores. I wonder if locking it to a single core would improve it or not. Something for me to test.

Reporting Client Bugs that are causing some problems:

1. Ships in a 'stuck' state - Ships showing still in 'warp' when they should have docked or arrived to their location - Current workaround - Restarting the client
2. Client stuck in 'Preparing' state when switching back to main interface. Seeing this also happen when doing Faction/Reward Claims from time to time - Current workaround - restarting the client
3. Client stuck in 'Preparing' state when starting up and it is 'receiving' collected items from Web side (IE: Website collecting of items ) - Current workaround - Restarting the client
4. Ghost Armadas showing up in the Exchange Systems - You see floating Armada indicators in one Exchange system that is related to a different exchange system. This seems to happen when user is switching from one exchange system to another.

The essential thing here is that the client needs to force restart the client to get it to report correctly the state of a ship or when it gets stuck after doing something. This suggests the client has severe issues 'reconnecting' or gets stuck in a weird state that cannot be cleared short of a complete client restart.

There also seems to be some severe memory 'disconnects' when switching from exchange system to another.

If you’ve used a sort, then go back to the game, the next time you return to bookmarks, the last sort you chose is still selected, but the actual sort goes back to default all. To fix it, you have to go to some other sort, then back to the desired sort (if the desired sort is the last one you used).

How am I supposed to make progress on this Wave Defense battle pass when it freezes every time I try and join the wave??! It has no problem taking my cyphers and making my ships purple, but no matter what the game freezes when I try to actually enter the wave defense. This is beyond frustrating, especially since I paid for for this battle pass that I have tried to make progress in every day, and get nothing but a hung up game that forces me to restart, and is useless.

Here’s a weird one. Took out a zero node miner, and you usually have to reset to get the node off zero. But my cargo hold amount started counting up right away…. and so did the node, more or less in sync with cargo. Did a reboot, and it was doing the same thing. Finally reset the miner, and the node went back to full node status, and my cargo hold went to zero. Glad I didn’t sit there and wait for a full load.

I also wonder what other players see. Was I sitting there zero node, a target for any passing player?

Fixing Arenas doesn't just mean fixing Arena-specific bugs. It means fixing all the random desync/stuck in warp bugs, fixing the UI so selecting a different ship too fast after giving a command to another one doesn't deselect both, etc.

All of these things affect the ability to be competitive in arena if they happen to you. And as far as I can tell, none of those long-standing issues have been fixed.

There is a bug on officer abilities that trigger from taking damage(or dealing) on the last shot of the round, which causes the ability will trigger on the start of the next round.

This doesn't really matter except it also changes the order of start of round officer abilities. In the pictures you can see my Defiant's Kim proccing before Quvsompek officers when Vael activated from previous round, which also meant any abilities that require status effects didn't proc. You can see this from the missing repair and lower iso damage. it's actually very easy to reach that 2000 kills. I kill more than 100 ships in any wave defence. if you have your monaveen out, that's about 50 kills/hour, and if you're doing faction rep for the FKR event? you'll hit that in under 2 hours. so much for any more loot for the remaining 22 hours of the day.

When you do a Territory Reset, you should automatically move all player bases from TC systems into nearby Level 1,2,etc. Systems. This is a great opportunity to make all those Planets useable again. G4 stuff should be in the treasury starting ops40, but that is if you have the €99.99 treasury.(check the cost of a desealing rod)

i don't know the exact numbers, but spending a combined €99.99 on anything across the entire lifetime of your account should guarantee you get the €99.99 treasury every time, but before that the cost should be a lot lower to match the lower rewards(€9.99, €24.99)

Still having an issue after mid month patch where every time I collect something in the online store (aka mission keys) and then get back into game when the screen would normal go to the chest payout it just goes to a preparing screen infinite circle of death. So I have to restart every time.
Same issue if I'm, in game and go to collect the alliance rewards (the chests you get from others buying packs). Same hangup on preparing screen and a required reboot.
I know I'm at least getting credit for the mission keys, so not game breaking. Just annoying

Do anyone know if the Polygon group Armada issue has been resolved?

So the bug was that on timer finish the Armada would get destroyed, directives used but no rewards to anyone in the group of players. It would say armada Cancelled , also nothing in Battle log.
On the 11/1/2025 in a group of 7 players we started 7 Polygon armada , speeded each one, but only 4 gave out rewards, recorded on Battle log. But 3 stated that they were cancelled on zero count.
It like the old Armada bug back in the day when you could start Dead armada and you had the scan them first to see if they were not in-fact already destroyed.

We put in tickets but for me this strange I had no response at all .
Seriously is anyone getting any reply to tickets in the last week or 2. ?

I am getting repeated "Winner!" notifications from the Hostile Hunt SMS - this has been happening constantly since yesterday, every few minutes - I must have cleared over 100 notifications. I have tried on two separate Windows PCs and on the Android client - all are experiencing the same issue, and all are running the most recent update. Screenshot here.
