it's an exocomp that gives you extra ship stats for 2 days. check your iso damage & defense for the significantly higher stats, though that's not the only benefit

I still don’t see the value. Without the 2 day exo I can kill a 46 in 3 rounds (with ims exo too). The same hostile same ims exo but without the DTIMAX it’s 6 rounds. Not a whole lotta difference.

If scopely you are trying to entice people to purchase the upgrade I don’t see it. As I said in my survey, not only is this arc confusing and currency heavy but the rewards for investing aren’t that great.

Preparing deadlocks are very annoying recently. Multiple times a day I am restarting both PC and Mobile clients. I see more way more black preparings of death when there is obvious server load issues (i.e. "Request failed timeout" popups or "sorry item was removed from the store" when claiming boxes.) - when under load, it will almost always deadlock when 1. initial boot 2. going into gifts 3. going into event store.

My account has a bug whereby I NEVER receive any transporter patterns in place of maxed officer shards. It is not just a visual glitch (I am aware that is a seperate issue)
Everytime I open the archives bundle, faction recruit chests, any other chest, I do not receive transporter patterns for my maxed officers. My whole game I have never received any. EVER!
As you can imagine at level 50 I have many maxed officers and should be receiving plenty. It’s really impacting my account. It's been reported in this forum once before but it seems nothing has been done.

Emerald Chain level 6 rewards states:

+2 Naga Delvos Shards per day (Rank 1 Max)

Emerald Chain level 11 rewards states:

+2 Naga Delvos Shards per day (Rank 2 Max)

Since I was getting 2 shards per day at Emerald Chain level 6-10, this verbiage leads me to believe that, now that my alliance is level 11+, I should be receiving 4 Naga Delvos Shards per day, yet the daily reward is still 2 shards per day. From my understanding of math, 2 + 2 should equal 4, not 2. Either the description at Emerald Chain level 11 is wrong or shouldn't be there, or we should be getting 4 shards per day. Since the Emerald Chain level 16 reward states:

+4 Naga Delvos Shards per day (Rank 3 Max)

I would expect that we would be receiving 8 shards a day at this level, but given the lack of additional shards at rank 11, I'm guessing we'll only get 4.

Please either fix the drop or clarify the language to correctly reflect what we will be receiving daily - this seems like an easy win for your team!

my borg cube is showing as both active in armada and destroyed, even after restart it did it again. after armada, we won, it sat there like it was fine. then when i hit recall it showed destroyed again, yet warped home. When i clicked on repair for another ship, it changed from destroyed back to some hull health needing repair instead of destroyed. The battle reports show the cube survived each armada, but i didnt wasnt sure since it wasn't showing accurate on the hotbar.

The in game bug reporting is broken. How can a yes/no question not have a no answer?
You get a list of know bugs which is helpful unless you want to report something not on that list.
Once you have selected a response it effectively closes the ticket anyway.

The daily faction hostiles are broken.
I have hit 8 qualifying hostiles (a 62 is off the page) and only 5 have scored. This has been the case every day since I have moved into g6. This is not reducing the grind but stealing peoples time through a bug.
The non-faction task calculates correctly. The faction tasks seem to randomly decide that a hostile did not count for either the number killed or the points tasks. This is not lag as the points never appear.

I can confirm that the script has been turned off, so you're safe to return to whatever system you're normally in. I double checked with a community manager before I moved back, and I can also confirm that my base is back right were it belongs and hasn't moved again since I got the confirmation.

Game lag will sometimes allow the "Request Help" button to still be an "Instant" button instead (consuming latinum). If you are conditioned to click 'Start' immediately followed by "Request Help", this game lag will sometimes cause you to click that help button while it is still the instant. However, the game knows the order in which these buttons were pressed. If "Start" was clicked first, then "instant" doesn't do anything and it should never be registered as an intention to spend latinum. But it does. I accidentally double-clicked the button that should have been "request help", but because game lag had not yet updated the button from "instant", it instead registered as an "instant" request followed by the confirmation and spent the latinum. But the research had already been "started" so although the latinum was consumed, it didn't grant the research. This game state should not be possible.

All of my ships that were in token mining space - pre-loading last night when I went to bed are all HOME. I just ascended last night to 50+ and got my first G5 token - and it's gone! All of my ships are home which means all of the pre-loading/mining is gone. I want my tokens - both G5 and G4 returned - and I want compensation for all the time and mining lost!!! especially given that I won't be able to catch up for Mining Monday competition now.

But we can't tell which is which, because you have them labeled opposite ways in different locations. A script was run for california based IPs in regards to the continued dangers of the wildfires. It moved your stations to level 1 systems, issued a 7 day shield and recalled all ships. If you lost any tokens due to the move, you can contact support to have them refunded.

Old bug with exos. when you run back to back exos of the same stat, it will bug out and fill both slots. You need to run a junk exo in between the one you want to use

I am seeing this alot of late, changing ships, refinery, any menu going back to the system or station view. It will just stay there no matter how long it's left. However you can hear changes like helps.

<@&509690795536941056> when will Kir'shara artifact bugs be fixed? You guys started selling it again it’s been months now and it’s still not fixed entirely. It’s gotten better but sometimes if a ship in a queue is killed by another player it still stalls the queue and requires the player to intervene. Also if the player is switching between two warships and has Kir'shara artifact going for both they almost always have their queues broken. Like you’ve never comped for this broken in-game purchase and now are selling it again. Like what the heck man this is a $99 purchase not some f2p feature.

Yup, seen it sooo many times. Restarting the game usually clears it. When I say restarting, if you're on mobile make sure it's utterly closed by removing it from the open apps list (the three bars) and then reopening it.

That series of events is different for different players. The level 20 event pops up when you reach level 10, once you reach level 20, a level 30 pops up etc.
