it was broken in that some officers added a lot more than they should because conditional abilities were counted as always active, but this was fixed with today's update.

The best crew for freebooter on enterprise is Janeway as captain, Doctor and Torres by side to hit interceptors only. Put Tom Parris and Hugh below deck if you have all those officers. If not, use SNW Pike as captain, SNW Spock and Una by side. Or simply use Pike Moreau Chen for any hostile type below level 51.

They reduced the cooldown from 6 hours to 30 minutes for swapping fleet commanders, that was not "on duty" once they're equipped in a slot, they're always on

Ever since the update I've noticed a strange (albeit small) issue. When the gift chest icon shows that it's ready to redeem (a red square with a number), I'll click it but sometimes nothing happens. Most times I'm needing to click it 2-3 times to get the gift window to come up.

Not at all. I monitor it regularly. It is rock solid and relatively fast. Fast enough for this game and even more intensive ones. With little latency. It is a game bug they are too lazy to fix and like you blame it on users.

Meta events, like the battlepass, often have lagged scoring. If your score doesn't update after waiting a bit and clearing loc/rebooting, then contact CS about it.

Just noticed within the past 10-15 minutes after killing borg probes I am not getting any loot from them, I also have 3 ships sitting in various locations getting attacked by agressive hostiles and not receiving any loot chests at all, restarted the game and no change

2k hostile limit, resets an hour after the daily goal reset. Which is 1 am eastern

Once hit, you receive no reputation, cargo drops, chest drops, or experience for your ships
