I'm older. I remember playing DOOM online back in dial-up days. I've played a LOT of games online...but I can honestly say, I've never seen a single game with so many issues as this one, not one. Its amazing that any other game online is quite playable day to day, but anything from Scopely, its hit or miss if you can do anything. EU/APAC are not affected, it is a network/service provider issue in NA - nothing more or less. It is not -the game- but a provider issue for Scopely to resolve, which is a 3rd party, so they have to fix it for normal service to resume.

I have put slow mode upto 1 minute in here, you can be frustrated but do it in an adult way elsewhere and leave this channel for reporting game bugs, there are still players playing normally who may want to use the channel for its purpose that we want to see.

It’s been 24 hours of the game basically being unplayable, and I can’t login and do my morning pulls (I do it all before I go to work), so my timing with all my stuff is either going to be off when they finally fix it cuz I’m gonna have to do it after work, or I’m going to just miss a day of stuff (including events, research and build queues sitting completed but unable to collect/start new, etc.)… either way, LOTS of compensation is needed. This is ridiculous.

Lost extra building and research slots. Lost all officer presets and now all ships FT has been unslotted from ships. This has been an absolute disaster, appears they have some disgruntled employees. The game has done nothing but spiral out of control the past several months. This was to be the year of quality and it has been everything but. Time for Scopely to do some real soul searching . @undone mauve, it's very possible. Many MMORPG's have the ability to roll back servers in the event of game breaking issues. Asheron's Call had a game breaking bug over 20 years ago that required rolling servers back 72 hours. What happened then was that an extremely valuable item was respawning repeatedly on the landscape allowing players to rapidly accumulate immense amounts of in game currency (it was also a component of high level spells). That one bug led to a series of nerfs that radically altered how some players played the game.

Anyone else having this new issue (Android client) where the game 100% freezes indefinitely anytime the game loses focus? E.g., if I switch out to send a text message, STFC is locked up tight when I switch back to it. Also freezes if a chat bubble appears over the game and I click it. It seems that literally anything that takes focus from STFC now causes the game to freeze, requiring a force close and restart.

Server 114. Last night I had 17.3k of the Monaveen resources needs for parts, doing a comparison so noted it after going to 42 hostile space. Sent to 40 hostile space and this morning saw over 5k of the resource in the Cargo. After the ship died, in the refinery it only showed 4010 of the resource. So lost the 17.3k I had last night and part of the cargo.

Assigning officer presets has been broken for a few weeks now. If the officers are on a ship that is dead, it should just not assign them. Instead, it assigns them anyway and then gives an error when trying to confirm. In these screenshots, Ship B is dead and I am trying to apply a preset to Ship C. I get the Unavailable Officers message as expected, but it assigns them anyway and errors out.

putting armada reinforcement on ships at times decides they are destroyed. repairing them fixes them still in the system. but keeps going back and forth.

It resets at 5 utc, ie. one hour after daily reset.

You get hull fragment items like with the Stella so go to your refinery or wherever you get the frank a blueprints from and go redeem the stuff from there keep in mind the frank had to be t9 lvl 41 at minimum to give you the full ship

Don't know if this is a known issue or not, I blow up with a certain amount of 5* Temporal Disruptor parts but then my artifact exchange shows me with about 2k fewer than what I blew up with.

Bonus on collection causes gets factored into the timer when you can drain a node vs when you cannot.

The 1M unmined node is next to the one I'm on. If you do the math with my total bonus of 11% you can see the current node is "mining" the bonus amount along with what's left on the node. However, if I take a miner that cannot drain a (second set using 150k), the timer naturally never changes to even reflect the bonus amount (after all it cannot since it will max cargo). However, for both cases, you only get the bonus amount as promised on collection or once you pass the node's size while mining.

Can we please fix the timers so they don't try and account for the bonus collection at all. Because if our miners show the extra time to "mine" the bonus it ends up on the nodes longer than it really should be, negating the On Collection part of the description. I'd rather know the miner will be done with that 1M node in 21min 53s, then when I refresh I get my bonus, vs having the bonus be "mined."

The other thing is if the timer cannot be fixed, then can we either be allowed to go over cargo limit by the bonus amount and only the bonus amount, or at least have the second case fixed where the bonus is factored into the time left to shorten the timer(just take the cargo left and divide that by the bonus vs multipling what's left on the node by the bonus). Nothing more irritating to have the miner on a node longer than it needs to be "mining" when in truth it's getting nothing because the bonus collection will max cargo

You are either looking at the wrong screen, or you have posted the wrong screen. It clearly says "Klingon: Hunt the Romulans!" there, and "Romulan Ships" 3 times.

So of course nothing changes in this screen if you destroy Klingon ships instead (the change should be in the Federation screen instead where it says "Federation: Hunt the Klingons!").

The glitches are beyond the pale. During territory take overs and defenses ships getting stuck in warp and not being able to repair not to mention the glitches during waves. Can’t target ships and when you do your ship then does not attack the targeted enemy. Seriously, when are you guys going to get the proper people to implement your patches and upgrades. Pike's CM worked in your SS as expected. The rest of the OAs are conditional on combat with a hostile. Yellow targets are not hostiles (red). A BDA that's not conditional on combat is always active and will affect the ship stats when viewed in the status screens.

Moreau, for example, is conditional on combat with a red hostile, this isn't one so she will not activate.
