I was getting stuck on the black screen with the game name, so I uninstalled in order to reinstall. I use a Fire tablet and the game app is not on the Amazon app store, I got the message saying it doesn't match any results.

This is the result of regularly piling on broken updates to an unstable platform without ever addressing the underlying issues. Despite user requests to repair the game, Scopely has always been more concerned with cash flow, hence the constant release of crappy new elements to the game. Seriously when you send screen shots proving you had it and they STILL ask for payment proof when they are aware of the issue happening to multipule people?! 1 - Battle Pass points for 1 day
2 - Symbol received from daily missions for 1 day
3 - Shield symbol for 3 days

You know they can change providers better yet they could have redundant databases replicated across regions and cloud providers. The point is we’ve heard the redis server excuses time and time again and they keep the status quo instead of making their infrastructure redundant. They also ignore the countless stack traces from app crashes on iOS and Android look at your logs it’s the same errors now going back years. They literally are incompetent when it comes to software and infrastructure.

Seriously, it's getting to the point that to get scopely to do anything about bugs I'd need to keep screenshots of every completed event. Dispite completing every bp event during the month I ended up 7k short. They claim that "I didn't participate in the lost and hirogen" event that ran July 3-10...so they are claiming that the event for the 9th lasted a week, and that it was only for 7k not 15k points like the events tab says. And then that my point totals for the first two weeks of the event matched perfectly what they said was possible? Really? Between two extended "lag" events making game unplayable in less than a month and this I'm done. Unless the comp is amazing I've had it with the bs of this game and their constantly gaslighted support.
