Wonderful a website bug said my card couldn’t be charged. The charge did go through didn’t get my mirror data elite unlock so not only do I lose out on this event and the items I would have got for unlocking mirror data but also I’d now have to wait days for customer support to get back to me.

I think I figured out the glitch. I was grinding with the Monaveen but switching back to the Voyager to mine some, hoping for a rare to spawn when the game lag and sent my Voyager to grind the Texas ships.

Would be great if you all could stop this from happening. When I click the button to see Events I get stuck on this screen all the time. It has been happening for months now and happens multiple times while playing the game. I have to close it out all the way and restart the game. Your in game bug reporting is one of the worst I've ever seen. First for the majority of bugs you won't even take reports...huh I wonder why the game is so buggy...oh wait no I don't. Second if you actually get to talk to someone it immediately becomes clear that they keep longs for absolutely nothing the player does but won't do a dam thing unless the player has a screen recording showing the issue, which by the way can't be longer than about 30 seconds or its too big to upload. Third if you do try to provide screen recording for bugs they will close the conversation if you send more than one. Many of the players WANT to help you resolve the bugs but when you react hostilely/ defensively, we are more likely to stop playing than to continue reporting bugs so you can try to actually fix them.

There is a 2k daily hostile kill limit, after which you stop earning rep/lootboxes/cargo/xp. It resets at 5 utc, ie. one hour after daily reset.

Probably hit the 100 round limit in combat. When you do, the game selects the winner based on hhp. Only winners get loot. The target disappearing is unusual, but it can happen if it's near a spawn node and your timing is just unlucky.

Will I ever be able to select another enemy for queueing in the kirshara without clicking 5 times to select it? Will the attack/queue window ever not disappear on its own because my ship just finished/started a previously queued attack? Who had the bright idea of clearing all attack windows whenever the ship does something? It also seems like the more in the queue the more clicking is required to select the next one, it gets dumber...

The record is 5 clicks (each acknowledge by camera jumping to attempted ship selection or swoosh sound from game) that did nothing... sixth click made the same sound and camera movement as 1-5 but then shows the dialog, just in time for the first queued attack to start off and close the dialog I just worked so hard for.... this is so stupid

FYI Scopley. The glitches are starting to ramp up. Superimposed screens, Game freezes. Game shuts down without any warning, Armadas are totally glitched after the first on or two, Recalling ships can be a real test at times, Selecting mines can be a real test at times. I realize that these are programing interactions that are unintended but many of these have been going on for years now. And now we are seeing many new issues instead of less as your representatives promised wouldn't happen at years beginning. Its truly time to make good your word of quality over quantity.

Waves are also still messed, up. They end you are left looking at the wave system screen, no credit for the wave, ship destroyed is still destroyed, but ship that is even a sliver of life left is docked and full hull at end as if never used. Despite all frustrations with the game gotta report a positive feedback about the customer service:
I just experienced the “warp stuck” bug in mirror universe for the first time. I instantly opened a ticket and it was solved 13 minutes later (so before the 20 mins timer even run out).
Ship was reset back to base and I got refunded the voucher and the rift tokens.
Honestly I assumed I had to wait until tomorrow (if lucky at all…). So felt to share something good eventually…fairness where fairness belongs.

I am having problems with several Klingon systems not registering the appropriate Warp distance. Therefore, I cannot send my Enterprise to those systems even when I have the appropriate warp ranges. When playing on PC and repeating a multi-chest purchase, e.g. for premium recruits or faction recruits , I always run into a time-out.
E.g. purchase 6 chests, you get the result and are offered 6 chests (again) and done buttons. If I click on 6 chests, I get the timeout. If I click on done, then click on 6 chests again, no lag.

Next level up is too high for me and I want to do Field Training but kinda need the non Sentry type to do it. They used to spawn but now the systems seem to be broken. Autogrinding often stops with Sentrys frozen hovering over ships and no normal hostiles to attack. Getting frustrating 😑.

Still receiving Push Notifications when turned off within in-game settings.

Currently on the iOS version I am still receiving Push Notifications for Armada’s (presumably solo armadas from others) while the notification settings in game are turned off.

I have set them to on, restarted the game, set back to off as well as attempted to reinstall the game. No luck.

Also, notifications are not a new thing for applications. Just as many others have asked for, add notification options! (Armadas, Events, Peace Shield, Attacks, Etc…)

I'd like to report several issues with server 27. First, ever since the update there's been massive spikes in lag that hasn't gone away. Second, I attached a screenshot so you can see an example of it you try to scroll to the end on any of tabs such as gifts or the refinery. When you try to scroll to the end it never fully shows the last option. You have to force it to see if there's a red circle with a number on it. Third, when you try to claim something, you get the spinning circle and the game freezes.

The pc client has an outdated event, and you'll need to clear localization to see the current version. You don't need to do this to get the correct pts though, the server handles all of that correctly.

Yes, I can see that clearly. For the same ship with same crew like you have there these hostiles difficulties should be opposite than what it’s there. The higher power and level should be “normal” and the lower power/level very easy.

Since the last pc client update, when you reach the furthest right part of the selection, the option to the furthest right is no longer fully visible but the UI chooses to show the more of the middle of the selection. When I try to scroll further to the right, it partially scrolls back, hiding the red pip part of the furthest right option.

Surely not. I have not so many time and it is also not fun to follow standard correction procedures like re-install the game all the time, reset local cache, switching wireless to mobile connection, restart the game and so on, to find out what helps at the end.
It's just inform Scopely (and you) about it.
It's nothing to complain all the time about the game by myself.
I only want to play and enjoy the game in my spare time and not to hunt the bugs and find the best way to "correct" these by myself.

I'm back on PC with the new update. The issue started with the new arc, not necessarily the last update,... when the arc actually started. This is recurrent but not frequent. I have missed complete arcs in the past under the same circumstances. Letting you know with the smallest of hope this info will help prevent issues in the future.

Is there any proven workaround for the Spatial Rift avatar frame bug?

Others have also reported this but for clarity: The slot for it is there in the configuration, but displays a different random frame. The image file is missing from the entire configuration screen, enabled and locked frames. If I select it and save the settings, my entire avatar becomes a blank spinner. This is sad bc it’s my fave frame. Anyway, when I reported this to support, I received a message that I won’t receive a response and the ticket was closed. So until there’s a fix, is there any proven workaround?

Under Alliance Inventory, when I click on the details icon: The member contributions listing shows players that haven't been in our alliance for a long period of time.

I think the Contribution Leaderboard is not connected to the current alliance roster. Can this be corrected?

In the bottom corner where it normally says "preparing" for a moment before loading the system up, it changes from "preparing" to "downloading 0.00MB" and just sits there, spinning.it doesn't happen on my phone, but on my computer it started yesterday.

I've tried "Repairing", "Uninstalling", and even completely removing and redownloading the game. But it still happens... It's really getting to the point where I can't play on my computer, because I don't know what systems will do this, and some systems (it occurs every time I try to load Maclyyn) I can't access at all.

Edit: I just cleared the "Localization" and that seems to have solved it for now, but it just worked once, so I'll keep you updated. There's no telling if I just got lucky loading this system or not...

Second pic I was going to change things when I seen my repaired ship showing battle damage when it was already completely repaired. There’s a discrepancy in the rep/credit bonus from faction dailies awarded by syndicate level for 61+. Under 61, it caps out at 4x. Over 61, it seems to revert to 2.25x. Verified in tooltip and in in-game testing. This seems like a recent change?

Hello Scopely. Lately game app on ios has been more stable. Thanks. Its not perfect but has improved. One annoyance is when swapping ship and then trying to crew. The 4th gun is 100% chance to crit, you need to increase your stats to survive that and get past.

The 5th gun is 30% chance of firing a death ray, it's purely luck based.

The 4th gun always fires, and will always crit. The damage range it deals is determinate, and known before you even try. If the 4th gun is killing you, then it is a matter of stats. If you have more hhp than that gun deals, then you will move on. Fail on that requirement, and you go home before the 5th gun will roll.

The 5th gun is only luck based. If you fail on that 30% chance to fire, then you'll lose. Stats won't save you here, nothing will.

Mission "Terra Rising, Part 6": When selecting "Locate", I got the error message "Trying to despawn ship in system that isn't home system."

It should be "Empress Kira" instead of "Empress Nerys". Kira is her last/family name. (It also was Major/Commander Kira before.)

The problem appears to occur whenever a Mission target lies in an unexplored system in the Mirror Universe as the same happened with Mirror Wolf in "Terra Rising, Part 7". Note: I am at Level 37.

They say a ship would always take the fastest route, not the shortest one.

Mission "Terra Rising, Part 7": The hostiles in the system of the first trial, Mirror Alpha Centauri, are Level 40 (strength 5.2M and above), but the mission requires only 4 hostiles of "Level 34 and higher" to be destroyed. Hostiles lower than 40 can only be found in the adjacent systems. This does not make sense.

If your ship has at least warp 61, I think it should take the direct route. Warp range is not a property of a system, it is a property of the path you’re taking. The slower roundabout route uses a lower warp path.

I have had several times where my messages didn't get received by the other person even though they didn't disappear on my end. And there's messages that seem to disappear on both ends. Sometimes people have sent me a message and I didn't get a red indicator to let me know. I go to say something to them and there's something from them from a few days before that I'm just seeing.
Also, why have a spam filter? It doesn't help when you are trying to be sure that everyone in your alliance is aware of something, not everyone looks at ac and sometimes ac is very busy and you can't keep important info visible.

I play with 50 Mbit at the end of the line. And mostly it is good enough also if some others in our flat are looking movies and have videocalls at the same time. Maybe there is something wrong with the operating system or the installation. Maybe some or a lot of packets get lost through some firewalls, pihole filters or other issues. Nobody knows that. If it's the server from scopely than it's always your fault. There are so many bugs and connection issues out there - the gamer must think that Scop will never tell the truth or investigate it on their own hardware. Maybe some servers are overcrowded all the time or have problems at that time if a lot of gamers are online at the same time. On our server, we often have lags every sunday after evening event reset. We could bet with it. Maybe they rented the server and have the same problem and can't solve it. The moderators in this are always trying to hold the flag. But we got really less responses from Scop itself. That's a pity. 🍻🖖

I think there was a connectivity problem aswell as I couldn't start an away team either.

if someone from scopely could look into this issue where you go to raid a base and you get there and nothing your ship just sits there like someone got a shield up a split sec before you hit.... if we can not raid a base we can not prep for incursion and the incursion event might need to be called off depending on how bad this bug is
