97 here also, haven't been able to login to my account in the game for almost 3 hours now. I'm not happy that I was doing events, reloaded the game for lag and then I'm launching in as if I'm a new player.

It looks like a primary authentication issue… forcing new local accounts rather than the app using the api and down loading current game state for the user. If Authentication doesn’t work, nothing else does..

it's a bit weird, while im locked out, with the ops1 issue - i know they "can" roll back the server - why, the whole game wasn't put in maintenance mode, is a bit weird, since - a) people are earning things that survived, and the new players logging in are making new or possibly merging accounts, which will be more work later on. but i dont know the dynamics, the fact I made a purchase earlier today that never showed up, prior to this is a bit scary, but i have the reciept so... not totally worried

They are, yes. I've seen reports that some accounts were already repaired.
I'd try closing the game, logging out of google/apple, logging back in, and reopening the game.
I expect my game progress is either ALL gone or if it ever comes back all of my ships will be dead and or my base to be completely empty. S 80 xj696... and if so I will do nothing but put up the screen shots and comments all over social media of a game that I truly thought was really something, how far Id gone, that I was spending a little but stopped when the crashes and garbage starting occurring daily (I changed to f2p style), how mining ships (got a great set of videos captured on my cellphone) are just being killed without ability to do anything about it yet all of the payment options ALL work perfectly. Scopley, you brought into existence something I believed would be enjoyable and willling to pay for and killed that belief with the bizarre expectation Id pay again after having to start all over again. Yes, I am not happy.

Ops 9, no option to transfer, and customer support went from saying he should see it if he’s below ops 12 to its not available to him, they don’t know if it will ever be available to him, and they can’t tell him anything else about it. 🫠

Your HF settings might have been switched off. I'd check them in the General section of Settings.
Was attacking a station then wasn't able to attack any more. Station shield was not even up. Several other players were not able to attack either, even after restarting and clearing localization. This is unacceptable.
Should players be having to do the work to fix the issues? Get that you’re trying to help but the best thing at the mo would be for scopely to fix it and then release a statement acknowledging that current performance is completely unacceptable and what they are going to do about it to sort the servers both short and long term

I had been reset to the beginning and I'm on Server 97. When I learned it was working, I started the app, went to settings, logged into scopely and chose "NO" on the game settings question. I'm back, but there were a bunch of officers (all of em) saying "new" that I had to cycle through to quit getting them to alert. Other than that, I'm back where I was this morning before the glitch.

I’ve upgraded my borg cube to level 6 and now it takes forever to recharge the beam. Ship levels I took out in 1 shot two days ago now take 5 or more shots today. I’m not sure if something was changed in the programming; however, the ship seems weaker after leveling it up…strange.

Best bet is to hit swarms. T1, I was able to charge with 22 swarms - now at T2, I need 26 to charge. But the beams can take out 30's now instead of 28's.
Trick is finding higher than 29 close to a swarm.
And, crewing for protected cargo...lol
Is there a reason why a T5 Cube with lvl 2 Charge Optimization can get a full charge from a lvl30 Swarm, but a T3 Cube with lvl 3 Charge Optimization needs to kill 2?
What the hell? I fly to a system and when the ship seems to arrive I get peek_game_world_error_7 and boom, it's actually back in dock.
And before you say oh, it never left - nope, it was on its way, I even interrupted it to see where it stopped and then continued. Suddenly after a short time it was back home, undamaged.
And yes, I cleared "localization" which does such a righteous job of deleting messages and doing nothing else visibly useful to help the actual problem..

🔹 Close the game, log out of google/apple, log back into google/apple, and reopen the game.
🔹 Finish the tutorial, then try the log in functions under General Settings inside your profile.

great way to dismiss folks.. you lowered the points for folks to make it. But for ys that had more then just issues with the last scoring.. we were dismissed. Never even gave us the missing 2500 points, just said we'll if you did them all you finished, cause we lowered the points. Thst didn't help anyone but the last bracket. Further more, I did do them all the events and yet was 15k short. I got dismissed. Thx for the dismissal. We couldn't possibly be telling the truth.. smh.. better service st the drive thru.. only a 50/50 chance of getting hosed there.

I’m sitting 6k points short still on my battle pass overflow and yes all BP events were completed by me this entire arc has been so glitchy and buggy I really hope scopely fix the overflow on mine and everyone else’s battle pass. I understand glitches/bugs can happen but after playing for hours and hours every single day it would be disheartening just to be dismissed and ignored by support.
35% less online time iOS tells me, game allowance this month to WOT the bank statement says. Freezes, crashes, lag….all is fine here at STFC

You can use email if the bot doesn't work for you.
The month only had exactly enough pts to finish the overflow. To be missing 1.5k pts means you were not credited for one of the earlier MS from a day's event. It can only happen due to a bug.
I have sent an email. It only had enough once they lowered it yesterday. I suspect yesterday's 1.5k milestone wasn't credited, as you also noted. Hopefully they can help me. Very frustrating to complete everything all month, and then be blocked by a bug.

You should not expect any non-CS action toward this issue. If you were not credited for your efforts, then contact CS.

No hostiles re-spawns in Augment Systems, only bounty hunters for all the auto grinding ships

How do you even get to this selection? I'm asked for my e-mail and ID and then I get the message we'll get back to you in the next 24 hours (which never happens).
I just followed the bots steps that it presented to me. Not much use, as this is the 2nd time the bot has disregarded me. The generations trivia was the 1st time. No reply, and nothing done to resolve the issue for me. Which others encountered too, I believe.

Between 2019 and 2021, I raided for hours even during night shifts, and kept the game running in the background on my phone for hours. Now 4 years later after many updates and new contests and bug fixes I can do 💩 during any break without lag!!!! 😡😡😡

I haven't had any additional communication but wanted to let you know support are not really being helpful without needing to be chased...
Support confirmed that I completed all events. But has not (as of yet) adjusted my scored points. So still 6000 missing (and the 360 broken desealing rods as well).
Atleast I’m not alone with 6,000 points missing makes me hopeful we will get sorted out fairly 🙏 nothing from my ticket to support from yesterday though still.
I urge you to send a message to scopely, I addressed both our issues, but they basically told me it's a per case thing. They will not solve this by bumping down the max score another 6k:

My point discrepancy ticket had a canned response and was just closed with no option to respond back so another ticket opened, the sheer level of incompetence is unbelievable do they not actually read the tickets players submit
CS just responded to me about my missing points. They did not bother to read the issue and gave me a stock answer about lowering the milestones and closed the ticket. Had to start over. What is the point?

Lots of us with points that have bugged 6,000 short after doing all previous events nothing from support or anyone of any help. This is obviously quite widespread for this run of the battle pass overflow easy fix would be just to award everyone the final milestone and fix the bloody bugs and glitches so it doesn’t keep happening.

If you had missed part of an event, the difference would be bigger. Final milestone always is between 5000 and 7500 points. It's a bug, probably occured during the start of the battlepass or the maintenance+update bugfest event. Server not updating your total score.

I got the same standard reply for my missing BP overflow 6,000 points. I’m not happy with their answer so I’ve re-raised it. I think we should keep at them until they sort it out, it’s a disgrace!
All you need is one missing 'are you sure' dialog... and one slip of the finger.

Perhaps they were 6,000 points over on the Delete Server procedure?
It's most likely that the day the game was unplayable after maintenance, some triggers in code (event driven services) timed out and did not execute. Servers were going haywire. So most probable cause is webservices not processing updates from gameclients when finishing an event milestone.
Too bad i forgot to screen basebuiling events, i missed points there too, same issue.

I opened a ticket about the voyager systems being broken with dead 8472 days ago. I’ve mentioned it several times on discord. WHAT IS THE STATUS OF FIXING 8472 summoning? This is costing me more summoning material because I have to find systems that do work which result in less exotic bio toxins per summon than before you broke systems like Asil-a.

Just a player update regarding the missing BP overflow points. I was contacted just now by a member of customer service that verified my scoring on the event and granted me the missing rewards.
Was this Ops requirement intended? Both the research nodes to the left and right require Ops 34, but that one is Ops 37?

i was thinking mines done.....then i remembered 2hrs before build the borg event finished at event reset i bought the £20 points pack to unlock the cube 2 hrs earlier to get the rewards to tier it up.

Whenever I buy something from the faction store I get this
bug when trying to buy more of a time limited item via the new "repeat buy" button. it just sits there and spins until a timeout error occurs. 😦
You guys should really add logic in there so that it looks to see if its a time limited item and add that to the logic that displays that button and or greys it out. 😦
p.s. theres an interim message that I didnt screen shot that says the item was removed from the store.... but the end result is the same... it sits there spinning and wont let you leave this window until it times out.

If they've already checked your score on the 13th and found no issues, then that is resolved. I doubt another ticket would change anything.

It would be a mistake to conflate issues others face with your own. It's not a widespread issue, and each person's account is checked on an individual basis.

You may continue to file tickets with CS if you wish, but you asked what I thought you should do. I get that it's not the answer you want, but it is truthful based on the information you've provided. Your score has already been looked at, others have not had that step taken yet. They should get a look, but your answer will probably not change no matter the number of tickets you file.

Most of the issues reported by players in the last couple days are due to the problem with the last day’s event. They’re people who had the right score up to the last day, and during the fixing of the overflow milestone, one milestone of the last day event appears to have gotten dropped from their score.

As swimming suggested, a person missing 1500 pts on the last day is absolutely affected by a bug. I have no reason to believe you were affected by a bug right now, and only CS can determine if you were.
1500 pts is an early ms, something you cannot miss if you've finished all the events.
8000 pts is a final ms, something that can very easily be missed if you didn't finish one.
Uninstalled the ap on my iPhone then reinstalled from Apple App Store and it seems to have my account info. Only the PC version is not working for me.

For a game that ppl spend as much as they do on to have nothing but constant issues mabye they need new coders cus the issues the pass 2 days of players being booted from their account and their account no longer even being linked to their scopley ID is ridiculous 😒 🙄

Same issue as many others here. I haven't missed an event but ended 3k short. With the amount of players affected I would hope that scopely is proactive in addressing this but I will send a ticket anyway.
There is a 2k daily hostile kill limit, after which you stop earning rep/lootboxes/cargo/xp. It resets at 5 utc, ie. one hour after daily reset.

I can show you what I initially wrote, but in essence: I remained polite, explained that I was missing 6000 after they lowered the final milestone, and had finished every event. After that I asked them if they could possibly grant me either the rewards or the missing points. Also expressed that I understand they were very bisy. They came back to me a final time after event reset and added the rewards to my account .
I don't know if it matters, but I am a moderate spender (200-400 p/month). In all honesty, I don't think it does. What mostly matters is trying to stay polite (because they are humans too, deserve that and ARE trying to fix things for us),

I suspect they silently changed other things... For instance I got Spock fleet commander through daily building chest for free. But it seems there are no longer fleet commander shards in that chest. Many players are a few shards short and stuck, and of course, no sourcing

There is nothing more satisfying than getting to know you have upgraded past yourself own self to be able to do something about because you’re restricted 🚫 by material things you don’t have yet 5* Rare Gas and 5* Explorer parts in game or through purchases in Scopely

Who else was short changed by Scopely for the battlepass overflow event? (So many people were coming up just short so missing out on two rungs because $copely botched the update up and lost the progress points - This even after submitting a ticket). Half my alliance got this fixed immediately, and the other half have been denied. All of this seems arbitrary, doesn’t it? Where’s the consistency?

With the update released 27-11-23 for iOS, the ship icons (on the bar) blank out on start up and otherwise get messed up if you have a borg cube as one of your crewed ships.
I've opened another ticket about it and will keep doing so until I see results

Charge percentage is base of hull damage you do.
So... you hit ships with a lot of hull and little shield. then you use the beam on ships with a lot of shield and little hull. Now you go and check how much shield swarm hostiles have 😉
I was killing one LV 35 swarm to get a full charge now I'm having to kill 5 to get a full charge and I'm 3.5m stronger
I'm killing 2 LV 37 swarm now so I'm not too bothered, it just doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me
Yup, the system forces you to go up in hostile level to charge against pretty fast. My cube is T7 and charge optimization is 4/20. I takes me 3 L50 jem'hadar battleships to charge it up so I can kill 1 49 jem'hadar explorer.
Jem'hadar seems a decent combination of these two grinds btw. Gets you both antimatter and borg stuff.

Ships stopped working. You can move them around but you can't start mining with them, dock them, attack hostiles with them etc

I send out a ship and before it gets to the system it disappears. Restart the game and I find it back at dock. Scopley you did a great job on the latest update.
This happens on all servers from what it looks like atm
They did the exact job they were told to do by their management get the arc out. Arc deployment is priority 1 through 10. Everything else is priority 99. They don't fund for quality they fund for getting the arc out on time.
It’s happened before so they should be able to fix it but you never know with them. Hopefully some good compensation this time.
They'll tell you to put some tape over the bottom of your screen and that'll fix it so you don't see it.
Oh. No ships showing at the bottom of the screen is a different issue I can live with.

Hello, I have a problem that the Stella from the renegade shop is gone and I can no longer buy it
Heres a bug for you. I play mostly on an Iphone. For the last week, it has been super laggy, the game crashes every 2 to 3 mins. Game freezes up, ships don't respond. Sometimes I get an error that pops up and says its my internet connection (nice deflection there by the way Scopley) and today all events are "Retreiving". Just in case no one has told you all yet, the game is not running smoothly.
Maybe someone can help me. I lost Control of my ship and geht No Feedback from the Support after 48h.
Can you give me an idea of what kind of IPhone? I am experiencing similar things on my Android. And think it might be related to available RAM... Got a A32 which isn't exactly a powerhog.

Neelix doesn't give cost reduction at all, he gives a boost to cost efficiency.
Improving efficiency leads to a cost reduction, but it's not 1:1.
NEVER look for the problem on your side. Just blame Scopely and all good.
The formula to use is:
costFinal = costBase/(1+sum of efficiencies)

I don't know if anyone else is in the same boat, but I bough the Battle Pass and didn't receive any Borg Cube shards. Raised a ticket with support and after about a week I recceived the reply that I was at Ops26 when the Battle Pass started so the Cube shards weren't included in the rewards. WHen I bought the pass I was at Ops28 but that doesn't matter since I had to be at Ops28 at the beginning of the Battle Pass according to Scopely...
After todays update this happened, can’t see ships that are docked.
It doesn't matter what ops you were when you bought it, what matters is what ops you were when the event started, up to like 2-3 days prior to the arc starting. The rewards are locked in then, and do not scale as you ops up.
If you deselect the borg cube and replace with any other ship. It helped some but doesn’t fix the problem i was able to see my ships again. Put cube back in the dock & ships disappeared again.

The Borg Cutting Beam (CB) is dealing 0 damage to a player ship. I don't know if it's just because it's a Sarco or if its Kras making things weird.

Using the relentless assault causes the ship to go destroyed mode even though it's alive. Verified on valdore and bortas. Both damaged before relentless assault.

10x10=100
so it makes sense that it deals 0 damage, as it's reduced by 100%.

There is no widespread issue regarding bp overflow points, and you shouldn't expect any announcement. If you were affected, then contact CS and they'll look over your pts.

Screenshot after restarting game. If I change ship in a dock, the display fills in … but then if I swap and ships after that, the old ship still shows in the dock even though the newly swapped in ship is actually there

I have heard many people are having the same issue I’m having. The overflow event isn’t working at all. I sent Scopley a message 3 days ago and so far no reply. I sent them showing I did every event and where my overflow stopped at. I will say I’m done spending money on these dumb dumbs tile they get this $€|¥ fixed. Why should I give them money when they can’t fix issues plus never respond to a post I sent them in the game.

After updating the OS, I'd do a fresh install of the game: uninstall it, download a new copy from the website/store, and install that.

Well that’s it until reset, killing in rogue space. Every 2nd ship clicked caused a CRASH. Killed 37, do the maths. Then clicked on territory to attack there, how dare I, was punished by a CRASH. Bubble up, off to enjoy uninterrupted play at world of tanks

Don't know if was supposed to be an "improvement" that just utterly fails to be one, or if it's a bug, but the shrinking of the list of ship details when an upgrade is selected and then having to scroll back through to find what you want is annoying as all get out. Did you go via the bot, and give single word answers to it, or another route?
If you can try opening a new one via the bot in game or on the website chat agent... single word answers to the questions about player ID, dock, etc that the rudimentary chat bot can understand - any sentences push you past its capability to do quickly and you have to wait (around a week) for a response

I bought 2nd FC slot for $99.99 and unlocked, but then few weeks later upgraded command center to lvl 40 but did not get any way to open the 3rd slot. Scopely is asking for a receipt, but there is no way to figure out what was purchased from the Xsolla receipts. They all say something like 99999 pack. Just a really frustrating experience dealing with support and them not being able to easily and quickly identify who did and who didn't purchase a pack.
s172 also showing 'Nobody has scored in this event yet' for CoW although clearly people have as we are 5th. Getting the network errors as well.
Is the elite fleet commander slot, ie 3rd slot unlock, still buyable? I can’t remember if a 2nd slot has always been buyable or was only via level 40.

There should be a code string with each receipt. Scopely will know which is which so all you can do is provide each receipt as a ss to support and have them figure it out for you.
Also, stop spending on a 💩 game.
There are couple dozen receipts there, I guess I could try dumping the whole 9 yards for them to look thru. What a pain in the ****.

Please fix the alliance announcements - I can't change the current message any more. And I tried it with stuff as simple as "test" to make sure the word filter wouldn't trigger. Also if a message gets rejected for that reason, a toast showing that the message was rejected because a bad word was detected would be nice

Sounds like you purchased a 2nd slot, you don’t get a 3rd without buying it. The 2nd slot at 40 isn’t extra, it’s a 2nd slot you can buy early or wait for for free
Actually it is an extra slot, not just 2nd, meaning it is really 3rd, since 2nd is available with building upgrade.

I had 1 mission that had them. Its in Kronos, I think. Do it, then tell them you have completed all missions per their web site.. the one that shows what rewards you get for what mission.. tell them it's a known bug and please either tell you what mission job has them or like they have done fir everyone else, award you the other data pads. I had to go through I think 3 or 4 different support techs before I got one that looked it up or read what I wrote. Maybe both..lol

When you use the Claim All button on the Loyalty Gift Chests, you do not always get credit in the daily goals for the 4 hour chest. Also, that 4 hour daily goal task does not always appear during the daily goal reset until hours later.

iOS 17 and STFC are combining to produce a perfect storm of sorts. iOS 17 wifi is bugged (not to mention poor battery performance) and STFC performs poorly when the internet connection is bad (so it's a double-whammy).
Is there a reason why armada based Forbidden Tech rarely activates during an armada battle?
If you hit a mining node that is 0 with a cutting beam, the node is unusable afterward.

Anyone else missing battlepass points that were completed and then when faced with a screenshot of the completed event (it's been going on that long) Scopley "Customer Support" say the points were allocated to an "alternative account"? I only have one account - that's bad enough...
PC version has problems. COLLECT/DONE button does not work. Sometimes not possible to navighate between screens. Cannot Alt Tab to other apps. Only solution is kill STFC through Task manager
There seems to be a bug with the data retrieval associated with individual members. Any leaderboard where you can normally check individual contributions, for example CoW ALB/ALM, alliance contributions and indeed any ALB looks to be broken. I have had this bug verified on IOS, Android, PC and accross all servers.

Be nice to get some official confirmation from eco or whoever is a mod here about this, so we know it is on their radar. So far not heard any acknowledgement of it and its been reported many times over last few days.
This is a 100% repeatable bug by 100% of the population so its definitely not an intermittent issue suffered by a few, its impacting everyone
Hull bar for borg cube is inaccurate. Not only does it seem to drain too fast but been killing eclipse hostiles whilst showing no hull for quite some time
Perhaps they don't have individuals anymore, would explain why my bp points are sometimes being allocated to an "alternative account" (ie. another player) - and some of my legacy reel data looks like it came from that account
Sunday 26th November first ticket submitted regarding points on battle pass overflow being glitched for me.
Got a stock response around 24 hours later stating adjustments were made lowering last milestone and ticket was closed without I’m assuming reading my ticket explaining my points for the overflow glitched and not counting properly for me despite having completed all battle pass events.
Second ticket opened explaining all this again opened on Monday 27th fast forward to today and I still haven’t had a response to this second ticket to address my missing final milestone reward.

I missed out on Voyager bp a few months ago because I scopley said I didn't complete all the events. I thought I did, but no screenshots = no help.
This month, they say I didn't complete, I sent screenshots and STILL say I didn't complete and that I was using another account. (I don't have another account)
They have some MASSIVE issues that they're not dealing with
One message from support every few days isn't going to solve anything any time soon. (And once events are over they can't fix them...)
Tbh support can easily confirm I’ve done all the events each day and they can gift the missing rewards I know this because they’ve done it in the past the problem I’m having is the first ticket was just closed without reading it and the second ticket is still sat unresolved I just need someone from support to read my ticket and assist me
Several players within my community are experiencing the following error when trying to transfer servers (level 12 or below transfer)
tickets are not being responded so & I'm currently running a time sensitive campaign.

My wife has the same issue. IOS and Android. 😭 She is lvl 5 and used Settings/Universe Transfer.
I know there are transfers for incursion and only one 12 or below transfer double check you are using the right one although I’m sure you already have but don’t hurt to ask

So Data and E.Data both have the Android trait - except it’s a 3rd trait for Data and a 2nd trait for (rare) E.Data. Anyone know if this is a mistake or intentional? It’s a cheap way to get the Android trait to 4, but you’d be capped there …

Can't help you get unstuck, but if you wanted to know where you are, it used to be displayed in tiny grey text at the bottom when you load the game without Internet. I think it still does, but I've not tried in a while

Anyone else having issues with territory capture - on 156 alliance tried to take territory, joined, score showing they won, now showing as not owned by any alliance.
Borg cubes are not giving loot. Report says loot, cargo hold says nada. Should have 1797 in my hold by now from various Cubes but noticed it's still empty

The last few days my ships have done a disappearing act. Can't see them on screen, even with using locate. Today no problem because my screen keeps freezing up. Seeing them move, killing hostiles and seeing the end of an armada would be nice. There are serious programming issues and they're getting worse every day.

Borg Cubes are getting a fraction of cutting beam % charge they were yesterday.
The cube requires more charge after leveling the beam up in damage.

There is a 2k daily hostile kill limit, after which you stop earning rep/lootboxes/cargo/xp. It resets at 5 utc, ie. one hour after daily reset. @left plume

Add a Nuke Hostile button you can push every Monday that just resets all hostiles if you have to.
