I’ve not received formation artifact chests for four successfully defeated formation armadas.
I sent this complaint in to Scopely THREE TIMES. Each time I get a form response. The latest form response said the items are added to inventory and it’s a visual glitch. HOWEVER, I have SS of my inventory before and after the armadas (we ran more today to test this) and ARTIFACTS ARE NOT ALWAYS ADDED.

First formation armada we ran today, I received an artifact chest in my inventory (where hostile loot chests appear). The next armada did NOT RECEIVE AN ARTIFACT CHEST IN INVENTORY, and DID NOT HAVE ARTIFACTS ADDED TO MY INVENTORY.

I’m posting here since the in game help option only replies with a form message that does not address my actual concerns. This is getting absolutely ridiculous. I have all of the SS, but will not spam this channel with everything. I sincerely hope someone can reach out in a PM to help resolve this issue. @viscid cloud

I wouldn't delete the account info in this case. The troubleshooting you've done seems pretty thorough. The only thing I'd try more is resetting the router. And doing the troubleshooting again.

Oh it could be a corrupt file. In which case I'd do the following:
I'd note the game folder.
Uninstall.
Delete the game folder.
Then reinstall.

Reset the router, didn't fix the issue, I don't think this is an issue my end as I am not the only one suffering it on server 201, there are quite a few having the same issue.

Unfortunately you don't get a free unlock with the Stella research. You need to buy the bps in the Rogue faction store. To get the currency: kill the transports in eclipse space and participate in uncommon eclipse armadas (most alliances will allow non Stella ships to join the UC)

PC is much more complex so there has to be a loose file somewhere. In this instance the % means the same as on mobile and a reinstall fixes it, unfortunately mobiles delete everything themselves whereas PC is spread over different areas

The lobi exchange has decayed. You had a chance to use it, and they even extended it. I don't expect it to come back. You can contact CS to see if they're willing to manually exchange for you.

Completely forgot about the research unlock. I think that was at level 18 ops requirement. I’ve read through several articles as well as the helpdesk FAQ, you’re right it does only state level 15. it appears the refit button may not appear until you’ve unlocked that specific research for the ship hanger (level 18). That is based on several other answers I’ve found on this discord.

I think Stella bp availability is partly tied to a rep level in rogue store so if you go past that rep before getting all your bps you are kinda boned

That’s not a bug, that’s how it works, all BP reward goes to BP and overflow, once completed that’s it, although it’s because there was compensation that most people have finished overflow early this time.

We are still able to spend refinery credits on already unlocked forbidden tech. If we accidently click on an option we all ready have unlocked then we are not able to unlock the other forbidden tech at that level any longer as the refinery credits are only sourced with exactly the amount you need.

Customer support says it is "irreversible" and closed the ticket. They are not willing to exchange the two extra pieces of one forbidden tech for the other that is still locked.

Know issue that Scopely for some reason refuses to communicate to players. Don’t do formation armadas, period. Other fun glitch paired with it is sometimes you aren’t allowed to start the third side of a formada.

For now, kiss those chests goodbye, customer service hasn’t given them to anyone that I’ve seen in over a week.

Server 170, running on a ethernet wired PC, I am getting stuck regularly on 76% (which I was told is when the client is considered still open or something along those lines). I restarted the router but it doesn't change anything. No even a DNS flush (based on @earnest crest previous comments from a few days ago). Please note that this is intermittent but occurring more and more frequently, which is a major pain.
Running on Android (no wifi, just LTE) will connect me fine.
I even tried connecting on Android and then connected on PC. Android disconnects as expected but the game state is not downloaded.

The tooltip is usually short form of what is really happening: pts are awarded for directives spent. Because some armadas cost less to start, you'll get smaller amounts of pts than stated.

There will be events that cannot be completed at times for players/alliances/servers simply because they've not grown enough. Events like CoW will be unfinished until players are big enough and then it becomes easy.

There are countless events that have run in the past that you don't get to finish either. You can get bigger to better prepare yourself for future events, but not this one if you aren't ready.

It's not necessary to run all the armadas you play in. Join others' and you can stack a bunch up for each of your docks.

None of my ships are in dock right now, but if you look at the assign officers screen, and tap the (i) next to the health stats, it will tell you the amount of health you're gaining from your officer bonus. You can divide that down to match 25% and it'll tell you how much you would be getting from the refit

I am really really getting extremely annoyed by the PC issues I am getting at being stuck at 76% and not reliably loading on PC Windows 11. I have reinstalled, changed the DNS (to the Google ones), disabled firewall, rebooted PC, etc... None of it changes the fact that I am getting stuck at 76% while I am fine on Android 😦

Already done that. The PC was reinstalled recently for a different reason (had the problem before AND after). Hardware troubleshooting done too but the game is an Unity game and if I can run, Cyberpunk 2077 (and a wide range of game including some in Unity aka cities:skylines) at full details at 1440p with ALL options and still get no problem, I would strongly argue that it is either on the game client side or the server side.
It has been concurrent with the lags being observed on the servers. I find it amazing that you guys have trouble getting enough capacity with Redis :/ I wonder which cloud you are using ultimately ....

It's probably just bad luck. I'd continue progressing the loop or using a more offensive crew. I use 5 gorkon khan hugh. Using 5 is great because you improve your loot/scan ratio, and the offensive output is better with these officers.

That SMS is intended to be completed by players who can run solo armadas. It would be very difficult to complete it via group armadas. Players who do not have the right level of development can find this one impossible to complete, and they might consider skipping the higher MSs.

Disagree - accept events can be challenging but but they need to set realistic goals they’ve done it before just bad planning to not consider limitations players - it boils down to if you can do solos you get better rewards than those who can’t - its not something scopley can defend but a bit of communication would go a long way instead of frustrating players constantly

It was known that lower level players would have difficulty completing the event, and realistic goals for everyone was not the intention. They simply did not want to make an easily accessible event for everyone, but to allow partial rewards within one event for players who were not ready to finish it. Unable to hit an a station we were raiding. I go to attack the station, the 'Your bubble will drop if you attack' reminder appears but my ships just stall on the station. Does not attack. Even have tried to see if a different alliance can hit the station but that's a no-go too. I have a screen recording available if that help. Pls advise on this mysterious Bug. Thanks

Wondering if somehow the functionality that syncs up Formation armada nodes was was somehow incorrectly applied to these armadas.

Video clip shows 3 Cardassian armada instances (2 were applied on the same armada), and the timers were perfectly synced between all 3. The armada that had the 2 instances on it didn't fire.

I think that Scopely has to look at Kings of Avalon and Guns of Glory , how the pricing of stuff is done there , and how smooth their servers run. And another fact. Funpluss does do listen to their players and fix things first before they go on.

A 25 rare Klingon one, I still have loots when I chase hostiles so I know I'm not over 2k. I started it we didn't even get a report

is anyone joing the armadas using Changeling Kira? If there's no report & no combat (it's still there, no ships damaged) in addition to the lack of rewards it may be caused by her

I just verified no one is using her we're pretty small, one of us is big and he don't have it and yes it's exactly that no report, no combat and no rewards.
We're in the same system, we did one uncommon same ppl same crew and we got it with report and loot, second Armada rare one nothing disappeared and third uncommon same still same ppl no one moved..
