Been experiencing issues all day. constant level up message against ships. Miners showing as dormant when mining, Killing hostiles in DS systems and suddenly being taken to galaxy view and not able to view the system, ships not responding to clicks - especially after typing in chat. Yesterday, I lost control of ships. They would disappear & reappear. Try to locate them and it would go back place of origin. Try to recall them and you'd get beep beep then in orange letters tell you they're already home. In actual location they are on their way to the location you started to go. Then try to get in a armada and game refused to allow it. Whole lot of wasted time and foul ups on armadas. Any other game would apologize and hand out some stuff!

PC Version is crashing on startup. By looking at the logs, it appears that it's crashing the video card drivers (nvoglv64.dll). I've uninstalled and installed the game again, uninstalled and installed the graphics drivers again too, doesn't affect it. Was working just fine before the last update (first time being home to try it on PC).

Only 1 bug remains here where one ship is stuck in a system when it should be docked and when it is recalled once it reaches the station it automatically returns to that system. Annoying as all heck as it ties up a good ship, the crew on it, and a dock. Server 89.

One thing I'm curious about. We all know the game has a lot of bugs, regular crashing, the zoom locking issue, the pink squares over nodes, lagging, frozen hostiles, etc, etc, that have been around a long time and never get fixed.
My question is - are these issues not being fixed because Scopely doesn't see them as problems worth fixing or is it that they don't have staff with the skill set to diagnose and fix these issues?

Pink squares and various zoom unresponsive issues are caused by your phone overheating. To put it simply - if your touchscreen gets hot enough it'll generate an input spot somwhere above the cpu or battery. And this will untap pop-ups and lock your zoom. Or zoom in/out if you're swiping with one finger. To fix this they would need to work on optimalization but hey ho who needs that. I know no other mobile game that can cook my phone to the point of being unusable.

Quick fix is cooling down your phone, turn off the screen and place it on some cold surface.

Also day 5 of an update, hostile spawn is still broken in Sol.

Many ships have multiple guns that fire in the same round. The pilum shoots 3 different guns in the first round for example.

In your case, that is not a bug. Scoring happens when you complete part 5, which has not been released yet. They've only released part 1 & 2 so far.

If you use isolytic Damage in a solo Armada with multiple valid ships (eg Pilum and Defiant for Hull Breach), only 1 ship at random profits from it.

There's a daily hostile kill limit of 2k that you've passed, after which you stop earning lootboxes/cargo/rep. It resets at 5utc.

Due to the window of time where the iso artifact checks for the presence of the status buff, it's possible for a ship in a SA to not have iso damage for the round where the buff is proc'd. You'll find in other rounds that sometimes both ships will have working iso damage. It has been reported, but not sure it's a bug.

Would be nice if the bug with the "double" exobot could be fixed. It is really annoying and cost me dozens of exobots already. It only randomly happens, but when it does, it messes you up totally
What happens is the following:

1. you activate a combat exocomp. Immideately, the exact same exobot shows also up in the first multipurpose slot.
   2a) if you deactivate the multipuporse one, the combat exobot still shows as activated here, and activate a different bot in the multipurpose slot one, the combat bot gets DEACTIVATED !
   2b) if you start a new combat exotbot, the multipurpose exobot gets removed and the combat exobot is replaced.

It checks down the list, and since Lorca is proc'ing from a later ship in the list for you, the earlier ones will not get the activation of the iso artifact on the first proc. Since his ability lasts two rounds, that round should activate the iso artifact for all ships. I'd check again. I think you missed it.

That would be hella dumb to make it trigger in that order, but concerning the last Solo Armada it seems to be accurate.
It's really weird they make the artifacts act like bridge officers that trigger before the bridge.

They should change that to make it more logical. Artifact says, if on interceptor and opponent has hull breach, deal iso damage (the artifact is poorly worded btw), but both can be true and you miss out because it doesnt work true to that.

But still, Officers are triggering before everyone fires, if positioning counts, Lorca shouldnt be listed on top

I put the game away or i restart the tablet with no affect. It is very difficult to do anything. I have a suggestion. On the support website, the chat should have the ability for you to put in a trouble ticket number if you have one and then find the last chat (yes, they have it recorded) and put you right there. I'm a new player and the onboarding experience has been discouraging. I switched servers shortly after starting the game so I could play with a friend. But then I noticed that my Field Training missions were not progressing, and couldn't figure out why. My friend thought I was doing something wrong in the game. He finally told me to submit a bug report. I did. They responded within 36 hours saying "Thanks for submitting the bug report!" and then they closed the ticket.

Then I come on the bug reporting channel on Discord here, and after a search, find that this bug has existed for many months and Scopely doesn't seem to care? I would think that Scopely would want new players for the game to have a good first experience? ... But maybe the "Field Training after switching servers" bug is intentional to train us new players that there will be bugs and they won't get fixed! Ha!

I’m having an issue with language selection in the application. I use the iPhone version. Parts of the game are in English, which is my primary language. Other parts are in Italian. On the PC client, I was running away missions to complete "Diplomatic Subprotocol Beta - SMS". For one of them, I tried spending trait XP points on an officer. The UI didn't show that the trait was unlocked and I clicked 2 more times with no UI feedback. After reloading the client I see that they had been applied. I've also had a number of occasions where AC is broken until I reload the client.

I got the Queen's gambit missions from the holodeck a few days ago however both the 1 - 5 mission chain and the 6 - 10 mission chain appear to be broken. I completed mission 1 and expected that mission 2 would then automatically start... Instead the mission chain just disappeared from my missions list. The same thing occured with the 6 - 10 mission chain, I completed mission 6 and expected mission 7 to start but instead the mission disappeared from my missions list. How can I possibly complete these missions and gain the rewards if they don't even show in my missions list?

I got both from the holodeck before doing any objectives on either. I know I got part 1. And part 5 or maybe it was part 6. I distinctly remember wondering why it was split into 2 quest lines starting at the same time. After completing both nothing showed up in the holodeck.

It’s not in my mission log or archived since it is finished. Here are the battle logs from both parts in order from oldest to newest (I was using discovery to do the non-combat objectives so these may not be in order since I was doing both missions simultaneously).

For the objectives of part 5 ||it was going to a place, fighting a borg sphere, then a borg cube, then going to a place where the borg queen was in some diamond shaped special ship for her, which was never shown.|| I don’t usually pay attention to the story. What I remember of part 5 is ||There was no one on board Voyager, it was under command of The Doctor. I had to help him find the borg queen. At one point a borg said “your biological and technological distinctiveness will be added to our own” and after the doctor said there is no one organic on Voyager the borg said “your technological distinctiveness will be added to our own.”||

The sensible thing for scopely to do would be to ensure all the rounding is working in the same direction for cargo and capacity. But 0.09k could be anything between 0.081k and 0.099k depending on whether they do a natural round or a floor/ceiling, either way, it's a difference of... 20ish units of cargo? Not the end of the world 😐

Please tell me that there is a bug in the Preventing Escalation AMS scoring. If not, the scoring mechanics are extremely unfair. The final milestones vary for each alliance member but when a lower level alliance member completes their final milestone, their hostile hits no longer contribute to the scoring of higher members. So less and less alliance members can help each other complete the event. Until eventually the top member/members are left to attempt to finish their final milestone/milestones alone. It would require them to hit a tremendous amount of hostiles, on top of what they've already done, to finish. This likely makes it almost impossible for them to do, and thus impossible to complete all 20 Storyline events for the Voyager. I don't see any way that this could be an intentional scoring system by Scopely. Can someone look into this?

Today, while I was farming Klingon Traders in Kronos star system I discovered a very strange bug. It seems that using the Fortification Titan’s ability on a damaged ISS Jellyfish makes the Jellyfish appear as destroyed and functional at the same time. When I activated Fortification ability the ISS Jellyfish status became DESTROYED, although the game displayed it in the Kronos star system, at its current location. When viewing the exterior of my Space Station the ISS Jellyfish appeared as being docked and damaged. But at the same time it was also in the Kronos star system. I have repaired the Jellyfish using over 4000 of latinum units, and the ISS Jellyfish reappeared in Kronos star system having its hull health at the value it was before I activated Fortification. So the 4000 latinum didn’t actually repaired the ship but only made it accessible again in the Kronos system. After two minutes when I activated Fortification again, the story repeated. Jellyfish was displayed as being destroyed, I couldn’t use it anymore but it was stuck in the Kronos system. I click the repair button using 4000 latinum, and I can use the ship again. The battlelog shows no entry for the destruction of the ISS Jellyfish which is correct since the ship was never actually destroyed.

I would like you to first correct this bug and in the meantime reimburse me with 8000 latinum which I spent on fake and not needed repairs of the ISS Jellyfish.

This bug occurred while playing the latest PC version of the game. When this happened I also had in the same star system, Kronos, an Augur. This didn’t happened for Augur also, although it was fortified as well. Only for the ISS Jellyfish.

Don't get tooo hung up on the edicts... they flow much better post-defiant.

But generally it's because you've changed the power or loot %s of the ships combined with rounding on small numbers

Here's a nice one. Fairly fresh ship shows destroyed in actian system, no battle report, and when "repaired" it requires another token to go back to actian space. Had to use speedups to repair also and ship is in same condition before showing destroyed. Double tokens, speedups and double repair costs.

NightBrawler Scopely Id was linked it worked for months when Webstore was started than stopped. Scopley Support sucks if you do not have a problem that they have links for you cannot submit ticket to them from what I found. On link to submit ticket it tells you to pick one of the links of known issues and if your issue is not there to pick other. But never got the other link and it would just keep looping back to same page with no way to send ticket. Had to link a new email to account to get back to webstore we will see how long that works.

Latest Android version is constantly needing restart. Main screen buttons (ie current builds/research, alliance helps, ship docks, etc) appearing in background of other screens they are not normally supposed to be shown in. I did the research for extra power for federation ships against the Borg. I spent over 8000 Charged nano probes and then I tried using my Mayflower in ticketed space against Borg and it died immediately. Same with my Discovery. Why... They are both Federation ships. It states "Borg Sphere", which is the name of solo Borg Armada targets. Borg probes and Borg cubes are not Borg spheres.
It'll become pretty useful to you once you start doing the solo Armadas though, so not exactly a waste.

In addition to transitions never loading and forcing reboot, I was grinding Hostiles while supported. I still had a third of hull left and when I put cerritos buff on, it said ship was destroyed, yet as you can see it is still in system(ship a) and not destroyed in battle log. At first it allowed me to start repairing, then it said I was warping.

I have the latest update, uninstalled and reinstalled, and cleared localization. This is a serious bug introduced from latest update.
