If they'd care they wouldn't pump in game new arc modules and they'd fix the old known problems.
Yet each new arc is the same.
They go in maintenance, they pump new copy-paste code, then all goes bananas and you get lag, bugs ending up with .. maintenance again.
The latter won't actually fix things but it will patch stuff here and there so the new arc would "somewhat work"

Understand it's not possible to simulate all combinations of hardware and software, some things can apear some time that's not vieable before. But clearly, not like this afecting so much peoples. I think trying to access the BP menu breaks the game. Game was working just fine before; when I tried to check the BP rewards, it put my PC-client game into an error loop; then when I started back up systems were loading empty, ships weren't registering position changes, and miners were idle even when they were mining.
Issues occurred on PC client originally, but errors transferred to phone app when I tried to move over.

(Bug #1) For "A Certain Station and Wormhole (IMS)", the scoring is impossible to achieve for those servers with under 200 level 35 players.
Each player can score 30 points. The missions only appear for level 35+ players (please confirm, as a lot of sub-35 players seem to be having trouble). Therefore, lower pop server will never be able to complete this.
Please consider changing the scoring criteria to allow lower population servers to complete this event.
I'd get an approximation of the number of 35+ players on 116, but the scoreboards are still a mess from Incursions (Bug #2).

The “guess” event is almost unfinishable in the set timeline…
Everytime one is done. You have to wait like 30min that it is counted. Then it takes another 30-45min till the next appears…. Thats like 10+ hours and you need to be online every 30-45min to do something. That will be unfinishable for a huge amount of players due to RL, Work, Family…. Most can’t be online 10-12 hours a day.

I just tried to do a cardasian armada That looked unclaimed. It looked like they were doing the armada right next to the one I chose. I didnt get the warning that the armada was already claimed and do I want to proceed.

The just tried a cardassin armada. The 45 epic. We didn't win or loose. All ships just bugged in and out then it was like nothing had happened.

E.g. as a commodore I built the collisional plasma vault a but the admiral's still shows it as unbuilt. 🤷♂️

Blasting swarm ships and federation ships of lvl 31 were not adding the count to the daily quest.
Started the upgrade of my ops to 27. Cost of parsteel alone was over 4.5mill and I needed just over 3mill to hit the first Klingon reputation level in the Klingon daily reputation booster event. Starting my ops 27 did not add any points to this event even though it should have done.

When running cardassian armadas, certain officer abilities are not showing as triggering in the battle log. My Kirk and Spock never triggered once when I was not lead, and neither did Otto/Kati under same circumstances. Thought you should know.
Based on what I saw, I believe they are not triggering at all
