Are you using La'an below deck? She will generally show an increase that's greater than the actual increase, which leaves a displayed amount that can't be used. With the amalgam this dead spot can be hidden by the ship ability, but will after a point start to land within this dead spot also.

And it doesn’t take 1 whale to do the SMS to finish the IMS unless your on a fresh server which then maybe it does but otherwise everyone can still participate even if it’s after the 4th milestone is done

A whale cannot lock out the rewards, they can finish the event early for everyone, but anyone who contributes a pt in the scoring(even if it's filled up) will earn all the rewards.

And you must earn a pt to collect rewards in these kinds of events.

Yes, a filled up event may not have given out the rewards yet. There is always the requirement of scoring in it that players can often miss. I've also made the same observation and sent in my feedback.

Seems like whenever a hostile locks on to my ship, the game magically crashes and when I get logged back in, my ship is destroyed. Seems to happen about 40to50 percent of the time. Frustrating, costly and annoying. Especially embarrassing when you're the one running the armada. Please look into this.

Steps I took on iOS: sign out of Game Center, restart phone, uninstall stfc, restart phone, install stfc, restart phone, sign into stfc with only scopely ID, then bookmarks worked again. But…..all my old bookmarks had been deleted.

You can't activate a shield while during an attack, and if you see otherwise, your client's just desync'd with the server.

It’s just during the actual 5 second attack that you can’t activate the shield. Between successive attacks the shield can be activated you just need to keep trying until you hit that small window.

It always has over-represented luckies by a shard. You got everything the game actually tried to reward you; it’s just a representation thing in the summary screen.

Lucky Sela isn’t 111 shards, it’s 110 shards.

Hi - not sure it is already know but just in case: when using La’An below deck the cargo increase does not work on bases with low resources. Meaning you got 5m capacity - raid a base with 200m rss and the ship will only pull 4,8 or sth not filling up to max. If I remove La’an it works normally - tested on amalgam and Vaklis with full cargo raid crew (2/4/Stonn - lev 35 player)

You could always test your DNS hypothesis by trying to manually point your connection to Google/cloudflare DNS
8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 for Google 1.1.1.1/1.0.0.1 for cloudflare

You'll have to Google ipv6 if you need that.

The only way your client’s DNS settings can be effectively ignored is if you’re using a DNS proxy but even then that’s typically client driven.

Either, your ISP messed with their WAN-Adress, which may be blocked by Scopelys servers
Your ISP messed with their NAT Settings
or
It's a DNS Problem, in that case, try what William Suggested

Looks like server desynced from client. Best way to make sure it’s synced is open a 10 min chest and do some actions after you put your shield on

It’s ok. Your answer from your first question gave me the answer I needed. I thought it might be an accidental click when you exit the game. I’ve done it by accident before when my ships come out of dock or get moved/warped from their mines and I’m confused why when I come back. It sounds very strange since your not in system view for this to happen. I would recommend trying a different view and going AFK to see if it replicates.

Much more likely you're seeing the overlap between her actual bug and the small value of the ship bonus.
La'an applies the correct amount of cargo space increase, but the reported increase by the client tends to be greater than this (and is correctly not usable).
The amalgam ship ability at max is only 0.1%, or 1 million for every 1 billion available cargo.
What happens then is that the extra cargo gained from the ship ability gets smaller and smaller until it fits within that over reported max cargo value (so more than the actual max cargo, but less than what it says is the max cargo).

It improved a bit over time, and we learned to whisper sweet nothings to it and get things done, but - a large base raid in a low level system just utterly halted gameplay in that system. It was experienced by dozens if not hundreds of players involved, so it was not a client side issue. Observe the playback:

OK Scopely and/or STFC community... My game crashes on me literally every 5 minutes when I'm active. I did the math, I spend 10% of my game time restarting. I have done everything right up to reformatting my phone. Android btw. What else can I do short of actually buying and trying another phone, with no guarantee it will solve anything? Is anyone else seeing anomalies in their protected cargo thresholds? I have max-leveled Envoys (base protected cargo of 10,200) with a level 19 treasury (+38%) and level 1 Survey Security (+20%). I also have T'Pring as an officer on board (Lieutenant JG +100%).

Up until the other day, my protected cargo on that ship was 31k and hadn't seemed to be improved by any upgrades for several weeks. Today it's at 26k protected cargo. Is that right? How are those bonuses supposed to be applied? If I just add up the bonuses, that should be 158%. So I guess 26k would be correct. But why was the number higher just a few days ago? Was it being calculated incorrectly before and only recently fixed?

Actually, the most reliable way to get a real score number during incursions was the toast banner, which would say "48 Trillion" and not, the commaless truncated monster from the incursion page.

From a game mechanic perspective, realistically, it's one of a great many things to urge the players progress. The whole time we're working toward ships that can reach further and further systems and get places faster. This is an example where an upgrade is not needed to get there at all, but an upgrade is needed to get there more quicker.

If it's realistic spacetravel one is after, I suggest kerbal space program and never use the timewarp function. Bring a book.

Have you done the simple troubleshooting like restarting phone, changing networks from mobile to wifi etc?

Also you said someone else had a log in issue. Is it the same as yours?

He went off line so I don’t know. I have restarted the phone several times but have not tried disabling wifi.

@eco I have a log in issue where i logged in and was reset to lv1 having lost my gamer tag, progress, and everything. I have opened a support ticket with scopley, but have heard nothing back.

Try switching onto your mobile data it might help

Leaderboard doesn't reflect the same score stated in the profile. Probably the delta is from incursion?!

So I tried just using cellular data with no change as well as using that and wifi. No change when trying to log on.

I reported the issue during our incursion as well. Lots of different theory’s, mine is that the difference happened in the 30mins before I crossed over

Nah...probably the power destroyed on the opponents server. Will be the same category of issue of not being able to open a battle report from a battle on the other (the one you're currently not on) server.

I am on LV 12 in Syndicate, I have 2x crews but when I store the third, so one preset disappears when I close and open the crew.

Restart your game after you hit save. Don’t back out of h the page it will be fixed

Then the issue occurs when you switch servers before the pd is reflected in the leaderboard as from my observation this can take some time.

Suddenly? no, it's been that way since forever. Brackets for many daily event SLBs are 28-49.

A 49 probably doesn't care for the reward at all and isn't competing against you. And second, they take so long to gather mats/rss for their stuff in the time you could have gathered several upgrades for your own things.
